In a great location for Long Beach and super handy to include parking. The apartment was clean and tidy, had a good shower and the bed was comfy! Well-stocked kitchen in terms of appliances, utensils and herbs/spices, although we didn't need to use much of those. Great communication to help with check-in - without a US phone number, it needed to be an in-person check-in. The location was great for exploring Long Beach and provided a good base for us to drive to the rest of LA. However, there was a fair bit of noise from outside early in the mornings, I think from the garbage collection lorries. Also, whilst legal in the state, there was a strong smell of weed in the communal areas and lift, which might be a consideration for those sensitive to strong odours. Importantly, the apartment itself had no smell of weed but we were unable to keep the balcony door open or the bedroom window open at night due to the smell of weed coming in from neighbours.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Eva's property! From the moment we booked, everything was seamless. The communication with Eva was top-notch—super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. She provided clear instructions for check-in, and the space was exactly as described (if not even better!). The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, and the bathroom was stocked with plush towels and toiletries. You can tell the host put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. The location is fantastic! It is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on 2nd Street and easy to get around. We loved the quiet neighborhood and friendly residents. We can't thank Eva enough for her gracious hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will definitely book again on our next trip.

Listen! This place is perfect. When it says right by Crypto Arena, it means RIGHT by the arena. Super clean. Responsive host. This is now my go-to for my LA trips! 10/10. Zero complaints.

We had a fantastic visit to the villa! Everything was perfect, from Kim’s communication to the comfortable bed and space to relax. We loved the location, steps away from the beach and within comfortable walking distance to restaurants. Just about a half hour drive to Disneyland, we were able to easily plan a trip there with ease during our stay. I felt like I was right at home in the villa, the moment we opened the door you are met with the scent of fresh laundry as all the towels and bedding, and throw blankets were freshly laundered. The kitchen was spotless as was the bathroom and shower. And the water pressure and temperature in the shower was fantastic! Felt great after the long days at Disney. Kim was an excellent communicator, responding quickly when we chatted. She even gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on things to do. I can’t wait to return! This property is a gem - do not hesitate to book!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

Michael was very friendly and checked in several times to see how our stay was going. I love the home and ability of seeing the beach from the living room. Such cute decor and updated beautifully.

Would definitely recommend. If you don’t know LA, I would recommend reviewing the area, very peaceful area, pros and cons, diversity is one sided if it’s relevant to your stay, was a bit out of the way, but for the price and space, it was worth it. Would definitely add to my wishlist for future stays, top 5-10, there is a beautiful right up the way, it was closed, would of made my little one happy as all can be, just be prepared for traffic if you’re going for the attractions but overall, I’m satisfied in terms of dollars and cents for the comfort of what this home presented

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, a 10/10 experience! Thank you, Daniel we truly loved your home. can't wait to be back in the near future !

In addition to the amenities listed, Holly also provided foil and plastic wrap, paper towels, and sanitizers. Her home can accommodate many cars (we had 4) and is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

This home is perfect for any type of business trips for a group. Amazing host and always quick to respond to any of our needs.

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Absolutely amazing stay!!! So clean and beautiful, lovely home and lovely hosts!! I highly recommend!:)

We stayed 12 nights and felt right at home. The house was just the right size for us, and our son and dog visiting from nearby. The back patio was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and grilling out. The layout of the house was really nice. The kitchen and pantry worked well together and liked the flow into the family room and dining areas. It was handy having such a NICE washer and dryer to use for our extended stay. Valerie and her husband were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with them. The location was perfect being close to the Newport Bay Nature Preserve, and an easy drive to the nearby beaches - Huntington, Newport and Laguna. We will definitely look at booking again with Valerie for future visits to the area.

Wonderful place, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and bikes. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only negative comment I have is that the couch was horribly uncomfortable. A nice comfortable sectional from Costco would make the place near perfect.

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Tori was very responsive and even helped arrange for another pack n play for our little ones. The place was small and cozy and met all our needs. Parking wasn't an issue and the neighbors we met were all friendly.

We had a lovely stay at Shawn's place. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, especially in the morning sunlight and the family games were a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few simple mills and there was also a Chemex and filter for morning coffee. The garage full of beach gear made enjoying the beach easy and stress free. Overall this was such a great place and we would stay again!

Very kind and responsive to all messages. The home was immaculate and we loved the lighting in the house. The scenery was breathtaking. 100% highly recommend if one is coming into DTLA.

This is absolutely a gorgeous and spacious unit that is centrally located in Monterey Park. The place has everything for a relaxing vacation and as well as a work-from-home setup. I loved being able to get coffee from the bakery a few steps away each morning. The large furnished balcony (with grass, btw) is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and is by itself worth the stay! Flo has always been super responsive and genuinely helpful — she truly goes above-and-beyond. I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Flo’s airbnb twice now, and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.

Apartment was as described and everything worked just fine. In the evenings it was quite challening to find parking but Oksana mentioned this in advance. We were very happy about this accommodation.
