Condado Beach : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Perfect location in Condado. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, 24/7 pharmacy, coffee shop, all within 2 blocks. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen is a bit limited, there's no oven and not a ton of things to cook with but it's manageable. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is well kept, clean and charming. Air conditioner works great for hot days. You can’t beat the location - the apartment is in the heart of Old Juan with many restaurants, bars, and shopping close by. Would definitely recommend!

Casa Saffra was as described, and in a prime location in San Jaun. I mainly dealt with Chip, who was very responsive and helpful with our needs. 10/10 would recommend.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

Like other reivews have stated, this place is quite loud at night. But we expected that, and brought ear plugs, which solved the issue. The place was clean, good access to the beach, and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. The security guards were very helpful in helping us check in. Sebastian was very communicative, and proactive. Will would gladly stay at one of Sebastian's places again!

Staying here was absolutely perfect. We and our families rented out 4 of the units at the same time and essentially used the space and outdoor gated patio as our wedding headquarters for the duration of our time in San Juan. Maria and her family were very proactive and generous throughout our stay and were very accommodating when our NYE plans changed due to the island-wide blackout. This location is perfectly located in Ocean Park, our favorite area of San Juan, walking distance to our favorite restaurants and the beach. Thank you Maria and co. for making our stay smooth and convenient!

Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Es la primera vez que rento una casa por medio de esta aplicación y esta experiencia ha sido gratificante. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de la visita. Este viaje fue uno familiar y estar en el área de Bayamón era prioridad; y esta casa fue ideal. Orlando es un gran anfitrión. Es una casa de dos habitationes, ambas con aire acondicionado y una sala muy acogedora con un love-seat-bed ideal para otra persona. La sala también tiene AC, lo que hace del espacio aún más cómodo. Conocemos la situación del país en cuánto a la electricidad, y contar con una planta eléctrica era también importante. Solo una noche de niestra estadía de 7 noches se fue la luz, y la planta funcionó sin ningún, problema. Si tenemos que volver a Puerto Rico en un viaje familiar, no dudaría en volver a este lugar. Gracias.

This place was ideal for our family of 2 adults 2 children. Location was middle point to all of our planned activities and was walking distance to a few restaurants.

This property is perfect for a large group. We travelled with another family (8 total) including 4 teenagers who each had their own space. Fernando was the most responsive and helpful host I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in many airbnbs. The property was just like the photos and the outdoor pool area is fantastic! The house also included chairs, beach towels, a cooler and was stocked with many extras. It is a very short distance to walk to the beach and many fantastic restaurants! We loved Lelas, Raices Urbano and Bebos Cafe. We would definitely stay here again!

Had the greatest stay at Alex and Diana’s home for a long weekend on the island. It’s situated perfectly, close to the beach and to some of my favorite coffee shops and restaurants. Could also get anywhere in San Juan fast and cheap via Uber, including to and from the airport in 15 minutes. The house was so comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was perfect for any time of day, and the outdoor shower was lovely. The hospitality of Alex and Diana was amazing, very kind and responsive, and even stocked the fridge with cold waters before our arrival. Would absolutely recommend their home and would stay again on the next visit!

Rey was very helpful and kind. If I go back to San Juan I definitely will see if his house is available. It was spacious and comfortable and enough space for me and my family.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

My daughter and I stayed at Justin's place for our first trip to PR and it was all that we expected! The place was perfect for the 2 of us. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony quite often. The bed was very comfortable. They also provided us with beach towels and beach chairs, which were so useful! The kitchen was also well stocked which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

The photos don't do the place justice. it's a large studio, at least 500 sq ft with a sliding divider in case you want a little privacy from your traveling companion. The owner communicated instantly and I didn't have one issue. there was even soap in the shower and laundry detergent. He was very flexible with leaving luggage pre and post. the complex is great. pool, beach is right outside the gate. Great for an evening stroll. highly recommended !

Jose’s place was a wonderful place for us to stay while discovering San Juan! While we were not in the apartment much, when we were, we were so pleased with how quiet, calm, and relaxing the space was. For it being 87 degrees everyday during our stay, we were never too hot and often would have to turn the AC off because it was too strong, which is definitely a great problem to have in Puerto Rico!! There are many, many things within walking distance to the apartment, and Old San Juan is a just very short and cheap uber ride away. Jose was amazing during our stay and always answered questions lightning fast and even provided amazing recommendations to near by restaurants! He also was very accommodating to us checking in early and out late. This apartment is the perfect choice for those who plan on discovering all the amazing things Puerto Rico has to offer!!

Javier is a great host, he made us feel right at home. He very attentive and responded quickly. Very respectful and friendly. Nice, comfortable and clean home. My kids enjoyed the pool and we love that the beach is just a walk away.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and two young adult kids. The condo was super clean and looked just like the photos. The beach was gorgeous, and so convenient. We loved visiting the pools each day as well. It was quiet, friendly, and safe. We can’t wait to return!

Pat’s place was what we needed for a 3 night stay. It was easily located in condado and there are a couple of restaurants at walking distance. The apartment itself boasted a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and spacious for 2 people!

We had a really wonderful time here! Rufo was extremely helpful with local recommendations, communication, and instructions. The complex was excellent - the pool, the security, the cleanliness, the very convenient location. Rufo left us some bottled water in the fridge, a selection of sunscreen, and the use of pool toys and beach chairs. The futon was all set up to use as a bed. The little restaurant downstairs - El Batey - was amazing! Our 3-day stay was exactly what we needed, and I highly recommend Rufo and this unit. Thanks, Rufo!
