A lovely little apartment in a beautiful location. Darrell was a extremely helpful regarding an early check-in we required. When we arrived, we were greeted straight away. The apartment itself was really well layed out with lovely furnishings and everything you could possibly need. All set in beautiful surroundings with gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside. I have no problem recommending Steeple View to anyone who'd want to stay there.

We had such a lovely stay here! The house was incredibly well-equipped – from all the cooking utensils we needed to even a dog bowl, which was a thoughtful touch. Everything was spotless and really well maintained, and the inside felt so cozy and welcoming. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway, nestled in a charming village surrounded by beautiful scenery – ideal for walks and just unwinding. Our host was absolutely wonderful – really friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you for the fresh eggs left for us! Would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again!

It was easy to book and David promptly responded to the messages. Clear instructions were given for everything and were easy to check in. Everything was spotless and nicely organised. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. This place was the best Airbnb we stayed so far as it was complete with everything. We had certain bad experiences previously in other places but this one nothing to complain. Cozy and felt like home. Kitchen was complete with all the necessities. Rooms, bedding and bathroom was clean. Highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed with this place. Thank you so much David and keep up the good service. ☺️

Spent 3 days at the cottage. Perfect for the 2 of us. Really clear instructions provided beforehand on how to find the cottage as it is tucked away. The cottage was lovely, peaceful, and full of character, and the beds really comfortable. It's location is superb and central. Six pub/restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the start of the Cumbria Way walk is around the corner. The WiFi is strong, (as I needed it for work). Would definitely stay again.

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

We had a lovely couple of nights stay at John & Carmel’s farmhouse. As a group of 6 who studied at the uni together, it was fantastic to have the farmhouse as a base for a couple of days of adventures. The garden area was lovely (especially with the sun we had!) for cards and sun soaking. Inside was spotless and there was everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Ash cottage was the perfect place to stay for me, my mum and my baby, super clean, very spacious (bigger than the photos let on!) and in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in central Windermere, but in a quiet cul de sac itself. Would 100% return!

Low House was a truly amazing Lakeland property. Each plush living room included good quality furniture and each comfortable bedroom and spotlessly clean bathrooms included what appeared to be brand new fixtures and fittings. A total of 13 people, (comprising 9 adults and 4 children) stayed over a gloriously sunny pre-Easter weekend to celebrate my 70th birthday and the very well appointed kitchen included every conceivable kitchen appliance supplied to the highest standard coped extremely well with the demands of a wide variety of meals. Particular mention should be made of the large garden across the lane including Breeze House. We particularly enjoyed watching the children play in a very safe space, allowing the adults to unwind with a glass of something cool! No review of Low House would be complete without mention of the hot tub! What a great feature of the accommodation, particularly enjoyed by the children. Thank you Low House for an unforgettable weekend.

Kim and her husband David couldn't have been friendlier and our family who stayed in their home felt very well provided for. Kim's place is very warm and comfortable as well as being well situated. It's clean and in a quiet area with parking onsite and is in walking distance of the city centre. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Lancaster.

We had a brilliant 2nd stay at Tom's apartment, it is so well equipped with everything you could need and more. Lovely bedding and spacious bathroom. The sun terrace was a great addition this visit with the lovely weather we had. The view from the apartment is lovely and stunning sunsets just over the road. This really is a top class apartment in a great position and Toms directions and information all show how much is put into making this a perfect place to stay in morecame. The grandchildren love it as much as we do. Thank you for a lovely stay

The apartment is beautifully appointed, clean and spacious. The location was peaceful, close to the centre of Bowness. It was perfect for what I was looking for with my family.

Excellent and cosy stay in a comfortable basement flat. Very quiet setting with lovely views from the door and a beautiful quiet garden to utilise. Walking distance to Grasmere and onto the hills. Everything of good quality in the flat and easy to access and park. Highly recommended

This is such a lovely place, it felt like home from home, had everything we needed, clean and comfy. Such a beautiful area, lovely walks from the house, and Grasmere is lovely too. We will definitely be back.

What a lovely stay in the countryside! The hosts Julie and Paul were incredibly welcoming and communicative before and during our stay. The place was very clean and pretty and, the patio was such a great place to relax after a day out in the Lakes. The kitchen facilities made it easy to cook our own meals in the evening too.

Judith was super easy to communicate with. The area was great - lovely pub and walks nearby. And Judith’s apartment was lovely. Thank you Judith for a great stay and for being so helpful!
