This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting UConn or the surrounding area. Keri and Jason were fabulous hosts and very responsive to my needs. Keri even anticipated needs by offering to have a fresh cup of coffee ready for me on the AM. Everything was perfect for my stay and there was definitely a comfortable feel. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay with Stephanie. Her place is tucked away in the woods and very quiet. The wildlife was beautiful—always birds visible from the windows. Stephanie would always respond to texts immediately and went above and beyond to help keep adjust to the new area. She is one of the nicest people I have met. Perfect location for reading and relaxing. Large private space not far from Yale and all the other universities. Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

Relatives were in town for a family event and we arranged their stay at Cupola Hill. Their feedback: "We really enjoyed our stay at Cupola Hill. It is just as nice as advertised. The hosts were great about dealing with winter storm conditions. They kept the snow and the ice under control during our stay including getting the driveway plowed after a 5 inch snowstorm early Sunday morning. The unit was clean and comfortable in every way. The shower was great!! We would love to go back. Five stars.”

Marcia's place was great-just as described. Marcia was a communicative host and made sure check-in instructions were clear. Bonus check-in and check-out time of noon! A great stay overall.

Studio apartment was what we needed for a weekend of skiing - close to Mohawk Mt, clean, and at a reasonable price. There was a little kitchenette area with microwave, k cup machine and refrigerator. The heat was very responsive and kept the place toasty. Scenery of the adjacent farm was very nice. Would recommend

This was a lovely house and easily walkable to other parts of the borough of Stonington and Stonington Point. The suite was spacious and private. I liked that there was both a full bath downstairs with a shower and also a half bath upstairs in the bedroom. The hosts struck me as very thoughtful and took extra steps to accommodate requests I made. They were willing to chit-chat when our paths crossed, but also happy to let me retreat into the suite or run out the door trying to arrive in time for an event.

Had a wonderful stay and the host was extremely accommodating. This is the place to be!

Such a great stay! We requested our stay a bit later in the afternoon, but Fiordaliza accepted our request quickly! Our stay was exactly what we needed and expected.

This home is beautiful and although it’s in the main house they have it to where you do not cross paths at all. It’s very private and peaceful. The only thing that was odd was the amount of lady bugs in the upstairs area.. lol. They are in a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view from the master. It accommodated my husband, myself, and our two kids very well. We very much enjoyed our stay.!

Luke and Grace were excellent hosts. They were very responsive to messages, and took care of things right away. It was the perfect combination of them being there when we needed them, yet they let us have our privacy. The keyless entry was easy to use and reliable. We stayed for almost 2 months as we waited to move into our new home, and it was the perfect fit for us and our 2 cats. We were comfortable and felt at home. It was a bonus we could use their washer and dryer during our extended stay. I would highly recommend their cozy suite to anyone!

Great host, we felt very welcome! Great location: very quiet, yet only a minute's walk to some nice restaurants, bakery etc on main street. It was a very short stay (one night), we should have stayed longer!

Great place and wonderful hosts!

This is a such an amazing place! The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated and has amazing views and amenities. It was the perfect place to relax for a couple of days. Justin and Kristin were wonderful hosts. I wasn't able to make my first night and they were so nice about it and offered me a late checkout. This was by far one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed at and will definitely book again!

I rent this apartment any time it's available when I am in town! Every time it's just as wonderful as the last. Always spotless! The hosts are wonderful communicators and have even exceeded expectations when I traveled for a family emergency (making up the extra bed for us in advance of our late arrival). Highly recommend.

I rented this place for my mother as she needed to stay at a place with no stairs due to leg/back problems and that also allows for her small dog to accompany her for the week. In short, she could not have been happier with her stay. The hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating from the early check-in I had requested to extending her stay for an additional day. The space was well appointed and tastefully decorated and my mother felt as comfortable as she would have been at her own home. One feature in particular to highlight was how comfortable she slept in the King size bed, which was important given her back problems. She always had a great sleep and felt rested, which allowed her to travel around the area and spend time with her family and friends during Christmas. We will be looking to rent this place again for her next visit and also recommend to other family/friends in the area. Many thanks to our hosts for an amazing week!

Very cozy and relaxing place. I would recommend staying here and I will stay there again if I’m in the area. The beds were super comfortable and the place was sparkling clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tukasa and overall, it was an excellent experience. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with most things we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, with any issue that we had. The game room and bar area was a great bonus. The location was perfect, with easy access to local stores and restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy getaway. However, the apartment is attached to the main home (basement apartment) and I did notice that conversations and foot traffic were audible at times, which might be a concern for light sleepers or those working remotely. Despite this, I would still consider staying here again due to the fantastic amenities and the overall quality of the experience. Just be prepared for a little bit of noise since you are on the lower level!

It was comfortable, peaceful, quiet yet easily reached, a good base for day trips we had planned. Amanda made us feel very welcome. Her young family and animals were nice to see, and didn't in any way bother us. The lockbox code was hard to see with small numbers in an awkward position as darkness was falling.

"The flat is wonderful, just the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy the location is more than perfect, near the beach. The hostess Mougeh is grade 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly! I loved the stay in the city of Milford, I will come back more often for sure!".

This was our second time staying at Burcin's place. It's always neat and clean and easy to get to when we are visiting family in the area. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for hosting us again.

Jim and Phoebe were great hosts. They had everything we needed for a family of four, and were especially kind enough to have milk and cookies when we arrived. My daughter loved seeing the sheep and chickens every day and Jim even let her see one of the friendlier lambs they had. The location is quiet and peaceful and in close proximity to a bunch of restaurants. We look forward to coming back in the fall and staying here again!

Razul and Kristen's place is a second home for me.The property is so cozy n peaceful. They both are so friendly and gives prompt response to our queries. I am looking forward to come again.
