Was looking forward to relax as it was such a stressful week and Aoife's home was the perfect place to be for my family and I. Although we had a rainy weekend, the house made up for it- very spacious, airy, bright, the amenities, the view, the attention to detail. We have stayed in countless bnbs and I know a real superhost when I find one. Aoife is more than that. I appreciate the efforts made on the mini instructions and notes all over the house, and the Canva house manual is so cute. I am particular with bathrooms and it was a great decision to have your bathrooms renovated! They are so clean. I also love how it is suitable for families with small kids, the retractable gates, the toys, the high chair, the baby bath, the potty. Those were so useful. I can imagine my family living in this amazing holiday home forever.

If you’re looking for an authentic Irish experience, this is the spot. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The location is perfect – close enough to explore the local sights but tucked away just enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully styled with a lovely Irish touch. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole stay even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to enjoy our time in Ireland. Highly recommend!

Folan’s Cottage ist wirklich ein Juwel. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer den ganzen Tag ist einfach nur gigantisch. Unsere Kinder haben, trotz der kühlen Temperaturen, die Füße ins Wasser gehalten – mit leuchtenden Augen und viel Gekreische. Besonders süß fanden wir die kleinen Strandläufer-Vögel, die geschäftig am Ufer entlanghuschten. Das Haus verbindet traditionellen Charme mit modernem Komfort. Die großzügige Küche mit der Kochinsel wurde schnell zum Dreh- und Angelpunkt, wo wir gemeinsam gekocht und gelacht haben. Abends haben wir uns gemütlich am Kamin zusammengesetzt und Karten gespielt. Die Abgeschiedenheit des Ortes war genau das, was wir gesucht haben, um mal richtig abzuschalten. Ein echtes Highlight war die Begegnung mit den Connemara-Ponys, die entspannt vor dem Haus grasten – dieser Anblick bleibt uns sicher lange in Erinnerung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hoffen, bald wiederzukommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

We had a wonderful few days at David and Barbara’s. The surrounding area is stunning. We could walk to the beach and the view of the harbour from the house is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and our family of five had plenty of space. We lit the stove in the sitting room at night, which was lovely on chilly October nights. We easily accessed activities for the family in the surrounding area. It’s a very nice spot in a beautiful area.

The cabin itself is cozy, warm and has everything you could need - perfect for our family getaway. Chloe thoughtfully provided a cot for our baby, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Communication was excellent, with clear instructions provided for everything. The location is ideal - Just 20 minutes from both Sligo town and Bundoran, with a SuperValu only 10 minutes away in Grange. What makes this place special is the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and tranquility. From the comfortable interiors to the rustic charm, every detail is designed to make you feel at home.. This isn't just accommodation, it's an experience we'll treasure. We're already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend Chloe's cabin to anyone seeking a unique getaway in beautiful Sligo.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a lovely cottage. Food options within walking distance. The host provided goodie bags and baggies to feed her chickens and ducks. Beautiful view from bedroom.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and could not have found a better place to spend our first weeks together. Donal was so welcoming and helpful and the property was absolutely stunning. He even had a special cake made up for our honeymoon! We had an exceptional time here and highly recommend Donal’s Airbnb. If you are looking to stay in or near Westport this is the best place for it!

From the very outset Keara has been fabulous. The trip was originally booked for last year but Keara allowed us to move it, as I had had an accident and couldn’t make the journey. Then, at almost the last minute, we were allowed to add an extra person. We were given all the details we needed a few days before we were due to set off, which was great as it allowed us to review what would be on our doorstep, and how far away anything else we wanted to do would be. On the day of check in we received a message advising the bungalow was ready if we wanted to check in early, which was great news. The bungalow is spacious, it was immaculately clean, and had pretty much everything we needed. It is in a quiet area just off Main Street with great parking, plenty of games and books, and things to do and see in the area. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay. We spent a day in Maddens Bridge Bar which we would also recommend. All in all an amazing time in a fabulous place.

Just a beautiful retreat, perfect get away. Great location to get to Achill Westport etc.

We had an amazing stay, Mary is the perfect host and gave us a lovely welcome, the property is as listed and the views are breathtaking, my daughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys and bumping into them on the beach. If you don't have a car Bernard Ornsby is an excellent local taxi service.

Dolphin Watch is an amazing place with a breathtaking view on the Atlantic Ocean. Connemara National Park is easy to reach via car for hiking. There are also plenty beautiful beaches nearby. The house itself is well equipped and feels very cozy. Martin and Mary are friendly, open-hearted and attentive hosts. It was a pleasure to meet them and stay at their property. I can absolutely recommend this amazing accommondation!

Don’t spend another minute looking and book this beautiful house with the most impressive Atlantic views ever. We loved Barbara‘s home. It was close to Clifton town and perfect for any touring around the Conamara region. It was in a quiet secluded area with killer views and a private beach that my kids loved. I will miss waking up to this view every morning. Thank you for an amazing experience in Connamara.. Clodagh the host were very responsive with instant replies. Thank you and we will come back again someday.

Perfect communication with Sheena, the house has everything you need in it, very confortable with an amazing view. Mullaghmore was closing for the winter (no more leasure center or tourist activities from 31 october), but the walks are amazing and people friendly. it was a good holiday, thank you!

Barbara was a great host. The house was perfect come rain or shine. The Spar shop in Carraroe is only 5 minutes away and was as good as any medium sized supermarket with great choice. Don’t miss the Realt pub if you want a good pint of Guinness

We had a pretty good stay. Spent most of our time in Galway rather than Salthill, but was also pleasantly surprised by the immediate area. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars (shoutout to O'Connors, which is about a 2 minute walk out the BACK of the apartment complex, and often has live trad sessions in the evenings). I discovered too late that the bus #401 actually has a stop on the lane behind the apartments as well. We ended up walking an extra 5 to 10 minutes because didnt know you could cut through. The walk to Galway is only 20 minutes if you want to avoid vehicles, so pretty easy. And Tesco is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away for groceries (parking out front if you have a car). The only negatives, I felt, was a lack of personal touch--recommendations, instructions for appliances, etc. However, if you reach out to ask about those things, someone from the company will respond.

We had a great stay in Berry Lodge. Perfect for a a large family gathering. So much space. Great to be able to bring the dog too. David was very helpful and responsive when needed. So close to the beach in Spanish point and a great location to explore Clare. Will be back again

We had a wonderful stay at Jimmy and Krissy’s stunning home. The pictures don’t do it justice! Everything is bright, clean and beautiful. Jimmy and Kristy were the perfect hosts, warm, friendly and very responsive. We cannot recommend highly enough. Our kids didn’t want to leave, so we hope to return soon!

We loved this house, a superb family destination, our 4 kids loved the up stairs play area. The down stairs was wonderfully set up for family meal times. The location is excellent, the kids got a few days of surf school and we saw a good bit of Sligo and got some great tips on what to do from the hosts.

We (2 adults/2children) have spent a wonderful week at Surf‘s house. It was very clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. The kids loved the trampolin, the footballs incl goals, drawing items, books etc. The view on the ocean is wonderful. Very nice interior. We did not miss a thing!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home had everything we needed and more. The welcome treats were so thoughtful and the house was very comfortable. We felt right at home. It took us under 1 hour to drive south to the Cliffs of Moher and also under an hour to drive north to Galway. There is a market a short drive away that had everything you could need and there were yummy places to eat. We would love to return to Fauve’s home again 😊
