Comfortable home in a GORGEOUS spot! This was our first visit to the finger lakes, and Jess’s spot was perfect. We loved sitting on the dock and taking in the views. Plenty of space, and really comfortable- especially with so many outdoor sitting areas. It was a perfect place!

We had such a great time. The lake views are beautiful and the proximity to town is excellent. Zoila was attentive and made sure we had all the necessary information and were accommodated for the weekend. There are some things in the house that could use updates but our stay wasn't affected.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the home. Meg was very responsive and helped us with any questions or needs we had during our stay. The house is just as advertised, clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Two minor issues: bed pillows were thin and hot tub is on the small side for 4 average sized adults. View was exceptional, neighboring houses are not visible from property, so very private. Great place to stay, within 15-20 minutes driving distance to many wineries, distilleries and all the Finger Lakes have to offer. We had a lovely time!

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

This place turned out to be exactly what we were looking for and needed! A cozy cabin with plenty of space for three people to spread out (and easily room for a few more) for a calm winter getaway. We made almost all our meals there throughout the week, and the kitchen has about everything one would need. Bathroom is nice, new shower appreciated as well as the heated tile floor. Bedroom and beds upstairs feel new and the mattresses are quite firm, so a great nights sleep for us. The propane fireplace was perfect! both ambient & effective The property is massive and the trails made for nice little daily adventures. Snow on the ground and the pond was frozen, so we got a couple days of ice time before rising temps made it a bit too wet. Feels very remote on-property, especially at night, but there are a couple cute towns 20 minutes east or west. Leila diner and Naples pizza highlights. The owner, Felicia, is very responsive and nice to interact with. We hope to be back someday!

Beautiful fall getaway. I could not ask for better lakefront views. The cottage is just like the pictures and has all the amenities. Robert had great local recommendations and brought us homemade cookies. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

Cute, quaint, clean, well taken care of older home with many amenities both new and vintage. This place had all we needed and we enjoyed the quiet area. The first floor is for entertaining and the second floor is for guests (including the only bathroom). The ice cream shop is within walking distance and definitely worth a trip. Downtown is within walking as well. There is a really nice cafe too! This home is within 20 minutes to Letchworth State Park and an hour and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls, which is the reason for the stay. We would stay here again. Very clean, affordable, and comfortable. The perfect place for us to stay to get away for the weekend, I’d highly recommend it to all my friends looking to explore the region.

This cabin is the perfect place for a little getaway. It feels remote and away from people but is still close to town so supplies aren't hard to get. The cabin itself is cozy and warm. Each room was clean as can come and the furniture was very comfy. The host is easy to talk to and has great recommendations for hiking and in-town places. I see myself renting it again the future!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

We had a great stay. My son and I stayed there the night before his RIT orientation. It was very quiet and peaceful. Although it was just the two of us, the place could easily sleep 6. Although they live upstairs, they made every effort to make it feel like your own private apartment. I paid much less for much more than had we stayed at a hotel. I would stay there again if the opportunity were to arise.

Our DAM Dinner Club (Daughters and Mothers) spent a long weekend at this beautiful house. The view of the west side of Keuka Lake was breathtaking. Valerie meet us at the house to ensure we had everything we needed. I loved this personal touch. The house was amazing, spacious, beautiful decorated with every amenity we needed. We enjoyed the outside deck and the yard. I highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back!
