The place was even better than we expected: so cosy, beautifully finished, and full of character. You’ve created such a peaceful retreat, and it was the perfect escape from the usual hustle. We really appreciated all the little touches and how well-equipped everything was. The views were stunning, and the village itself was lovely to explore. Me, my partner and kids had a lovely stay here. Place was spotless, nice and big, then with the added hot tub and sauna. All exactly what we all needed after a couple of days at Alton towers. Scott was very quick to respond with any questions we ask. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay.

10000% would recommend anyone to stay here. I booked this as a suprise for my partners 30th. And we were both blown away. Firstly surrounding areas are breathtaking. The check in process was super ease. And the yurt, oh my how do I even begin to explain how perfect this was. My partner was so so happy with this suprise. The hot tub was an amazing end to the trip Thank you so much to Amy we will definitely return again in the future

A truly wonderful place to stay. Rachael has created beautiful, relaxing and immaculately presented barns. We’ve been before and would be there every weekend if we could! The area is great for walks - Bickerton Hill etc and local pubs are also very good. The barns themselves are lovely, super cosy and very well equipped. The potting shed bath is such a treat! Wholeheartedly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely Airbnb, perfect for a family gathering. Very spacious and we loved the big living area. Will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay. Spotlessly clean and a very comfortable house. The only drawback was the difficulty for house guests trying to get in and out of the one road leading directly to the Farmhouse, this appeared to be due to cars being parked on the roadside as the (walker's/hiker's carpark) was very busy and full.

We all loved the Shearing Shed. Tucked away in the bottom of the valley, it is a clean, cosy, comfortable house set in beautiful surroundings with amazing views from sitting room, bedrooms and garden. The ground floor was wonderfully light and airy. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was lots of comfortable seating for both sitting and dining. Learning about alpaca farming and meeting the alpacas was an unexpected added bonus! I would highly recommend as a quiet, peaceful retreat with lots of walks direct from the house and with easy access to Buxton.

Awesome stay with the boys! Great location for walking. Cabs to Buxton were £35 so a little pricey but other than that the stay was perfect!

Great little find. Unfortunately it was only a place to lay our head before travelling from Manchester airport the next day. Really wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful home, very clean and aesthetically pleasing! This is also such a well stocked Air Bnb and felt like all the little details had been thought of. Highly recomend. Thanks so much.

Jane's property was in a fab location for our weekend we were able to do both the countryside and the city. The immediate area is lovely and quiet and having pub shop and station within walking distance was brilliant. The garden made the weekend a pleasure because of fab weather. All instructions were really helpful .

We had such a lovely stay at Toby's place. It's a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. Despite overlooking a main straight there was hardly any noise. Kitchen was high spec with everything we needed. It's very well situated in the centre of Didsbury with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs close by. Tram stop is about a 5 minute walk to visit other parts of Manchester. Flat has 2 steep sets of stairs which isn't clear in the listing but was fine for us. Toby's communication was good and we would definitely stay here again.

A really nice stay. Its a bit quirky and different with the stable layout but it comfortably slept 6 of us with a few beds spare. Kitchen was really well equipped. I bought a few things with me just in case but need not have. Location is great, a few minutes walk into Buxton and close to the lovely park. The parking was fine, we just about squeezed all of our cars in front of the house. A really good option if you need a bigger house. Sue was really helpful and responsive.

Superb lovely 2 night stay. Would highly recommend, I think the place is bigger than the pictures show. Very cosy, everything we needed and beautiful surroundings. Walk to the Roaches not far at all. Just what we needed and will come again. Jane was superb from the off, very helpful, friendly and responsive.

Another lovely stay at Pinfold Barn. There were five adults and three dogs in our party with plenty of room for everyone. This is a lovely, spacious, clean, warm and comfortable house with great amenities. The garden is secure for the dogs and it’s a real bonus to have the enclosed field for them to run around in. Also plenty of space for us all to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Ali is a great host. She is extremely flexible with check in and out times and left us some lovely goodies which were much appreciated. We highly recommend this lovely barn. Thank you Ali!

Henry's home was beautiful and quirky which suited my family down to the ground. He was very helpful and his communication was excellent. We would definitely recommend!

Cavelle and her partner are excellent hosts. Everything was as described and Cavelle really went above and beyond by allowing us to check-in a little earlier. This is a perfect place to stay for a peaceful few nights away, idyllic little location and has all the amenities you'd need. Cavelle was also kind enough to leave us some breakfast bits which were really appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This has a great and imposing location in the middle of beautiful Longnor. It's a great base to explore both the village and the Peak District.

I had a fantastic month staying at Julie's place. It was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Warm and well heated. Very convenient to public transport, only a short walk into the centre of Stockport. Thank you for great stay!

We had a great stay, the house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely secluded back garden to look out on from the living room. Beds comfy, little touches provided like extra blankets, soap stuff in bathroom etc. Really appreciated Simon's flexibility on check in time. Would stay there again.

We were greeted by our host who was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The property was spotless and very homely. We had a hamper stocked with some lovely bits and pieces such as cereal, biscuits, crisps. Rooms had ample bedding and pillows. Surroundings were absolutely beautiful and Eddie and Andy the cats were very friendly. We look forward to returning in the not so distant future. Cannot recommend highly enough

Steven was so friendly and accommodating. He allowed to check out a little later so I didn’t need to get to the train station too early. The night I arrived, he even offered to join him and his family for an outing in the event that my friend would be not available to see me as it was a school night and he had to work the next day. So all in all, he really went out of his way to make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrived. The accommodation had EVERYTHING you might need. Just one example, I’d forgotten my shower gel and shampoo - but no worries, there was some there available! You also had different refuse bags available in case you wanted to separate your food waste from the rest. The wifi worked perfectly throughout the property. You are only a 5-10 min walk away from all the best that Chorlton-cum-Hardy has to offer, and to the local tram stop which takes you the centre of Manchester in 10 minutes, as well as Didsbury, Victoria station, and Manchester airport.
