From the moment I first messaged Matthew about staying in the house to the end of the trip and closing the door for the last time we couldn't fault our experience. Matthew has been quick to reply, friendly and very accommodating with our needs. The house itself was beautiful inside and out, easily accommodating 3 families and enabling us to cook and eat together in luxury! I really can't thank you enough for such a wonderful time, it will stay with us all for a long time, so much so that we all want to come back again next year!

Our stay was brilliant, with the space having everything we needed in terms of comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It was great being able to come and go from our own entrance, easy checkin and all very private. The EV charger was a huge bonus and we will now especially look to stay at places that offer this function. Tara was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again when we next visit our friends that also live in Hayle.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

After staying in many Airbnbs I think this was one of the cleanest, nearest, full of goodies and warmly presented homes I have been in. Comfy beds, cleanest of bathrooms and amazing spaces. Loaf of delicious bread, eggs, fresh milk, cookies, butter and homemade jam and other teas and coffee and condiments. Amazing. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Der Aufenthalt bei Julie und die Kommunikation mit ihr liefen einwandfrei! Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos und im Inserat beschrieben und hatte eine tolle Lage mit großem Garten, schönen Aufenthaltsbereichen draußen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Pool! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Very clean and spacious, home from home. Literally 10 min drive from Fistral Beach and the town center. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Definitely would stay again.

This place was ideal for my family, we have a newborn and dog and had everything we needed for them. Danny thought of most things from dog bowls, treats, poo bags, pin liners, coffee machine. My partner was skeptical about staying in a mobile home but after staying here he now has a different view on it. Highly recommend to anyone with family and dogs who need a base.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful cottage with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely and clean and in a great location not too far to travel to get to lovely beaches and walks.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten and Bens flat. Loved the view and the beach themed decor. Had everything we needed, spacious and perfect location. The hosts are absolutely lovely and very responsive. Really recommend this place and will be coming back!

We visited the place over New Year's period. It is very quite place. The house is amazing and very clean. In great location to go sightseeing. We managed to use the pool which very clean. Highly recommend the place.

A lovely quiet place to stay. Lilac cottage is charming and clean, with very comfortable beds. The private garden to the cottage is a nice feature. The shared swimming pool was beautifully warm. The location of Court Farm suited us very well - a rural feel but a relatively short drive to Bude town centre and its beaches, or to Widemouth Bay coastline. We didn't go in but the pub opposite Court Farm was lively on the Friday night of our arrival (live music). It was, however, very quiet throughout the rest of our 5 night stay. Excellent communication all the way through from Court Farm Holidays!

We had a lovely short stay. We arrived late after a long journey arriving at Bristol airport. We felt relaxed and at home straight away. The cottage is very clean and the kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Thank you Ashleigh for being so understanding and sadly due to illness we were unable to stay at short notice in this occasion. We will be back at some point. Kind regards Colin & Daisy

great stay in Cornwall! Luke was very communicative and friendly. the caravan had everything you needed and was in a great location, ten minutes from the coast and a very quiet location. super clean caravan and a great space to enjoy a little trip away. thanks Luke
