Such a beauriful, quirky accommodation - i loved it so much! Hosts were reaponsive and respected your privacy. Definitely a place worth visiting more than once :)

We've stayed in a lot of great places in Wales, but this was by far the best! The cottage was absolutely lovely, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive to any questions we had, making our experience even better. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. We’ll definitely be looking to stay again in the next couple of months. Highly recommend!

We loved the layout of this place—upstairs living and downstairs sleeping worked perfectly for us. The floors were quite noisy, but thankfully, with toddlers around, most of our group was already used to a little extra noise! If you're comfortable driving up steep roads, this venue is well worth it. It was wonderfully warm inside, so much so that we didn’t even get a chance to use the fire! There are plenty of activities and adventures within a 15 to 30-minute drive, but the on-site games room is a great option for fun as well. While we didn’t get to explore nearby walks, we noticed plenty of people parked close by, suggesting there’s lots to enjoy in the area. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place!

was a perfect stay instantly felt homely. I'm gluten free an I had some gf cakes waiting which was so thoughtful. there was milk butter toilet rolls all waiting. there was nothing I actually needed to have a perfect stay. location was so peaceful an perfect for my 5 month old puppy's 1st holiday. children loved there own bedrooms an selection of board games too. I would love to go back again in the future. thankyou x

Amazing! Caroline was extremely helpful prior to our arrival with lots of key information and helpful local tips. The accommodation was spotless! Beautifully present and very comfortable for our family of 5. The pictures do not do justice to for the size of the downstairs space. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and great to have two separate bathrooms and showers. The countryside surroundings were stunning and very relaxing spending evenings in the hot tub after long walks. We visited some great pubs and restaurants in the local area. Once you are at the Barn cottage you feel instantly at home. The drive is a little nerve wracking and we were glad that it was sunny weather and that we encountered no cars coming in the opposite direction. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the Welsh cakes, tea/coffee and milk were nice to find waiting for us. The back yard of the cottage is secure with outdoor setting and grass area which was great for some improv family games. Martin was such a friendly and responsive host.

Lovely and well equipped barn in a great location with lots of local walks nearby and easy access to wider Snowdonia. Nigel and Sioned were very helpful and friendly. There was lots of useful information for us. Would highly recommend.

The directions to the property were very clear and helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the extra touches (like a print-out of local amenities). Delyth was very quick to respond to any messages/queries. Would definitely recommend booking.

A beautiful stay in the remote Welsh countryside – just what we needed. David and Heather were fantastic hosts and even baked us a gorgeous dairy-free lemon cake and biscuits (thank you so so much!). Everything was pristine and exactly as shown on the website. A short drive from stunning walks, railways and the sea. 10/10 would recommend.

What a fabulous 3 night stay we had here. Steven was the perfect host, showing us everything we needed to know. Leaving a welcome pack of fresh free range eggs from own hens, bread and milk along with wine and beer. The moment we arrived we felt immediately relaxed. The barn was beautifully converted and very clean and welcoming. Dogs welcome and Maggie the spaniel made our pooch welcome. Hot tub was delightful and a great way to wind down after a day of sightseeing around. Beds very sumptuous. Cannot wait to return, thank you Steven and Luke 👍

We were thrilled with this airbnb. It was beautiful and spacious. One of our party was in a wheelchair and was able to get around downstairs with ease. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for them (which is a room in it's own right, not the lounge with sofa beds as I thought from the pictures). The downstairs bathroom was also great for them. Gemma had put out ramps for the slight step on the entry door, and a step inside approaching the lounge. She had also rolled up the rugs to make it easier for them to get around. She was proactive and always responsive to texts. There was room for our four cars outside! We often saw Gemma go past with her beautiful horses and she stopped for a chat. I can recommend this place with enthusiasm, it is a haven of peace and comfort. (You don't need a code to get into the gate even though it looks like it from the pictures, but you will get a key-box code for the front door key a day or two before you get there).

The accommodation was perfect! Just what we were after for a night away from the hustle and bustle. Fiona and Richard communicated brilliantly and sent us clear instructions on how to find the property. We were greeting by Richard and Ted (the dog) which was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and Fiona even let me borrow her hairdryer when we couldn’t find the one in the barn. We will definitely recommend and be returning in the future. We booked the barn for a friend’s hen do and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place or better hosts! From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make everything perfect – thoughtful touches everywhere and such a welcoming vibe. They gave us a full tour of the farm (which we loved!), showed us the most stunning views, and even let us feed the calves – such a special experience that we’ll all remember. They were always super responsive and replied straight away to any questions, which made everything so easy. If you’re thinking about booking, do it – you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed a lovely, relaxing stay - it was everything we had hoped for. The barn is stunning and well furnished, the hot tub is a dream with beautiful views. We cycled down to phiwelli beach one day and drove out to snowdownia, lots of excellent walks and cycling routes on the doorstep. Just what we needed! Jim was a relaxed and friendly host, responsive when needed and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend!

We have had a lovely stay at Emma's cottage. it is extremely picturesque and very peaceful. The children loved seeing the animals and the hot tub was very relaxing at the end of the day watching the sun set.

Jane’s flat proved to be an utterly delightful sanctuary, ideal for a tranquil escape. The location was simply idyllic, affording sweeping, panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It was finished to an exceptionally high standard, boasting everything from state-of-the-art ventilation to luxurious underfloor heating, and maintained with impeccable cleanliness throughout. Jane’s generosity was particularly noteworthy; she had thoughtfully stocked the fridge with a selection of complimentary treats, which was most appreciated. Although Jane and her family reside adjacent to the flat, my privacy was entirely respected, and they were unfailingly discreet. At the same time, Jane was wonderfully helpful in recommending charming local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay.A particular highlight was Jane’s enchanting garden. It was a veritable haven, brimming with vibrant flowers alongside with melodious birds song. All in all it was just a perfection! Thank you, Jane!

Had a really love couple of nights with a group of friends over New Years Eve. Margaret was really helpful, she met us when we arrived and showed us around the house so we knew where everything was. The place is huge so that was really helpful. It looks just like the photos and is in a really lovely place, we could see horses out of our window and at night the stars were really bright. It was a perfect countryside escape and really well suited to a big group of people.

Beautiful setting,easy to find with Mirka's directions,relaxing as soon as we arrived. Well sited with easy access to many attractions and stunning views across the area. Roads were good too,no potholes or traffic! Well worth staying, bed was super comfy, shower worked a treat and bath was a relaxing after a long day out. Well recommended and thank you once again for a great stay. Will definitely be back x

Nick and Charlotte are great hosts. They're very welcoming, and while the place can be difficult to find, they have done everything in their power to help with that. The location is excellent! It's remote enough that you feel hidden away from the rest of the world whilst not being too far from shops and restaurants as to be inconvenient. It is only a ten minute drive from the start point for the Watkin path of Snowdon and roughly 20/30 minutes from the other start points. Highly recommend for anyone looking to find peace amongst the hills.

Me and my partner had an absolutely amazing time and we would 100% recommend to our friends and family and we have already booked to go back next year. Toby and Stephanie are phenomenal hosts the location is beautiful and the area. The accommodation is 10/ 10.

I was visiting north wales for work and this was the perfect place for me to concentrate in such a peaceful environment and in cute little property that felt like a home from home! I would definitely come back again!

June’s place was wonderful, the location is great and within driving distance of lovely local villages and towns and also restaurants and shops. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The view from the hot tub was amazing and the garden was very private. We had a fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Helen’s cottage. It was in the most beautiful surroundings, it felt very cosy and clean and Helen was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
