Condado, Santurce : locations de vacances en bord de mer

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is prime. Everything is within walking distance and the bus is accessible- right in front of the hotel. The beach and the pool are right behind the hotel. And there is access with the key fob right onto the beach. Demi & Andrei were very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The view is beautiful. At night the street is very active and on a Friday and Saturday it is a little noisy. The noise is still tolerable. Everything was enjoyable and we are happy with our stay. Thanks Demi and Andrei!

We had a good experience at Sandra’s airbnb. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family with two little kids. The only issue we faced were the number of steps while dragging our luggage to the lobby (wish the building had a ramp) and the aircraft noise. Other than that this was an awesome airbnb!

La cama era súper cómoda, la cocina, baño estaba completamente equipada, todo genial. La ubicación fue perfecta: cerca de playas, restaurantes y bares, en una zona tranquila para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue muy atento y servicial, siempre disponible para responder nuestras preguntas y dar excelentes recomendaciones locales. Yoa, Daniel and Poly's place was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and a fantastic spot to hang out! We were so grateful to spend our time there!

It was a nice quiet neighborhood near by the beach and the place is clean and really spacious.

This is a beautiful modern home in the perfect location for our family of 6 who wanted to be close to the beach and walkable sights/restaurants and be able to catch a quick Uber to old San Juan. Geraldine was very responsive and proactive in her communications which was super helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

From start to finish, they were responsive when I needed to know anything. Great location to the beach. It was a plus that everyday, they checked in on us. Five starts all the way around!

Stayed at Rey's place for one night before heading to the airport and it was great! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, stocked with great amenities like beach towels, sunscreen, aloe, etc. Easy check-in and it's decorated in a way that makes the place feel super cozy!

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay! Amazing location, very clean and well equipped. As the listing states, the exterior of the building and some common areas are under renovations. I was glad to be traveling with my husband and two teenage boys who couldn’t care less about how the exterior looked. While laying at the pool and looking at the back of the building, I was glad my college age daughter wasn’t traveling with us as she feels differently about the aesthetics of the hotels/rentals we stay in. The pool was large and a good temperature and there was always a lounge chair or two available. We used the tennis court once but its very windy and not in great condition. The beach is lovely and walkable but it’s rocky in the water so my son and husband quickly realized it was not the spot for boogie boarding. We found another beach called Pine Grove that had good waves (beginner surf waves) with no rocks. I used the gym and laundry room, both nice to have.

Myrna est une hôte très attentionnée. Les informations pour le logement étaient claires. La vue du logement est à couper le souffle. L’accès à la plage est facile. Le logement est propre, grand et bien équipé. Le quartier est très animé la nuit. Un peu bruyant.

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

This Airbnb was perfect walking distance from the beach and a bunch of restaurants! It was easy to find and easy to access too. The room had a great view, AMAZING a/c and the essentials. (Stove,fridge, etc.) Kat was responsive and checked on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for any first timers in PR!

Outstanding stay. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. Host was very helpful at answering questions and providing us recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

Felt in love with Sheila's place! Looks just like the pictures but even better. Very helpful and accommodating. Will be staying again in the future for sure.

We had an amazing time and loved the place! It was in the middle of everything. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

We absolutely loved this apartment. The beach is literally your back yard and the pool is an option as well. We felt extremely safe. I had 2 teenagers and 2 young adults with me. The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Upon arrival they didn’t have power but apparently it’s common on the island. The power was back on in a few hours. It was never uncomfortable because we had the door and windows open allowing the ocean breeze to keep the place cool. The host was very responsive and provided a flashlight. The guys at the beach were very accommodating with the beach chairs and umbrellas. The apartment provided 4 beach chairs, beach towels and now 2 boogie boards courtesy of my teens. Ubering can vary in price. We paid $60 to get to old San Juan one night and the next paid $10. You have a Walgreens across the street along with various other restaurants. I ordered groceries on line from SuperMax. They delivered to my door. Ordering was all in Spanish.

I had an amazing time. Perfect location. The condo was under construction in some areas and that didn’t affect our time there at all. Lots of restaurants near by and a grocery store in walking distance. There is a parking garage and it closes at 11:45pm every night and $30 per day if you get a car rental. I recommend ubering/walking but we were visiting family in the mountains and needed a car rental last minute. The beach is directly outside condo. Lots of waves and not safe for people who can’t swim. Lots of shade on the beach for people who burn easily! Some beaches in PR do not have a lot of trees and coverage but the beach outside condo was perfect for me. Room was clean and beach towels and camper chairs were provided. I sat on the porch every morning drinking my cafe con leche. Early mornings is the best time to sit on the patio!

Excellent place to stay, not only for the inside of the apartment but the convenience of everything close by. There is a 24/7 grocery store across the street that has everything you need and more. Whiting walking distance you will find local restaurants and US franchises. The apartment is exactly as the pictures and the morning view of the beach is breathtaking. You just need to walk the parking lot and you'll have your feet in the sand, nothing can compete to this. Water heater and both living room and bedroom AC works perfectly, super comfy bed and couch, everything was squeaky clean. Edwin left for our use beach towels and a little cooler to use which was a great add on. The communication with Edwin was A+ at all times, the electricity went off for a few hours and he was always in contact with me and giving me updates of the situation, I truly appreciate it. Definitely a great host.

Our stay was great! The Airbnb had everything we needed for our short stay and it's location was amazing - 5 steps from the beach and very close to great restaurants. Aixa and Enrique were very responsive and flexible with us. Would 100% stay again!

I could not have gotten a better place and location for my Ironman stay. It was a very peaceful place where I could relax prior to and after the competition. I will stay again in the future for other events.

El apartamento de Beatriz está así cómo se ve en las fotos, recientemente renovado y muy acogedor. Con una excelente vista desde el balcón. A pesar de que el apartamento está muy bien, el edificio está bastante viejo y necesita un Mejor mantenimiento, principalmente en áreas comunes y accesos en el área de la piscina. El lugar está muy bien ubicado ya que tiene muchas opciones en el área tanto de restaurantes cómo de supermercados de conveniencia y a unos 15 minutos en auto de viejo San Juan. Beatriz fue una excelente host, siempre atenta a nuestras inquietudes. La opción de dejarnos dos sillas de playa y un cooler fue un detalle perfecto. Muchas gracias.

I gave this a 5* review because it matched the description and is in a great location but there’s a few things to note. The living room is beautiful and comfortable, but the rest of the apartment is pretty dated. The kitchen and bathroom are getting ready for an update. This isn’t the Airbnb’s fault at all, but the gate to the beach closes at 7pm, and even with the key fab you can’t get in after that and have to walk around (about .5km). Probably the most frustrating part is a loud AC unit compressor that sits on the balcony. The view is so beautiful and we wanted to spend mornings on the balcony, but it’s so loud it’s honestly hard to talk to each other while it’s running. Overall the house is as described and the location is great!! Just some small nuances to the place that detracted I wanted to highlight.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. It was exceptional on every level. The pre-arrival communication, reservation process, arrival and check-in process, our stay, and the departure process were all easy, straightforward, and exceeded expectations. Santos, our main onsite contact, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was responsive and genuinely invested in ensuring that we had a great time. If you want a worry-free stay that maximizes your experience in Puerto Rico, I highly recommend this team.
