Nous étions 6 personnes, un couple et 4 amies pour un séjour de 6 nuits. Cet appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et de la Piazza Le Roma et déjà en plein quartier vénitien au bord d'un petit canal. L'appartement est très spacieux, très calme et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur. Dans l'appartement, un grand couloir dessert les pièces, alors nous avions à la fois nos espaces privés et des espaces communs comme le salon/salle à manger et la grande cuisine. Les deux salles de bains et WC sont très pratiques. L'appartement est très lumineux, décoré avec de beaux meubles anciens. Le canapé - lit est très large et très confortable, de ce fait , y dormir à 2 n'a pas été un soucis. Le Wifi fonctionne bien. Dans le quartier il y a un supermarché et des restaurants. L'accueil a été ponctuel .

Gorgio is, without a doubt, the best Airbnb host that I have ever met. He told us on the first day that his only priority was that we enjoy Venice, and he truly followed through on that. He offered countless suggestions and answered all of our questions. His apartment is amazing - it's enormous, well-decorated, and has every amenity you could want. He stocked the refrigerator for us with several items, which was nice to have upon arrival. It's located in a beautiful section of Venice that's a bit quieter than the areas near the Piazza San Marco, but everything is still walkable from the apartment. I highly recommend staying at Giorgio's apartment during your time in Venice.

Antonio and Roberta are amazing hosts! We received detailed instructions for check in and were also greeted in person by Roberta. She made us feel welcome and gave us tips on what to do locally. I highly recommend staying at this property! It is clean and in close proximity to transportation and groceries. Lastly, you can easily make it to the islands in about 15-20 minutes between walking and taking the bus. Kids will love this property also there is a trampoline and toys.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung in Jesolo. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern, die Unterkunft hält, was sie verspricht. Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Nächte hier verbracht und in der Zeit Venedig besichtigt.

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

Io e mia sorella abbiamo trascorso tre giorni (e mezzo) assai piacevoli in questo confortevole appartamento, i cui punti di forza sono senza dubbio l'ampiezza e la luminosita' degli ambienti nonche' l'incantevole posizione (con affaccio sul corso d'acqua) che consente di raggiungere facilmente a piedi il centro-citta' senza tuttavia subire la rumorosita' del medesimo. Aggiungasi impeccabile pulizia sia degli ambienti che della biancheria, cucina ben attrezzata e perfettamente funzionante, presenza di numerosi accessori (lavatrice, phon, ferro e asse da stiro), ottimo sistema di riscaldamento grazie al quale non abbiamo affatto patito il freddo che ha caratterizzato questo periodo, eccellente comunicazione con l'host, dimostratasi sempre molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere tempestivamente alle richieste di informazioni. In conclusione alloggio stra-consigliato e per quanto mi riguarda esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the canal. The accommodation was perfect, and the host’s approach was outstanding. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again. Highly recommended.

E' la seconda volta che recensisco l'alloggio di Giuliana. E' una vera e propria casa, spaziosa, confortevole e anche calda se ci andate in inverno ;) Si arriva al mare o ai negozi in pochi minuti, ma la location e' verde e tranquilla. Giuliana e' una host perfetta, e noi consigliamo il suo alloggio a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere un periodo di totale relax a Caorle con la famiglia o gli amici.

Beautiful! We loved this apartment on the Grand Canal & it’s view. It’s walkable to everywhere & ideal. We can’t say enough wonderful things about it & Orsola that hasn’t already been said. She arranged a taxi to pick us & up & take us back to the train station, which we highly recommend. Yes, it adds a few euros to your trip, but the ease & joy of it is so worth it, if it’s manageable within your budget. Rent this place. We stayed three nights & could have stayed three months with no regrets.
