Fabulous camper and spectacular grounds. Brian was an outstanding host. We were arriving very late at night, he was understanding and greeted us upon arrival after midnight. The camper was in great shape comfortable and he provided everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend, including, bedding, firewood and even a campfire song with his guitar which entertained us and the kids. The gardens and flowers were beautiful, we enjoyed the outdoor shower and the grapes right off the vine. Highly recommend staying here, can't wait to return soon!

What a serene spot to unplug. Sipping coffee next to goats and having fresh eggs from the chickens was idyllic. After one weekend I was ready to move in.

This place was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. On the chilly fall weekend the wood stove and sauna were much enjoyed. We hope to return!

There's not much more to say that I haven't said in the last 4 reviews...we LOVE it here. At this point Steven and Rick feel like old friends and staying at their place is something we look forward too each summer. Wonderful hosts, perfect accommodations, peace and tranquility everywhere.

we have rented from rafael and Maritza multiple times and we enjoy our stay every time! we have 2 boys and they look forward to their "home sweet home" in the woods. there is so much to do! it never gets old. maritza and rafael go above and beyond to accommodate our family and make our stay as enjoyable as possible

Misty Mountain Farm is absolutely beautiful. The sound of the sheep never got old- my daughter and I loved them. Sharon and Allan were extremely responsive, helpful, accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My sister, dog and I had a lovely 2 night stay in this RV. The bed was so comfortable, and the hot tub and trail behind the house were so peaceful! Lynn's instructions were clear and helpful and we hope to come back!

My dog and I had a lovely time here. We took the train so this was perfect for being able to walk to nearby hikes and restaurants. The outdoor space was exactly what we needed: it was private enough and my dog had room to roam a little while I lounged in the hammock.

I had a lovely time on my solo trip. The bed was very comfortable and I like that I didn’t have to worry about the heater at all. It kept the room cozy. It was always just right. The fire wood and smores provided were a special touch along with the water bowl and plastic bags provided for my pup. The only suggestion I have is if you have problems with your lock pad, go look for someone to assist. I was provided the wrong code and the instructions advised that I pull on the door which bruised my hands. Don’t waste your time & communicate your needs. The staff is very helpful.

Unfortunately we had to cancel at the last minute due to a family emergency. The host was amazingly graceful about it. Thank you

Nicole and Nugi were wonderful hosts, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable during a severe winter weather advisory. It was freezing out, with lots of snow during our stay, but the RV stayed warm and cozy. The hosts were responsive to any inquires we had, and were very welcoming and kind. They really went out of their way for us, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this RV to stay in! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: heat/air; running water (hot and cold): full bathroom; kitchen with fridge, sink, and stovetop; TV with streaming services; WiFi; and complimentary coffee and tea. They even left us some Valentines’s day chocolates and snacks, since we stayed over the holiday.

Donna’s place is amazing! Will definitely be coming back to stay again. The pictures don’t do it justice!! Samantha was also super helpful and kind. I forgot something precious to me and she immediately coordinated with me to get it back. Thank you all so much for a wonderful weekend getaway.

Loved our stay in this Airstream. The location is so great and a lot of love and attention was put into this space. We hope to be back and use this as our country getaway again!

My wife and kids and myself loved the caboose! Super cool, unique place to stay with a beautiful expansive yard overlooking the river. I would recommend this to anybody, and especially any train enthusiast.

Came up for a wedding. I thibk we got the best spot! What a comfortable home. It felt so awesome with everything so vintage! The clear night made the starts sparkle like glitter! What a wonderful little escape!

Amazing place to stay to get a little off the grid. Celebrated our anniversary in such a special place. Had a great time enjoying the peaceful location right off the river. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect to explore the nearby towns.

Loved our stay here. It was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Since we spent most of our time hiking and exploring, we mostly enjoyed having a nice space to sleep with a beautiful view. It was chilly while we were there, but there was plenty of bedding to keep us warm! We really loved it!

Lori and Jimmy were terrific hosts and the location of the RV was just spectacular, close to the most beautiful beaches on the planet, mere feet from the bike trail, and all around super cozy. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay, nice and cozy

Such a cute camper!! First time renting something like that and it was perfect! Came up for the Fryeburg Fair and everywhere else was booked or hundreds of more dollars to stay. This was absolutely perfect. We got to enjoy the nice fire pit and peacefulness of the outdoors. Felt safe and comfortable! The hosts even left a treat to greet you upon arriving ☺️. We would absolutely rent again!! Thank you for having us!

Beth's place was exactly as described, maybe even better! Camper may be small but there is plenty room/storage space - perfect for the 2 of us. Beth did an amazing job at remodeling the RV, it was super cozy and welcoming. The outdoor set up was nice, unfortunetly due to wether we did not get to enjoy as much as we would have liked. Checking in was easy. The place was easy to find, very lit up with outdoor lights making it easy to spot when arriving at night. Overall, one of my favorite places we have stayed (:
