We had a great stay in Javiers home. It was a perfect location in old San Juan being within walking distance of the centre with wonderful restaurants, bars and shops, yet quiet and peaceful with a great terrace on top with a hot tub. There was loads of room for our grown up family of five. Javier is a super host, he was so welcoming and gave us tons of information and recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities. We would definitely love to return and we highly recommend Javier’s wonderful home.

This is the perfect place to stay in isla verde is really close to everything.the appt was clean and beautiful decorated. I love the building private entrance to the beach. The view was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for the host the communication was excellent

House was spotless and in an amazing location while being private in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

This was a perfect place for our group of 3. It was a very convenient location and had a beautiful beach right outside the building. The apartment was clean and enjoyable.

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

Great location! Wandy also had some great suggestions on things to do around the area. Everything was secure and comfortable, and also just like the pictures. View was beautiful and relaxing. Wandy was also very accommodating on a late check-out since our flight was at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 2 night stay in Old San Juan. Location could not be better - excellent restaurants, shopping and historical sites all within easy walking distance. Host communication was excellent - very clear instructions for check in and check out and lots of local recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the outdoor spaces. The entry is a little quirky but Cyrus provided clear written directions and a video, so we had no problem finding or accessing the unit. Overall wonderful stay, would not hesitate to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay, the price was right, and very close to the airport and beach. The only problems we had was an odor from the bathroom, and the loud roosters outside making noise, but we got used to them. Otherwise everything was great 💯

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

Maribel's home is very safe and secure. It is located in a quiet area, with a great "friends and family" vibe on the weekends. It is walkable to many restaurants and shops, and about a 10 minute ride to the Old San Juan area. She is the perfect host and was always available for questions or advice. We are already considering our return trip! Thank you, Maribel!

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment for a long weekend! We really appreciated all the amenities provided including the beach chairs, beach towels, and outdoor shower! The best part was the gorgeous outdoor area with a hammock, chair, and lush greenery. It really felt like a paradise! The apartment itself was very spacious, well-stocked, and the kitchenette was perfect for making small meals. Parking was very easy and always available right outside the apartment. 100% recommend staying at this lovely apartment!

Excellent location. Cerca del aeropuerto y de básicamente todo. Easy check in instructions. Separate Parking right in front of the property. Place was clean and cozy.

The apartment was so comfortable! Even though our trip was during a really hot and humid part of the year, the a/c cooled the place down quickly. We were able to access several spots with ease. They also had a lot of helpful resources that we didn’t think to bring! Like aloe, handheld fans, makeup remover, and a hairdryer. They even had a book of local recommendations. We were so grateful to be able to have everything we needed, even if we didn’t think to bring it ourselves! It was a little difficult to figure out how to get into the building at first, but we realized we had accidentally missed the check in instructions that Juan and Nilda had sent to us! Once we read those, everything was COMPLETELY clear. Make sure to give those a read *before* you get there. Other than that, it was a smooth trip! Fantastic food within walking distance, easy access to Old San Juan, and a really comfortable place to stay!

Fantastic! -- Incredible! -- A great place just as described, incredible location right on an amazing beach, pristine and clean, easy, relaxing, and superb and prompt communications from the hosts! --- We've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs around the world, and this one is one of the very best! --- We cannot say enough good things about the space, the location, the communications, and the value. We would consider ourselves lucky if we get to stay here again someday. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation week!

Stayed here with my daughter during her spring break ; our stay was wonderful. Was easy to find , everything was close by or a 10min uber 10/10

So communicative, great recommendations, incredibly accommodating, so helpful, fantastic apartment. Perfect for short- or long-term stay! If I return to San Juan, there is no doubt I would try to stay here.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

Juan Carlos' apartment was as he described. My husband and I were able to stay for 2 weeks at each of his two properties that had beautiful views of the ocean. Both properties were clean and comfortable and in a great location. Juan Carlos was friendly, a great host and always available to answer questions . I definitely recommend both his properties. We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!

We LOVED this place SO MUCH. Best value for tons of room, the best location and it stocked with amenities. From boogie boards to sun block, beach chairs and more. Great secure parking, 2 sets of keys/fobs, Clean, great pool. I highly recommend this fantastic place to everyone!

My family and I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the location—there’s lots to do in the area, and it was an easy walk to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!
