We had an absolutely wonderful time. Nancy was truly kind and made various thoughtful arrangements to ensure our family felt comfortable. Her dog, Pepper, was also very friendly and played with my daughter. The room was impeccably clean and left nothing to be desired. The bathroom, in particular, was spotless, allowing us to relax in the bath with peace of mind. Thank you so much!

This was such a beautiful spot right by the beach! The house was so nice, we didn’t want to leave. Hilary was also super responsive and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay! The home is just a few short blocks from the Wells Street Beach near the Indiana Dunes National Park. The home was modern and clean, with plenty of amenities. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The location is also just a few miles from the Portage South Shore rail station, allowing for an easy trip into Chicago. If you're looking for a relaxing stay near the Indiana Dunes, don't hesitate to stay here!

The beach house was a total gem! Description totally matched the house. The modern, clean, chic vibe that this house has is so unique and so appreciated. We stayed here with our two boys and it was just absolutely a lovely apartment for for a family! The beds were so incredibly comfortable and one of my favorite things was waking up in the middle of the night and thinking to myself- this place (sheets included!) smelled fantastic and so clean! The owner was very responsive. My very favorite part was waking up and seeing the view of the lake right outside the window, with the sun shining and the waves crashing (so calming all day!). Minutes walk to the train station. We felt safe and private although there are other tenants living in the building. This will definitely be our go-to for trips to Chicago! Lovely find!

We loved it here! Easy walk to the beach and 10 mins from the nat park! Insanely perfect!

I booked the Holliday House for my birthday. I didn't want to go out of town and decided to book an Airbnb. Well the stay was absolutely amazing! It felt like I was at a house on the coast. The house has views of Lake Michigan which is a few steps away from the house. And the bathrooms OMG were like being at an upscale spa. Angie was very responsive and friendly! I look forward to staying there again! Thank you Angie! 🥰

This stay in Evanston was so convenient! It was a 15 minute walk from the Purple line, which made it easy to get to the city. The beach was also beautiful and it was only a 2 minute walk!

Chris was excellent and an amazing host, quick to respond and gave detailed instructions. Even when I had made the mistake of forgetting to let him know when I checked out, he was still understanding and calm about it. Me and my girlfriend loved the stay, and would recommend this small abode to anyone looking to get a place to rest!

This is the forth time that we choose Rasheed's place and like always it is a great place to stay. It is clean, has all the things we need for a long stay, central place and close to public transportation. Rasheed is very friendly, always available and very responsive . We will surely come again.

The place is beautiful. I had a blast for my birthday. It was the perfect place for my birthday event Not only did I love the place but everybody that came out loved it and wanna book it for their events.

The coach house is charming! Janet made our stay very comfortable. All details were attended to. She decorated beautifully such that it was a treat to spend time there as “ours “.
