Andrew’s place is extremely clean and tidy. Its location is also great, walking distance to Yale, and restaurants like Metcha, insomnia cookies, Korean egg toast, tai chi milk tea, t-swirl crepe and a few bars. It was a great experience!

Very peaceful and pleasant stay. Judy kindly greeted us at the door, gave us a nice run through tour of the place which answered any questions. The space was comfortable and interesting with many amenities and comforts. Aside from the initial welcome and tour we were given total privacy and left alone knowing the hosts were close by if needed. I would recommend.

What a cool apartment! Also nice to chat with Michael about New Haven pizza.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was eclectic and comfortable. I loved how open and spacious the home was and appreciated the peacefulness of the area. I would definitely stay here again on future visits.

A special place!

Kerry was very responsive and helpful. Townhouse was lovely and clean with all the amenities needed.

No showers amenities. Same day reservation took 3-4 hours to receive check-in instructions. Incorrect door code to access the space (host had to provide 3-4 different lock combos because her housekeeper changed it and didn’t communicate it). Not enough towels. Not enough toilet paper. You can heat everyone walking and talking in the hallways. I was approved a late check out of 12noon. Host did not communicate to the house keeper and I was woken up by several knocks at 10:30am.

Staying with Phil and Hope was a magical time. The place is truly special and they have put so much love and care into every little detail. We stayed for over a month and felt right at home. The pool is super. As is the surrounding area; we greatly enjoyed the beach walks, stunning sunsets, cooking at home, relaxing on the porch while watching the wildlife. The carriage house is charming and offers all the amenities plus more (games, beach towels, books, cosy blankets, beautiful art etc). In walking distance you will find a terrific fish market and some excellent restaurants - we cooked fish at home at least twice a week! We had such a hard time leaving this little paradise and can’t wait to return!

Oyi and Ulo were super responsive when anything came up (I had issues with a carbon monoxide detector alarm going off and some wifi trouble on a couple days which was a provider issue, nothing Oyi/Ulo had any control over), which I was grateful for. Very clean, super cute apartment; right next to a park - quiet neighborhood amidst trees and charming brownstone walkups. If you're planning on doing a lot of gourmet cooking, this maybe isn't the place for you, but it had everything I needed for my 2-week stay. Would stay at the Consulate Loft again. This place is beautiful, clean, and welcoming

Great quiet location. Place was clean and spacious. Had everything you needed for a great restful getaway. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Marie was great with communication and flexible.

This is our second stay at this property and still love it. Beautiful view of the lake from the whole back side of the house. Very comfortable couches and bed and beautifully furnished overall. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Kitchen well stocked with equipment to cook meals. 5 min drive to UCONN. Love this place!
