My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was CLEAN! Beautiful view! Beds were a little firmer than what we're used to but we were so tired at the end of the day from walking around so much that we didn't notice after our eyes closed. LOL We could not find the remote to main TV in living room but thankfully the remote for TV in the room with 2 beds worked on the living room TV which was no big deal. Lupi's restaurant right next door has great food! Definitely recommend going there. There are condos/ apts being worked on during the day so you may hear some noise during the day but they didn't start working until 9-10am and were gone by 6pm or earlier. Several restaurants, stores, rental car locations, and spots to grab groceries are within easy walking distance. Nino was great with his communication whenever I had any questions. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

Had a great time here on our first visit to Puerto Rico - pleasantly quiet, great location right on the beach with a nice pool and also easy walk to both Condado and the Calle Loíza strip!

I will definitely be staying with Milly again. The apartment was clean and beautiful, just as described with a beautiful view of the ocean. Milly was very responsive and so sweet. I would recommend very highly!

Pedro's place was super clean and spacious! It was very renovated and within Ubering distance of Old San Juan. It was close to Avenue Miramar, which had streets of restaurants and a nearby supermarket! He was also very responsive when we had any questions that came up during our stay. There are a few things to keep in mind though, such as the high noise level because it is located next to the highway and the thin walls, which allow you to hear the neighbors' TVs. Another thing is that there is no first aid kit in the apartment, so do bring your own when traveling, and there is no hot water in the bathroom sink. Other than those points to remember and be prepared for, it was overall a fantastic stay!

Angels is amazing host we love his place and have been there several times and will always come back as long as he has availability. place is Immaculate,area is beautiful thank you Angel for your space. It’s beautiful. I feel right at home. 1 out of 10 he gets 100 percent satisfaction

Had a great time thanks to this airbnb, very accommodating and safe, also with a relatively big group like ours it was spacious and everyone had their own space. DEFINITELY would recommend to anyone who is traveling with friends.

Erick’s place was exactly as advertised. The unit is in a great neighborhood in Santurce, walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Beach was an easy 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay again!!

Alfredo was very prompt on all communications and a great host. Clear instructions shared to us. Overall a very good 2 night stay and location was near all major attractions of San Juan within 15 mins Free street parking available. Kitchen to our preference being with a kid could have been more equiped with some more basic amenities for cooking.But it depends and varies from persons and families. Bathroom need an exhaust. Near to beach and shoreline. Overall a great stay for a family of 3 with a 6 yr old.

Andrea’s place was pretty nice, comfortable, and cleaned. It was a little confusing to find because the entrance is located in the back of a 2 story house. Getting inside was a little difficult too but Andrea answered quickly. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, although, they only have fitted sheets and a comforter (not sheets to cover) on the beds. I suggested to have sheets and comforters on the beds, especially that sometimes nights could be cool enough that there’s no need for the AC. Andrea’s place is 2 miles from La Placita, a mile walk from Ocean Park beach, about a 10 min drive to El Condado, and about 17 min drive right to Old San Juan. About 45 min from Luquillo and El Yunque. All are great options for things to do in the area.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

View was beautiful, building felt very safe. Facilities were clean and check in and check out was easy. Had a speed bump with the room not being well cleaned by the previous tenant but the team rectified the problem quickly. Appreciated their diligence here. One reviewer noted the windows don't have window treatments and hard agree, be sure to bring a sleep mask or be able to sleep with street lights on.

I give this home a 10/10. The pictures does no justice to the actual space. The views are to die for!! The home was just as described and more. It was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for my family to feel right at home. The location is centrally based. I have no complaints and will definitely be back.

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

My family of 6 stayed in the Pent House and it was perfect! The building felt safe, people were kind. Direct access to the beach and the house had everything we needed for the beach! I have 3 small children and they loved it. Watching the waves and the sunrise were priceless! Tons of things walking distance.. , Walgreens, fast food, Asian food, pizza, not far from a lot most attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I visited for Spring Break and we absolutely loved Lynnette's home. Or was very convenient location wise from the airport and really everywhere else on the island. The home was very comfortable and very home away from home. Lynnette was very responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay again.

This airbnb was absolutely perfect for our girl trip. The rooms are all equal in size/niceness making for no fuss when deciding who gets what. And the rooftop is absolutely gorgeous. Also the coffee shop downstairs is a convenient touch. The host is great with communicating and very quick to respond. We had struggles when we first arrived with SanSe happening and having troubles locating the airbnb. However, in looking back the host was proactive about telling us to use the name not address of the place (we just missed the warning). Note: Uber won’t recognize the airbnb number address. But it’s no big deal when you put in as instructions give.
