Me and a few friends went over for a long weekend trip, the place was amazing, great location! A 20 minute drive from the beach and the pier was beautiful! Watched the England wales game at the local pub and it was amazing, would definitely recommend!

This little haven is located in the perfect place! The check in was easy and straightforward. The rooms were immaculately presented and spacious. The views from The Bothy are astounding and truly worth seeing in person as pictures do honestly not do it justice at all! We would 100% recommend to stay here if you are looking for a remote hideaway with beautiful walks and scenery! We will be returning for sure 😃

We had a lovely stay at Debbie & Dave’s air bnb. Everything was clean, tidy and cosy. The views were spectacular and we throughly enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to for an off grid retreat.

The Perfect Cosy Cottage. Whether you want an escape or a place to relax after a trip up Snowdon this cottage has everything you need including a private hot tub and a log burner. Set in a small village amongst waterfalls it really is the definition of relaxation. I can’t recommend this place enough, immaculately clean and a few little Welsh treats really made a lovely weekend extra perfect. 1000% will be back! We had a brilliant short stay here. The cottage was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed. Minutes away from the main streets of Conwy but still very peaceful. Highly recommend staying here if you are spending a few days in this lovely town!

What a beautiful spot! We were very lucky to find this cottage, in a stunning location and gorgeous inside and out. Belinda was such a lovely host - provided lots of information, checked in to make sure I had everything and just very welcoming. The cottage was perfect for us, ideal to get up and walking in the hills and cosy in the evenings. Highly recommend and will hopefully be able to come back!

This Cottage is all you need and want to explore the beautiful area. Walking paths on your doorstep take you straight up on the mountain with stunning view all the way to sea. Kitchen is well equipped, living room is super cosy with fireplace and bedroom upstairs are nicely appointed. Bathroom is spacious with nice hot shower. Loving stay over new year: weather was inclement but it added to the character building stunning walks and made retreating in the cosy cottage even better. Kids absolutely loved the outside walks (mountains, water falls, sheep everywhere) and the traditional cosy cottage. Will defo consider for a spring/summer outing again.

We had a super weekend stay at the cottage. The evening that we arrived the fire was already lit & it was so cosy & welcoming. There was plenty of useful information provided about the cottage & local places of interest & places to eat etc. It is such a beautiful area, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great location close to the sea, perfect for dog walks and walks along the prom. House was clean and beds comfortable but tall people, like us, may struggle with the metal frame bed ends. Garden is split from patio by two gates and hedges surround the grassed area, so not completely puppy proof. We managed with a long lead so all good and a hose is provided at the back of the house. Lovely stay and surrounded by great places to eat: Beach cafe, No25, Top Wok and Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias to name but a few.

Domek jest przepięknie urządzony , ma Wyjątkowa atmosfera , której nadaje każdy mały szczegół . Gospodarz zadbał o najmniejszy szczegół , wyposażenie, sprzęt oraz niezbędne akcesoria są na najwyższym poziomie . .... Przepyszna kawa ...... nie mogła bym nie wspomnieć o prezentach na przywitanie gości ! Mega !

We really enjoyed our stay at Mair's place. Beautiful cottage with lots of nice touches such as a welcome basket and dog treats. Cottage also had lots of useful extras such as spare toothbrushes, beach towels etc. Location was great. Lots of lovely walks in Betswy-y-coed about 20 mins away and a lovely beach in Conwy 15 mins away. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The place was lovely, great for me my partner and the dog. Gorgeous views and perfect to sit out of an evening. Everywhere was tidy, Ceri was responsive and gave us detailed instructions of getting there along with local recommendations. She very kindly let us check in early and out late. The only downside I would say would be the shower didn't get very hot and was a bit of a trickle but not a major issue. Would definitely go again!

This is our second stay in Bryn Eithin and won't be our last hopefully. We have found Jacqui to be a charming and attentive host. Her cottage is ideal for a couple, being comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. Llanfairfechan is a great location, within easy travelling distance of Llandudno and Colwyn Bay to the east and Caernarfon and Ynys Môn to the west. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Jacqui!

Perfect for work, central location and more relaxed than a hotel. No issues at all.

was greeted on arrival with tea coffee sugar bread and milk brought homemade soup on arrival in slow cooker was very tasty. Brought the Welsh cakes and lemon drizzle cake was best ever.The cottage is amazing spottless clean .Comfy beds .The summer house in the garden is a extra bonus with views of the hills.Only 15 min drive to llandudno. Would highly recommend a stay .

A lovely little cottage with easy access to everything you need. Short walk into the town for the shops and cafes. Bus ride into Conwy and Llandudno. Quick walk down to the beach. The cottage itself was the perfect space and had everything we need with lots of nice little touches. Really enjoyed our stay and will miss the beautiful view from the window! Gorgeous cosy cottage in a peaceful but great location, with a clear view of Snowdonia. Excellently equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good facilities, and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the living room upstairs, definitely big enough to comfortably sit a family of 4. The nearby town of Betws-y-coed (about an 8 minute drive) has lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from. There’s also a Shell garage a 5 minute drive away if you quickly need milk / essentials etc. Just a navigation fyi - Apple Maps correctly directed us to Capel Garmon but struggled with finding the exact postcode location of the farm. I then tried Google Maps which was more accurate. Eirian does also include very helpful directions in her booking message. We did the Mt Snowdon sunrise summit which I’d highly recommend (weather permitting!), and this cottage was in a great location to drive to the village of Llanberis at 2:45am! All round a perfect stay ☺️
