The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. One of the highlights for us was the heated pool – the temperature was perfect, especially since the weather was a bit cooler than usual. The yard games and indoor games were fun too. Stephanie, the host was incredibly responsive and checked in on us to ensure everything was going smoothly. Only a 20-30 minute drive from various hikes, entertainment, sporting events, etc. there are yummy local restaurants and grocery stores nearby if you don’t want to drive far. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a well-equipped retreat!

We had a great stay for our spring break trip! Hedy and Jessica were very responsive and helpful when we asked questions and they even reached out to us after our arrival to ensure the house had everything we needed. The pool was great and the neighborhood is quiet. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby! We would definitely rent from them again!

It was our first time in the area and we spent spring break here. We hand the most relaxing time in this beautiful home. Everything was as described and even the neighbors were so friendly!

Great place to stay! Convenient location, nice pool, plenty of space. A couple of things to consider. No smoke monitors, they've all been removed. The landscapers came unannounced and asked us to go inside. Otherwise it was a great stay and would recommend

Had a great stay - lovely outdoor space and pool and fun things to do. Close to good walking trails, golf, spring training and restaurants. Everything in good working order and no troubles at all. Would stay again.

The house was very clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. Location was central and easy to get to. Would recommend this house to anyone going to Scottsdale with a large group.

Very clean and looked like the pictures. We were able to walk to restaurants & the grocery store. We really enjoyed the pool and the great weather was a plus.

Katie’s home was beautiful and very welcoming. There was a beautiful backyard area with mini golf, a pool, and just overall a great spot to enjoy the fresh air and relax. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Katie was also very good are checking in to make sure we were okay, and also very good with instructions/responses to questions we had during our stay. Will definitely be returning when I’m in the area!

Ryan’s place was perfect for my family. We loved walking the neighborhood. It was a great location for us. We were able to get out and hike. Golf courses are very close. Nearby are restaurants and stores. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable there. It had everything we needed. Ryan was very responsive and very friendly when I contacted him. Highly recommend one of his properties.

Place is fantastic. Close to everything Scottsdale has to offer without being in the center of the hustle and bustle. Home is super clean, pool and hot tub were perfect. We swam every day. The home is well stocked (one caveat there is no seasonings so if you plan on cooking throw some in a bag for yourself). Great value and Cathy is super responsive/helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

House was great for 6 adults. The backyard was fantastic! Enjoyed our stay!

Rae’s home has everything you could need - spacious, very comfortable beds, huge couch, GIANT tv, fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. I stayed for several months and was very happy. The back porch has chairs and table and bbq grill, grocery stores five minutes away, and enough restaurants for days when I didn’t want to cook. Oh, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, very safe to walk at night, had zero issues during my stay. Phoenix is just up the road for the airport, spring training games, or anything else. Highly recommend Rae’s home for both short term and long stays!

Perfect place for large groups! Pool area was great and the pickleball court was so much fun for all the teenagers and adults…Nice location when out for walks everyone friendly and waves…close to everything necessary

Communicative and friendly hosts! The house had plenty of notes throughout for quick understanding and use of various functions. Check out instructions were easy. We enjoyed the place so much we were happy to miss about half of the music festival we came to see. Thanks Calin

My friends and I booked this place for my bachelorette. We had such an amazing stay. The place is even better in person. Stunning backyard. Melissa was so kind and very responsive. I would totally stay there again. It also seems like a great place for families to stay.

We enjoyed staying in your home very much! There was more than enough space for 5 of us! We hope to return again! During our stay we visited the pool, Rosati’s, Fat Cats, and various of recommendations you gave us. We didn’t make it to Pecan Lake Entertainment but that is first on the list once we return! Very easy to get to. Everything you need is close by. If you forgot anything , Melody has it for you. We were there for a month with two dogs and we enjoyed every minute. It was March so the unheated pool would deter most but we are from Canada so we got right in. We’ve stayed at other Air b/b for a month and always run out of paper towel /toilet paper etc the first week. Not here. They keep everything stocked up. Very attentive and kind hosts. Great home and great pool! Easy to access freeways and grocery stores. Everything g you need is there to feel like you’re at home!
