Der Check-In erfolgte problemlos nach vorheriger Absprache. Salvatore hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt. Er ist sehr freundlich und immer leicht zu erreichen. Obwohl die Gastgeber gleich nebenan wohnen, ist die Privatsphäre zu jeder Zeit gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa an sich ist traumhaft schön. Auf der Terrasse ist man von zahlreichen mediterranen Kübelpflanzen umgeben und hat einen direkten Blick aufs Meer. Obwohl sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden, haben wir am liebsten auf „unserer“ Terrasse gesessen und die Abendstimmung genossen. Nach Tages- Ausflügen ist es außerdem sehr angenehm, sich am „Privatstrand“ zu entspannen und ein Bad im Meer zu nehmen. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Luftmatratze, alles ist vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Salvatore!

The house was perfect for our visit to the Catania area. All 3 bedrooms were clean, air conditioned, and spacious with private baths. The pictures in the listing show exactly what you can expect. The outside patio and porch areas are beautiful and great for enjoying a morning coffee and evening beverage. Marco worked with us to accommodate an early check-in. He promptly responded to all of our requests and concerns. The house is gated so privacy and security was not a concern.

This was one of the best experiences that I have had from an Airbnb. Both Antonio and his family made us all feel at home, they went above and beyond all of the amenities and the hospitality was incredible. As a Sicilian myself, it was so nice to feel the warmth of family with Antonella and Antonio. I thank you all for taking care of our family. We even experienced Etna Lava spill. We had a great experience and would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Property has absolutely delightful outside space and the master bedroom is fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped. The check in instructions could be clearer on the listing, and the address took us to the next road, but Roberta was a delight to deal with and quickly put us right - they could enhance the check in instructions because until they messaged, we weren’t clear quite what we were doing. The second and third bedrooms are fine and comfortable, but not all that big, with a toilet upstairs but the shower for those two downstairs. The pool, outdoor furniture etc are amazing, as are the views. They had a very helpful tour/taxi organiser who they put us in touch with, who sorted out wine tastings, taxis and boat trips for us, all of very good quality and not overly expensive for what you got. Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Empfang durch Peppe. Gute Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten. Auf Wünsche wurde prompt reagiert. Grill und Handtuchwechsel sofort erledigt. Whirlpool ist im Schlafzimmer. Aussenpool ums Haus herum den wir aber aufgrund der Wetterverhältnisse nicht genutzt haben. Abstellplatz fürs Auto im Hof mit Elektro. Tor. Angela haben wir einmal kurz gesehen zur Begrüßung. Der weitere Kontakt lief über Peppe der auch dort wohnte. Negativ war nur, dass Peppe nur italienisch sprach und das in unserem Schlafzimmer kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden war. Wir konnten aber den Schrank im zweiten Schlafzimmer nutzen. Wir würden die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

First off I will echo the other reviews and state: do not underestimate the drive down the hill to the house, communicate with Tina about it well before booking! That out of the way, this is one of the most spectacular air bnbs I've ever been to. The place has all you need and is very well done in terms of the facilities, water installations etc.; the SETTING & outdoor area, however, is outstanding: very private, lying at a hill in serene quietness. radiant days in absolute peace (barely any car noise even making it down the hill), a sunset that might move you to tears, followed by a night of stars that humbled us deeply. Fascinating nature around to explore in hikes if you're into it! We cherished the time here so much - thank you Tina for your warm and considerate presence, we wish you only the best :)

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Ich bin gemeinsam mit einer Freundin gereist und wir hatten den gesamten Gartenbereich, den Pool, sowie die Küche für 7 Tage nur für uns. Wir haben uns ein Auto gemietet und konnten dieses auch im Hof parken. Der Ort Monterosso ist nicht sehr touristisch, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat um einen Einblick in das Leben der Einheimischen zu erhalten. Zu dem Zimmer kann ich nur sagen, dass es sehr ordentlich und alles notwendige vorhanden war. Das einzige was man wissen sollte ist, dass das Bett etwas hart ist. Ansonsten war wirklich alles super. Der Aufenthalt hat uns super erholt und sehr gut gefallen.
