This space was beautiful and peaceful. I felt like I was sitting in a place where artist and writers and storytellers had gathered. The house was so comfortable and inviting. Back Yard Bistro in Pipes Creek had the best chicken fried steaks I've ever tried. The hill behind the home was an excellent adventure for my family. The yard was perfect and sitting in the hot tub with the views was magical. 10 out of 10 on everything. I want to come to this place again.

Live oak cabins were great but Ashley was perfect! She is very responsive to messages and was very kind to work with. The cabin was just what we were looking for, peaceful, clean, and relaxing! We will definitely stay again! And being able to walk right up the hill to The Top was the icing on the cake!

Came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. This little house is the perfect serene getaway to escape the city life! The beautiful scenery and quiet of the hilltop was the perfect setting to truly connect and cherish every moment with my fiance. Such a cute a special place that provided us with memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Katie!

Beautiful stay with awesome amenities and so many animals. Waking up in the mornings to them in the backyard was always a treat. Clean and comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Ryan was very responsive and really appreciated the early check in. We loved the location private but close to Main Street. Overall a wonderful stay and would totally recommend and stay again ourselves.

The house was very clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location, sitting on the front porch and watching the deer. There were many nice amenities - including the corn to feed the deer and the treats in the welcome basket. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home!

Tamra and her husband Tony were amazing. They were helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. Not only are they amazing host but they’re the best kind of people.

We absolutely loved the Hilltop Hideaway the moment we walked in! It felt warm, and welcoming. The TV music was softly playing and the lamps were turned on to greet us. The hot tub was perfect as well as the inside jacuzzi. I enjoyed cooking with a beautiful view out the kitchen window. The restaurants are about 10 minutes away and excellent. We ate at the Cabernet Grill Texas Wine Country Restaurant and had a delicious dinner celebrating our 39th anniversary. I highly recommend the Hilltop Hideaway to anyone who wants to some peace and quiet along with the delight of watching the surrounding wildlife. My friends and I had an amazing stay at this cabin, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature. A highlight of our trip was definitely the hot tub, it was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Wonderful experience. Perfect peaceful place for a gettaway! Kelli was awesome and so responsive. A storm came through and we lost power for a bit during the stay (which obviously was out of their control), and they even drove out to check on us and keep us updated about the electricity being restored! Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Thank you!!!

This cabin was perfect and chic! It was close enough to everything without being in the hustle and bustle of it all. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time staying with Randy and Michelle! They provided helpful and thorough instructions and the place was the perfect getaway for 2! It was in a quiet and peaceful location that offered the privacy we were looking for while still being in a great location to visit Fredericksburg!

Cozy cabin. Worked just fine for our family. Very reasonably priced for the area. Host even set us up with the coffee and creamer we preferred! Excellent communication with the host.

The place was just as advertised. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was very relaxing with plenty of wildlife to enjoy, deer, rabbit, armadillo, turkey and at least +15 other bird species. My only regret is not having the time to take advantage of the opportunity to explore and learn more about the ranch. It is worth another trip back.

Liked it so well last year, we stayed this year. Some maintenance issues found but communicated them and should be resolved by the next person’s stay.

This little cabin was a great surprise. Came here for a few days for my girlfriend’s birthday. Upon arrival, we immediately knew that pictures hadn’t done the place justice. It was a lot more manicured in person and had a awesome view of the river. We drank coffee on the porch every day and bird watched/deer watched every morning and night. The bed was comfortable and the couch was just enough space to cozy up and watch a movie on the TV. Our dog is great off leash, and with supervision he had the time of his life down by the river. Bandera was an awesome town, and again, we were pleasantly surprised by all they had to offer. We are excited to go back and spend more time in the town of Bandera. The stay overall was basically five star, but here a few things to know: The road to get to town is windy and hilly and dangerous at night so be careful. Bring your own steak knives. You’ll have to space your showers out at least an hour apart or be prepared to shower in cold water. Thanks!!

This place was exactly what I was looking for! Remote location. Quiet hill country surroundings. Nothing but the sounds of birds, wildlife, wind, and rain! So serene! So many deer to look at in the mornings. Just loved it. Thanks for a great stay, Callie!!!

Kelly Jo is very friendly and helpful. She made sure our stay was great. This is a nice place to camp with cute rustic cabins and a “cowboy” pool at each cabin that is very nice to sit in and relax on hot summer evenings with a cold beverage. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The cabins are neat and tidy, the beds and pillows are comfortable.

A great getaway near the river! We appreciated all the extras that were included i.e. kayaks, floats, life vests, towels that we needed to enjoy the water. Everything was nicely labeled to help find items within the home. Plenty of items to cook meals. Highly recommend!

Linda's cabin near the river was a perfect getaway spot! The cozy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made our stay truly memorable. The proximity to the river allowed us to enjoy nature and relax. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

David's place was everything described. My husband and I needed a one night stay with peaceful surroundings and we got exactly that! We enjoyed sitting outside during daylight and night time. The area was safe, private, and quiet. We dipped our feet in the cowboy pool and appreciated the hill country peacefulness. The inside space was just as relaxing. From the living room area, bathroom shower, and bed, it all was everything we needed and wanted. Thank you David for allowing us to use your place!

Litzy was extremely flexible and responsive to all my questions and requests. I asked for flowers and candy to be waiting and she fulfilled my personal request in grand fashion. Litzy allowed us to check in early and leave late which made our stay easy going. The space is generous for a couples getaway and having a firepit to light up was a perfect way to end the night. I only wish our G unit had it's own firepit in the front. We certainly will be returning on our next adventure to Fredericksburg.

The cabin was very nice, communication with Cindy was very easy and the cabin is located in a great spot. My only critique is I would have liked notification in the add that this cabin is in the back yard of another rental with shared driveway access.

This is a great place to stay and really be secluded in the Hillcountry. It is very close to Fredericksburg. In addition Kerrville has many great things to do as well. Fishing is great and can do some golf right on site. I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend it to others.
