This Airbnb is pristine! My family felt right at home. The home is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking! The decks are relaxing and peaceful to sit on, listen to the birds, and enjoy the lake/mountain views. And the beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to go back home. The kids loved the game room and even us adults played some of the games with them. We're drove to twin falls for a hike and the drive wasn't too bad. Overall, we had a wonderful time and no one was ever bored!

Our stay was wonderful. Great view, and spacious. The game room and hot tub added the perfect touch of entertainment. We had family in town to celebrate my daughters 6th birthday, and it did not disappoint. I will warn you of a steep hill for the driveway and parking spaces. Otherwise perfect.

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

If you're looking for the ULTIMATE lake house retreat, look no further!! "What A View" is absolutely stunning and exceeded all of our expectations, offering the perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, comfort, and unbelievable lake views!! The hot tub was a huge highlight for our group of ten; perfect for soaking under the stars after a long day of outdoor adventures! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were tons of board/card/arcade games for everyone to be entertained for hours!! We also enjoyed the great quality and large TV for watching the Super Bowl with our gang. :) Andrea was an incredible host and was proactive in every way possible! We highly recommend "What A View" on Center Hill Lake and we easily give it a 10/10! (BTW - We can't wait to come back in the summer to try out the beautiful pool!). Thank you!!

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

Host was super responsive and friendly. Beautiful and quiet location. Enjoyed a relaxing holiday vacation with my family!

The house was even better in person than the photos (if you can even imagine)! Lee & Melody were so helpful and responsive. My friends and I are already planning on coming back when it’s pool weather. Thanks for providing a beautiful home for a memorable girls weekend :)

This place was wonderful! We didn’t want to leave. We stayed on the porch all day one day and spent lots of time in the hot tub. And Jordan was very kind, responsive and accommodating.

Perfect stay for our weekend getaway to visit our children at TTU. The house was in a nice quiet location and only 10 minutes from my children’s apartment and TTU.

This is a nice spot — peaceful and pleasant. The house is very nicely appointed. Everything is new or nearly new. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. It’s within easy driving distance to Cookeville. Sadie was super responsive and friendly and flexible. Would recommend!

I stayed overnight at Shawna’s barn so that I could attend a wedding nearby. It was the perfect spot for an overnight stay! She was awesome, and her kitchen had a ton of staples for cooking and cleaning. Also, her chickens and her mules/donkeys were beautiful and sweet. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal host and super cute house! Would definitely recommend saying for a weekend getaway! There’s not much to do in the town, but it’s an easy commute to surrounding areas. The only “issues” we had (which are out of the hosts control) is that the neighbors dog barked for hours.. and the road is quite busy if you have children but that’s likely due to road construction in the area. We will most likely be back next year and can’t wait!

The home was surprisingly spacious and very clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. The location is private and peaceful. A great place to unwind for a great price!

The word super host is accurate here. The home was easy to find, super charming we absolutely loved some of the little touches of hospitality, and the beds were incredibly comfortable We were just passing through for the night and check in with super easy in the host easy to relate with and really helpful. We make a lot of trips through this part of the state will definitely be staying here again if it’s open !

A very nice, quiet and beautiful place to rest, we were able to observe nature and have moments of introspection, without a doubt it is a place to connect with nature and with yourself Hannah has been an excellent hostess, recommending the place to rest.

Third time staying in this house. Always clean and convenient for our purpose. Will definitely try to stay next time.

Shawn was an awesome host! She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best! The cottage was very clean and has plenty of nicer appliances/amenities. The kitchen utensils/dishes are better than most. She always communicated quickly and provided many different recommendations for us to enjoy our stay. She surprised us with cake, chocolate treats, sparkling juice and homemade banana muffins. Shawn’s place was an amazing stay! We hope to be back again soon.

This cabin in the woods is homey and cozy. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was stocked with appropriate gadgets, utensils. pots and pans. The place was clean and comfortable for our adult party of 5. Would I rent it again? Yes, we would. Michelle's notebook was comprehensive and she was responsive to questions. The dishwasher is small and a countertop model. Not a problem because we just used coffee mugs and silverware. Everything else we planned was disposable. This leads to garbage. Our stay was 8 days so we did have to take a few bags of garbage to the county dumpsters. No washer and dryer onsite and Michelle did mention that. Because our stay was so long, we had to visit the laundromat. I recommend the one in McMinnville not the the one in Smithville. We had a great time and were fortunate to find this property that was pet friendly. Our dog Max totally enjoyed the walks in the woods and the state park. The front porch was awesome.

The home was just as described. The host was very responsive to any communication I had, answering within minutes. She communicated some work the neighbors would be doing one afternoon so we wouldn’t be surprised to see a building moving. The home was immaculately clean and free of clutter. I didn’t really realize how appreciative I was about the lack of clutter until I stayed here but it really makes the stay so much easier. Also, to add, there are huge closets. I wish I had closets like that at my house! There is plenty of room (the home is really spacious.) The beds are comfortable and so is the large L-shaped couch which we could all sit on in the evening and watch TV. (To be honest, seeing the couch in the listing was one of the reasons I chose this place.) To add, the scenery is really nice. It’s outside of town but you can get to town in 10 minutes. The yard is huge and sitting on the porch makes for a nice morning coffee.

The house was great, super clean. Very friendly host. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I hope this place will be available next year for our event.

The Little House was perfect for a girl’s getaway weekend. The location was peaceful and just a few minutes from Cookeville. We had so much fun playing games supplied by the host and relaxing in the hot tub that we only left the house once to get snacks. The beds were comfortable, and we loved there was a TV in each room. The home was beautiful and spotless. Aaron was a very responsive host and left Ralph’s donuts as a welcome gift. I can’t wait to come back!
