A great place to stay especially for two people as it's a cosy studio flat with easy access, and some great surrounding views of aggreculture.

the apartment is immaculately clean and ideally located in the middle of Lincoln with the castle and cathedral just a couple of minutes walk away. On site parking is a bonus and the area itself is very quiet. A great place to stay if you are looking to explore Lincoln and the surrounding area.

Had a lovely stay for New Years, place was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a quiet stay and some lovely places to drive to in the surrounding areas!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay here visiting family in Heckington. We found the quirky flat to be clean, well equipped, lovely garden, great for watching the kingfishers over the river and in a great location. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and a river walk on your doorstop. We would definitely book again. Thank you Peta

We stayed at The Curate's Quarters over Christmas and had such a lovely time. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and very cosy - arriving after dark to find a lit Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise and instantly made us feel at home. The location is outstanding - a few minutes' walk to all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants whilst being so peaceful and secluded at the same time - such a rare combination. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas break we will never forget!

We stayed for a few days and felt right at home. Communication with our host was quick, easy, and helpful. Loved the car park spot and the ease to get inside without having to deal with stairs. The home was clean and comfortable, including the beds. The only thing I would make note of is the couches could use an upholstery clean, but have blankets to cover them so I wasn’t too put off by it. Would stay again 👌🏻

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

We had a lovely stay at the seaside snug. Positioned perfectly just a few minutes walk from the beach/cafes/restaurants etc. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a short stay with young children. The hosts were very responsive and always happy to answer questions/accommodate requests. Would definitely stay again next time we visit ☺️

We had a lovely stay. Host was really good at communicating. The home had everything we needed for our night away and a very comfy bed for a good nights sleep!

This house is in a fantastic location, you are so close to the beach, funfair, shops and arcades. Wolfies bar only a few doors down does great quality food. Nathan was a great host, informative and friendly. Love that the living space is upstairs. I would return to this property again.

12 of us friends including children (and dogs) stayed for NYE for 3 nights and it was one of the best holidays ever. The house was perfect, clean, lots of room, everything you needed and fabulous location. Christina our host was lovely. She was always quick at responding to our questions and sent us a house pack before arrival which was so useful and had every info we could have needed. We are already planning our return. El apartamento tenía todas las comodidades, cama muy cómoda todos los utensilios de Cocina, muy bien ubicado, muy cerca tienes tienda para comprar algo rápido , y a pocas distancia un súper mercado , autobús casi en la puerta del apartamento.. calefacción muy buena , David es muy amable ☺️ lo recomiendo 💯

This was a very pleasant stay in beautifully clean, well equipped accommodation. It was ideally situated for our concert at the Palace Theatre and within walking distance of an excellent pub. Christopher and Sue were helpful hosts who provided clear and friendly information.

Will and Fay have a beautiful apartment in the centre of King's Lynn. They provided easy instructions to find the place and check in. Apartment is tastefully decorated and spotless, I particularly enjoyed the view of the church from the kitchen window and the spacious bathroom. I would definitely stay again if I found myself back in King's Lynn.
