John was a fantastic host! The boat house exceeded our expectations, so clean and comfortable. Everything in the boat house is of such good quality, right down to the bed linen. The area is amazing with so much to discover. Local pubs and restaurants within ten minutes walking distance. Our two dogs loved the small beach (when the tide is out) that is literally at the end of the garden. I really can’t recommend this little piece of heaven highly enough.

If you're looking for a peaceful seaside break, this stay at Jean's apartment is perfect. Jean was very helpful and welcoming and her apartment is situated in such a beautiful location. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Louisburgh nearby has some lovely restaurants and Westport is only 20 minutes away. We loved our stay here.

Breda was lovely and helpful. Our kids loved the use of lake and canoe, down every evening. Would definitely stay here again if going down, lovely big spacious house.

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. The house has everything you could need. The garden gets sunshine all day. The location is perfect - a 5 min walk into town and a 10 min walk down lovely summer lanes to the sea. The main beach is a 10 min cycle and Mark was kind enough to lend his bike. We also used his kayak at old head. Would highly recommend this house and Louisburgh in general.

Cormac is an Excellent Host, Cormac goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The house has an incredible view. The private parking is a huge perk as Kinvara is a busy place. Cormac’s house is central to everything and Kinvara is a phenomenal town to visit for vacation. It is central to many things; Galway, the Burren, other coastal towns and beaches. We hope to come back and stay with Cormac again. Felt right at home.

The best stay we have ever been! Immaculate house! Rocky and TamiJoy are the greatest! She made us homemade soda bread, showed us, personally how the washer/dryer combo worked as well as the coffee maker. Rocky helped us with all of our luggage! We have to go back!

Second time staying at this dog friendly spot in lovely Killeshandra. Audrey is a great host - quick to communicate and very accommodating. Located on a beautiful and historic old estate Games room great for group or kids. Wonderful walks in the area too. Finally a Scandinavian style sauna (google "Outdoor Sauna and Leisure") has opened up by the town lake and is a little piece of heaven. Will be back.

The hosts went above and beyond. They brought us fresh cookies, hot chocolate (with marshmallows) they left us some items in the fridge, plenty of blankets, firewood, space heaters. We were comfortable, warm and cozy. Our kids loved running around outside, meeting the dog, Bailey and playing on the swing. Most days we explored in/around town but at night we sat by the fire watching Christmas movies (the streaming was great to have!) Our kids are already wanting to plan another trip here 😊

we had a lovely stay, well equipped house with lovely warm fire. House was spacious and clean. Hot tub went down a treat and despite the weather we had a lovely time.

Friendly host and only to anxoous to please. Sorted a problem with the water (from a well) by working from early morning until it was finished. Great area and we did the walks that we were told about.

We had such a lovely stay at this cottage. I was a nervous driver, new to Ireland’s country roads, so getting to the house was a little scary, but we loved the privacy the place held once there. Definitely a rustic cabin, but appreciated the supplies keeping the fire roaring for nice hot showers and baths. As an American, I was probably more disappointed by having no freezer or a way to keep ice, but that’s just me. My husband and I enjoyed the nights playing scrabble and reading. Truly a place to be immersed in Irish country bliss.

Lovely cozy cottage overlooking the water with great outdoor terrace and a sauna to warm up after a cold swim at nearby Clahane. The cottage is a short drive to Lahinch, the Burren, and the Cliffs of Moher, and a short walk to some lovely pubs and eateries in nearby Liscannor. Highly recommended!

Francis was a very good host to us, forthcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the simple, yet beautiful cottage and especially having some farm animals around.

Upon arrival everything was clean and cosy, my dog loved the garden as it was large and enclosed! It had everything we needed for a long weekend away, host was super helpful to us with recommendations and things to do. It was very close to Rossnowlagh and murvagh beach just a short drive away. Will defo recommend to my friends and family to stay here.

We had a loveliest two nights stay in The Chalet. It was exactly what we were looking for - remote but still well connected for everything we wanted. Isabelle and Eoin were so accommodating, checked in on us regularly and were kind enough to offer us a late check out on the day we were leaving. Even though the weather was bad, the cabin was so cosy with the stove, which they topped up for us while we were out. It was lovely to come back to after being out in the rain and cold. It was a such relaxing break surrounded by lovely beach and forest walks.

Stayed in the Oak Lodge for 2 nights. Everywhere was spotless and exactly as described in the discription. Robyn was very helpful with any queries and catered to our needs efficently. The wifi did not work and our mobile network was very poor which was a little dissappinting in the evenings when we wanted to watch tv but this is highlighted in the description as a bad area for internet which can be put of everyones control. We brought our jack russel oscar who felt right at home espicially at night in front of the fire. The jauzzi was fabulous after a long hike earlier in the day. I would definitely return in the future.

We had a lovely relaxing few days at Oak Lodge. Everything we needed was provided and it was very clean and comfortable. I slept really well. Ideal for couples, families or people who enjoy fishing or water activities. Lots of room to sit and relax, watch tv or read. We didn't light the stove as the weather was nice and mild or use the hot tub but they looked tempting, maybe next time. Lots of sightseeing and walks nearby and of course opportunities for water sports, boating or fishing. Shops nearby for groceries etc. and Enniskillen is just a short drive away. I would definitely recommend .
