I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

Great stay. Easy to communicate with owners. Great view with lots to do around. I loved how there was a bar at the corner of the stay right at the beach! Water was warm always nice to swim in. Place was clean and very nice ! Thank you for having us !

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! Overall it was an amazing stay. The place was very convenient and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Very clean, the Oceanview and being able to listen to the ocean late night and early morning was breathtaking!

Our stay was great! The Airbnb had everything we needed for our short stay and it's location was amazing - 5 steps from the beach and very close to great restaurants. Aixa and Enrique were very responsive and flexible with us. Would 100% stay again!

This place was great. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable stay. The water views were absolutely stunning—such a peaceful and scenic location. Camilo's place was beautiful. plenty of games to play. Plenty of space. Well stocked beach needs!! only con was WATER PRESSURE especially if 2 of the showers were being used at the same time. The hot tubs were a bit confusing to get started on our own and took a full day to warm up. VERY STRICT 10PM QUIET TIME. Other than those minor hiccups it was very nice and spacious with ac in every room. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU FOR EVERY THING.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Perfect location, exactly as described, spotless accommodations, and a friendly and delightful host. They went above and beyond for us. Really made our trip special. We are already planning our next trip!

Booking this Airbnb was one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. Alan and Roy went above and beyond to make sure my girls trip went as smoothly as it did. The moment we stepped inside, we knew we made the right choice. On the first night, we couldn’t figure out how to set up the pull out bed. Roy arrived within 10 minutes and showed us how set it up and even placed the linens on for us. I have nothing but positive things to say about the home and the hosts. We were gifted welcome baskets with sunscreen, face masks, slippers, a bottle of champagne and so much more. The house felt like home. There was not a day that went by where we felt unsafe or uncomfortable inside the house. We navigated it like we owned it, and that’s all I could ask for in an Airbnb. The proximity to the airport, restaurants, beaches, pharmacies, and our excursions made everything worth it. I absolutely would book with the Casa Laguna team if I’m ever back in Puerto Rico. Thank you all again.

Stayed at Edith’s home with my husband and 3 kids for a week. There are many fans in the house and a few rooms have AC units…we never turned on the AC, it was perfect with the fans on and windows open. It was great to be able to do laundry, the beach chairs and umbrella were nice to use and the coolers were great. The beach at the end of the street was gorgeous and super private. The proximity to Old San Juan and the places we wanted to visit east of Loiza made this a perfect location for us. We cooked breakfast at the house most mornings, some lunches and some dinners and the space worked well for us for that. My kids loved the sweet outdoor cat Keke and enjoyed giving her food and water. There are many stray dogs around the streets but they didn’t approach us at all. There was a dog next door that barked many times in the middle of the night.,.it didn’t bother us much but might be an issue with people with babies. Overall we loved the home and would absolutely stay there again!

This was a great place to stay with many great restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The water was beautiful, the beach is just steps away from the rear of the condo. The building is currently under construction but we never heard any noise being located so high within the building. Great place to stay, a perfect central point between the Airport and Old San Juan for sightseeing.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

Loved the place . The apartment looked better than the pictures and in a very good location,closed to everything. Mari was very nice and made a lot of recommendations . Would definitely stay here again.

Marcos' condo in the perfect place to experience all that San Juan and beyond has to offer. Easy access to the best beach in San Juan while still being a 15 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend checking out Pal'Agua next door which is located next door in La Playita and is only open Friday-Sunday. We will definitely stay here again if we have the pleasure of visiting San Juan in the future. We couldn't be happier with our time in this beautiful space!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Vivian’s. This Airbnb was probably my most favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The views from the balcony were exquisite, the atmosphere, and the vibes were immaculate. This location is perfect for a visit to Puerto Rico, It’s very walkable and close to pretty much everything. If I were to come back to Puerto Rico again, which I definitely plan to, I would try my best to stay at Vivian’s Airbnb 💗

Our stay at Felix’s place was great! It is located in the middle of so many restaurants, bars and attractions. Also, it is very close to the airport. This part of San Juan is vibrant and there are so many things to do. Very walkable and the area felt very safe. Having a designated parking spot with this condo for the rental vehicle was super helpful and the fact that it was covered was a nice bonus. The condo was very clean and smelled great! Finding the place was easy and Felix’s directions were very clear and easy to follow. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of room for our group and easy to get to restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely recommend this place!
