This is a lovely, thoughtfully designed, comfortably furnished, and spacious cottage. We enjoyed the home very much and hope to return. The cottage features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, front porch, and fenced yard, which was great for our dog. We slept very well and were grateful for Rhonda's clear, helpful, and friendly communications. Highly recommended!

Very picturesque, breathtaking views! Most peaceful place I’ve stayed. This home was beyond cozy and relaxing. Beautiful sunroom with hot tub. Extremely well stocked from linens and towels to kitchen amenities. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the reclining furniture with lumbar support!!! Sue by far exceeded our expectations as a host! Very communicative and responsive, gave excellent directions and recommendations! We went to The Foxburg Winery, ate dinner at The Allegheny Grille, and got take out from McBrides. All three of these places were recommended by the host and were great! Relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace was so comforting. Our only regret was being too lazy to use the firepit because we were just too relaxed. We can not wait to return soon! Hands down a favorite so far!! Best quick weekend sisters trip to just relax!!

Our 3rd trip for 2024 at the East Sandy Farmhouse. You wont find better hosts. The Farmhouse has everything you could possibly want for a getaway location. It's a great deatination year round. No better Airbnb on the market. Cant wait for our family's 2025 visits to the Farmhouse.

Pictures didn’t show it justice. The place was the coziest thing ever. My husband and i played games with our girls and relaxed the first night there. Very organized, clean, spotless and perfect! Will stay here again. Only 7 mins from our family.

Very nice, very comfortable! Walking distance to downtown love the fact that they were recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I hadn’t been to Walnut Park since I was a kid so it was amazing being able to walk to. It will definitely be staying again.

We were very impressed with the home. Loved the decor and it was squeaky clean! We felt so at home and we enjoyed being there as much as we enjoyed exploring the area. A much needed get away from our busy lives. The wine, snacks and coffee were great added touches too! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We'll be back again!

The condo unit was very nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. We had issues with how to operate the Roku Tv. Debbie was very attentive and helpful. She and her son came to the condo to assist with the tv. It was late in the evening. Debbie answers all messages within minutes. Great place to rent!
