We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very family friendly and close to all the shopping and restaurants in town. We will definitely be back.

W couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The place was very clean, and had everything that we needed for our short stay. Not sure I'll ever make it back to Conway, but if we do, we will definitely book here again.

The house was clean and well kept, inside and out. The owners seemed to think of everything we might need. We had a great stay.

Feels likes a luxurious treehouse! It’s very quiet and private and we loved being up high in the trees. East to get to the national park and a very relaxing getaway.

Felt at home immediately - accommodations wonderful - but the fun artwork and all the extras for our dogs ---- perfect! Our Husky and Dobie enjoyed fenced and safe yard - running up and down steps --- it even had a doggie door. We never had to worry about our pups. Short walk to lakefront was relaxing too. Hope we can visit area again - no question this will be our ONLY place to stay. Just lovely! Thank you for all the obvious thought and care that went into your rental.

It was a nice well kept place with a responsive host. We had everything we needed.

We’ve stayed at this B&B a couple times and will definitely book again in the future. Darla’s home exudes a warm cozy feeling and solarium in the backyard adds to the peaceful aesthetics. Darla is a dream, very sweet and most accommodating!!! Highly recommend!!!

If I could leave more stars I would it was a great house at a location that was perfect distance from all the stuff you could want to do, but far enough away that you didn't feel like you were cramped. Host was awesome very responsive.

We loved our stay. Everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable; apartment was clean; beautifully decorated; fully stocked. This lovely little place would be great for ladies who are traveling alone as it's very secure (behind two locked doors), and right across the way from the Morrilton Police Dept. Surrounding area is quiet, and just around the block from a nice, little coffee shop. It's only just a few minutes to all major stores/restaurants. Hosts were very prompt in communication. I hope to stay again in the future - we enjoyed it so much.

I had the best time there celebrating my engagement and my birthday my with fiancé. The owner was super sweet and was very helpful and responsive! The place was very peaceful and super clean, I had a wonderful time there and will definitely be back!

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. The room was clean, amenities were as described and MORE, and the host was extremely nice and responsive throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful time with our dog and will definitely be on the lookout for this stay in the future.

This was our second time staying at Kristy’s house and we loved it just as much as the first time! The house is in the Hillcrest neighborhood, which is a super safe and family friendly neighborhood that is walkable to great restaurants, coffee, shops, bars and grocery stores. Kristy was Very responsive. The beds are super comfortable And the large chair in the living room is super cozy! We felt right at home and will continue to use Kristy’s house when we are in town!

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

Overall a great place. The microwave didn’t work but Christopher was so helpful and brought one to us right away. Furniture was great and beds were comfortable. The downstairs bath tub needs updating but the water pressure was awesome and hot! Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked but needs new pots and pans. We stayed with our 3 kids and our dogs. The views were not the greatest because it’s surrounded by houses but we still liked the house. We would drive to hot springs to do activities which took about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay. Prachtig nieuw ingericht appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaren, die je goede tips kunnen geven. Het ligt ongeveer 20 min rijden van Bathrow. Spa van Quapaw moet je ver van te voren boeken. Je kunt ook proberen bij de Spa van het Arlington hotel. Heerlijk bad en massages en je waant je in the roaring twenties.

Even with the lake closed this is a great place/host to stay with. If you’re primarily looking for lake experience you might want to ask host before booking. This host has the best cancellation policy and he will work with you on any adjustments but I didn’t need any on my stay. Highly enjoyed this place and the host experience.

Great place! Very spacious and clean. Wish Mother Nature would have been more cooperative that weekend, but we found plenty to do inside. Wonderful kitchen to cook in. Todd Feemster Camden Ar

The house was amazing, The host was always quick to answer at any point of the day or night. It was bigger then what was in the description. Highly Recommend to anyone who enjoys quietness and wants to relax. My family and I had a great time.

Such a stunning place and gorgeous location! It was absolutely perfect for our leadership team retreat, both for our meeting times as well as when it was time to relax!
