Contrada Difesa II : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

La residenza di Antonella è dotata di tutti i comfort possibili e si trova a pochi passi dal mare. L' abbiamo trovata in condizioni perfette e abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni di vero relax. Una dimensione particolarmente positiva per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Villetta pulita e ben attrezzata situata in una zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare. Letti confortevoli. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Grazie e alla prossima :)

Traumurlaub! Die Wohnung ist schön – die Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Draußen-Essbereich unter einem Pavillon und Grill. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es noch einen Whirlpool. Luisa war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten bekommen – alles schmeckt wahnsinnig gut und wir haben uns wie im Schlaraffenland gefühlt. Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung und die vielen Strände waren atemberaubend und schön leer. Die Jahreszeit und das Wetter waren perfekt, besonders für Familien, denn das Meer ist im Oktober noch warm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa residenza, tranquillità assoluta. Piscina e giardino sempre puliti e tenuti in ordine. Staff e manutentore sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi imprevisto. Valore aggiunto la spiaggia privata raggiungibile con 400 gradini. Fattibili anche da mia figlia di 3 anni. Ci rivedremo di sicuro!

Simona, Valentina, and her adorable son are wonderful hosts! The apartment is situated in a great location for visiting Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano and more. We were greeted with smiles and joy just lovely all around. Simona left us Prosecco, fruits from her garden, coffee and more. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Exceptional value for your money ❤️ Thank you again for having us!

Anna place was perfect for our family of 6. 2 min walk to the beach, beautiful beach and great food. The roof top patio was perfect for sun sets and a peace drink at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Great stay. Private location with gated parking for the car on the premise. Quiet and spacious with large yard very near the old city. Dog friendly is a super plus. Easy to communicate with the host. Matched the description and pictures. Overall clean and very comfortable. The place is technically outside the ZTL but there is a was drive to the place and you cannot avoid the the ZTL if it is active, so get instructions on how to drive to the place and avoid the ZTL. We'd stay here again if in Tropea.

Francesca ist sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.Sie hat auf uns bis spät in der Nacht gewartet um uns bis zur Casa Serena zu begleiten. In der Casa Serena haben wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Tersse ist zum verlieben und wir werden die vermissen.Der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Treppen,welche man bei Rückkehr überwinden muss ,haben uns nicht gestört. Casa Serena hat alles was man für schönen Urlaub braucht.Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch Kissen sind sehr gut.Wir haben die Zeit in der Casa Serena genossen und würden in jedem Fall diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

I can’t thank Pasquale enough for making our stay in Tropea superb. The location of the house could not get better, 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the city centre. Pasquale was extremely accommodating to our enquiries, always available for any questions we had. We will definitely come back. Thank you again for everything Pasquale.

Unit was accurately described on line and was very clean. Location as described also.. very close to grocery stores and 10 minutes to center. No matter where you stay in Tropea getting to the beach requires either steep hill or many stairs (approx. 100-300 depending on where you choose the route to get there) In front of Guiseppe place it is a hill no stairs. We had been to Tropea before so were aware of this. Guiseppe lives within the complex so was always readily available to answer any questions. We loved our stay there and will return.

Abbiamo trascorso dei bei giorni nell'appartamento di Andrea! L'arredamento è molto carino e pure la posizione è davvero ottima. Andrea poi è stato molto gentile, mettendoci a disposizione le sdraio e l'ombrellone sulla spiaggia molto bella. Quindi lo consigliamo vivamente!

Pasquale est un hôte très accueillant, très réactif. Il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur les visites à privilégier autour de sa location, notamment un très bon glacier 😋. L’emplacement est top pour accéder à Pizzo, Tropea et Scilla. Location au calme.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Pizzo,chez Francesco. L appartement est calme en étant dans le centre. Tout est accessible à pied Proche de la plage et à 20mn de la gare,tout en longeant la mer. La terrasse avec la vue sur la mer est très appréciable. Francesco est très réactif,pour un conseil,un soucis.... Il nous a même commandé un taxi pour nous rendre de la gare à l appartement . Nous hesiterons pas à revenir chez Francesco si nous revenons en Calabre.

Eine wunderschöne, charmante Unterkunft. Mit einer sehr herzlichen Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns gleich unglaublich wohl gefühlt und der liebevoll gestaltete Garten ist wirklich eine Augenweide! Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem an‘s Herz legen der in der Gegend ist.

We had a fantastic week at Christina’s place! We felt right at home since the Airbnb comes with literally everything and anything you can imagine and wish for - the apartment is up to the highest standards. We especially enjoyed the views and the central, walkable location. Thank you, Christina, for responding quickly to all our messages!

We’ve stayed at many places, but Francesco’s villa has truly been the best so far in southern Italy. The pictures simply don’t do it justice—the villa is even more stunning in person. The balcony offers a breathtaking view, making waking up each morning an absolute dream. The apartment itself is newly renovated with a thoughtful design and beautiful decor. Everything was spotless and pristine, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Francesco was a wonderful host. When we arrived, we didn’t realize that taxis or Ubers are unavailable in small southern Italian towns, but Francesco was super responsive and helped us arrange affordable transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and one of his restaurant suggestion, Manitta is a must-try! We had an incredible time exploring Capo Vaticano and Tropea—the beach and sea are absolutely magnificent. If you're planning a visit, you won't regret staying at the Olive Tree Villa. It truly is a hidden gem.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Maria is a wonderful host. She responded quickly to all our questions and gave us plenty of information on the area. We were there in the beginning of March so unfortunately, most businesses were still closed for off season but Maria directed us to a couple restaurants that were open. I wish we could have seen this cute town in its high season because many of the places looked quite charming. You can’t beat the view and waking up to morning coffee with the ocean waves hitting the shoreline.

Persone squisite e sempre disponibili. Location curata con dei fantastici alberi di clementine in giardino. Spiaggia e centro storico facili da raggiungere a piedi. Siamo stati benissimo, come essere a casa. Grazie ancora Flavio e a sua moglie. Consigliatissjmo!

Neue Wohnung in toller Lage, angenehme Gastgeber! Innerhalb 5 Minuten über Treppen an einem karibischen Traumstrand, menschenleer, zumindest im September. Tolle Terrasse mit Meer- und Stromboliblick, täglich Sonnenuntergang. Supermärkte in der Nähe, Auto erforderlich. Auch nach Pizzo sollte man nur mit dem Auto fahren. Strandbars waren im September bereits geschlossen, alles war sehr beschaulich und ruhig. Tolles sauberes Meer mit hohen Temperaturen, Strand leider stark plastikvermüllt

Muy buena estadia, Prieto y Annina excelentes anfitriones, super atentos y predispuesto en todo momento. El departamineto funcional y amplio. Cerca de la estacion de tren, bien comunicada con Tropea. Lugar tranquilo y acogedor.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

On oublie très vite les quelques marches car les vues sur le Stromboli au soleil couchant… ou même levant pour le petit déjeuner, cela reste inoubliable ! Sans oublier les montagnes et Tropea illuminée le soir. C’est l’atout majeur avec la gentillesse de Maurice et de sa femme qui sont d’une grande discrétion et pourtant très présents pour nous guider ! Par ailleurs l’appartement est comme sur les photos, calme et dans le centre, avec toutes les commodités à pied. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !

Tolle Wohnung im schönen Tropea. Gute Ausstattung und sauber. Für 4 Personen passt die Grösse. Bei 6 Personen wird es ziemlich eng. Strand und Städtchen sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir, 4-köpfige Familie, haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Antonio war nicht selber vor Ort, aber Kommunikation hat super geklappt.
