We recently stayed at Benjamin’s house in Grand Marais, and it was absolutely beautiful and amazing. The house itself was warm, stylish, and impeccably clean. Its close proximity to Lake Superior added to the charm, with stunning views and a peaceful, serene atmosphere. We loved how beautifully the house was surrounded by nature, making it a perfect retreat. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we will definitely be coming back next year!

Clean spacious apartment in a perfect location to walk to everything in Grand Marais. We didn’t need to use our car unless we left town to go hiking and exploring the Gunflint Trail. 1 block to grocery store. The apartment was airy and bright. The linens were soft and beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive. He contacted us to let us check in early and responded immediately to all queries. We’ll stay here again.

Perfect location right downtown! The space was beautifully decorated, perfect size and layout for two couples to split. Appreciated Kelsi's proactive communication with directions and flexibility for an earlier check-in time. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Great little place. Very clean, private, excellent location just a few blocks from all the lake. Definitely staying here again!

I was talking a class at the folk school down the hill, and working remotely for a couple days before. This worked so well - I had a place to work in chairs that were also comfortable- and that’s not a small thing! I could walk to class, to meet up with folks, go home for lunch… plenty of well appointed kitchen space to make my own meals. Comfortable space to relax and feel at home. And the best part, because of the pet friendly policy, I was able to bring my cat! I appreciated being able to see the lake in the distance, watch the sun rise, burrow in on a stormy day. I’ll be back (in fact, the next visit is already on the books).

Really loved staying here! It was very clean when we arrived and the small space had everything we needed for our stay. We took a course at the North House folk school while staying here and it was super convenient — an under ten minute walk to our class everyday. Plus it was close to many restaurants and the grocery stores in town.

It was my second time staying in one of their properties and it won’t be the last. The place was cozy, very clean, had everything I needed, and was close to everywhere I wanted to go. It was just right!
