Sunset Ridge was a lovely place to spend with our group. It has so many beautifully appointed spaces to share with friends, including ample sheltered outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The hosts thought of everything including nice touches like quality cookware and dishes, every utensil you might need, and even a first aid kit. The even offered to let us use their storm shelter when we had a tornado warning. They were clear, thoughtful, and responsive communicators and I hope we get to stay there again someday. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed Eleanor's extraordinary hospitality before and this trip was no different. We look forward to more memories made with our families in the future. Do yourself a favor and book with her, you'll be glad you did!

Staying here in Conway was the perfect choice. The location is right off the highway but far enough into town you don’t hear any noise. The house was beautifully decorated and beyond clean. There’s a same flyer when you walk in that answers all your questions, I love the recommendations and small pieces of humor. The bedrooms were huge!! Lots of space and everything was was well kept. If we find ourselves out this way again, we’ll be sure to return.

My fiancé wanted to spend the weekend in a private relaxing location for my birthday. Our closets friends from Texas met us here to hike, fish and enjoy some R&R. The host was communicative and friendly. We enjoyed our stay! However when leaving on Sunday, checkout time was 10am, I’m currently in my first trimester and battling morning sickness. I was doing my best to leave on time, but ran about 45 minutes behind. We were packed and ready to go, our friends were waiting for me. An older couple came to clean as we were leaving, they were very rude. My fiancé tried to explain I was having morning sickness and still in the bathroom, the older man didn’t give him a chance to speak, he rudely said leave now. Our friends are event coordinators, very friendly people, they too were spoken to poorly. Maybe it’s the pregnancy hormones but I felt awful on how they treated us and cried when we left. As for the property and host, awesome! The private lake, a gem! Just don’t run into the cleaners!

This is the perfect place to stay. You can't get closer to Petit Jean, it's literally next door. The house is clean, well stocked and accommodates small and large groups. The outside area is relaxing and the gnome search was a cool idea. Highly recommend this one.

We appreciate that this place was centrally located to great hiking trails. Clean, comfortable and a great place to relax after a long day on the trail.

We loved our stay. Everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable; apartment was clean; beautifully decorated; fully stocked. This lovely little place would be great for ladies who are traveling alone as it's very secure (behind two locked doors), and right across the way from the Morrilton Police Dept. Surrounding area is quiet, and just around the block from a nice, little coffee shop. It's only just a few minutes to all major stores/restaurants. Hosts were very prompt in communication. I hope to stay again in the future - we enjoyed it so much.

This was an absolutely perfect place for our family to stay for our visit to Petit Jean State Park. The house was stocked with more than we could have even asked for and was absolutely adorable. We loved being so close to everything but having our own private space.
