Perfect spot to stay for a fishing trip to OH Ivie. Kerry was easy to communicate with and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and only a minute or two from the launch ramp. Will definitely stay here again!!

My husband was quite impressed with everything she had supplied. It was the perfect get-a-way for my men for their fishing tournament!

For someone going to Lake Ivie to fish, the location can’t be beat. Close to the boat ramp and marina…Elm Creek. Personally, the facility would be perfect if it had one more bedroom but I knew what I was getting. Me and my son slept comfortably in the king size bed and my brother used the rollaway. If you are pulling a boat, the covered drive through porch is ideal. It has great lighting and electrical outlets for charging. Very peaceful and quiet. Thanks for the stay!

I was car camping and needed a last minute place to stay. Brenda responded quickly and was ready when I arrived. The instructions were clear to find my camping area. Brenda was so friendly and made me feel welcome and right at home. I absolutely loved my stay!

This was an amazing stay! I recommend this place to anyone that is gonna be visiting San Angelo or if you just want to get away! I stayed in the cabin which is one of the many spots you can book. Had a full kitchen ,washer and dryer, lots of space ! Leah was amazing , kindest soul youll meet. She showed us all the things available on the ranch . She made sure we always had what we need! Just hands down amazing woman! The goats are super fun to interact with as well! The internet is wonderful and T-mobie works like super good out there if that's what your carrier is ! 100% will be making this our go to spot when near San Angelo!
