Overall positive experience. We loved that the pool and hot tub were in the same building. I skied most of the time and it was nice to come back to the room and start a fire. The condo was clean and everything worked as it should.

Great location, ski in/out worked great!

We enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the welcome pack of treats and the nice note welcoming us on our arrival. Adding a clothes dryer would be a nice extra touch for the future.

We loved the place and Peter is an excellent host. He provided very detailed instructions prior to, during, and after our trip. The house was as advertised, clean, and provided ample space for a large group (13). Awesome location to Lutsen Mountains with true ski in / ski out access. The community space with pool, hot tub, and ping pong was great as well!

Check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable. Easy ski-in/ski-out (our 4 yr old could ski the path). You do need to drive to the pool, but worth it. We will stay here again. Had a great time at Lutsen!

If you love snowmobiling and are always on the lookout for fresh trails, let me put Hovland, MN, on your radar. I recently spent a weekend there with a few friends, and it was hands down one of the best riding trips I’ve had. Our Airbnb turned out to be the perfect home base, and the snowmobiling in the area? Absolutely top-notch. One thing to note—you’ll need to trailer into either Grand Marais or Grand Portage to hit the trails. While that might sound like an extra step, it’s actually a huge advantage. Both spots serve as prime trailheads, giving you direct access to an extensive network of well-groomed trails. Plus, they offer gas, restaurants, and plenty of parking, making it super convenient. And since Hovland is equidistant from both, it's less than a 20-minute drive in either direction, so you can switch things up depending on the day. We loved our holiday skiing stay! We had two families, nine people - 4 adults and 5 young adults. The ski in/ out access was great and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out in the great room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we cooked all our meals in! There is only seating for 7 at the table, but we moved a couple counter stools to the table so we could all sit there. We had some issues with the heat in the upstairs bedroom (too hot) but Shayla was responsive and helped us trouble shoot. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The end unit is great for a beautiful view! The location is amazing to Ski in/Ski out! Very cozy with the fireplace. Love the large deck. Jesse and Dean were very helpful and quick to respond with my questions. Thank you for allowing my furry kids to join us!! It was really fun!!!!

Absolutely magical winter getaway! This cabin in the woods is a true gem. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a peaceful winter wonderland, with snow-covered trees and crisp, fresh air. The cabin itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, complete with candles that create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The hot tub was a highlight, offering a warm escape while surrounded by the serene winter landscape. After soaking, we enjoyed the sauna, which was the ultimate way to unwind after a day of hiking and snowshoeing through the snow-covered trails. The views from the cabin were breathtaking, and stargazing at night was an unforgettable experience—such clear skies and endless stars. If you’re looking for a tranquil, nature-filled retreat, this is the place. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! The photos listed were great but it was even more immaculate in person. Such a cozy spot with great views of Lake Superior. We will be coming back for sure :)

This cabin was perfect (location, size) for a getaway with my dog! They were very welcoming to me & Toby-even leaving him a treat and towels. They were responsive and helpful when I had a question. It is very evident that they take a lot of pride in making time at the cabin an enjoyable and comfortable experience.
