The house is located in a great location. The landlord is responsive all the time regarding our needs. Our three families had a great time

This location and, in particular, the proximity to an uncrowded but surf life safer patrolled section of the beach was fantastic. Well-appointed and largish bedrooms with a massive and very comfortable communal area. The only downside and it's not a biggy for us was that the beds are a little on the soft side, particularly for those used to or who prefer a medium to firm bed. Great communication from Gavra the host. Would definitely like to visit again. thank you.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in a beautiful quiet spot, with everything we needed for our stay. The kids favourite part was the golf cart! We would stay here again next time we come to the area, we found it a much more enjoyable stay compared to booking a hotel.

Secluded, clean & well-equipped. Kangaroos, cockatoos & kookaburras in the back yard on daily basis. Easy to find. Helpful hosts. You will be enjoying your stay!

Corinne's house was absolutely beautiful. A very modern house with the best fixtures, fitting and furniture. All appliances we top quality and I very impressed with the high level decorations. The weather wasn't kind to us but because the house was so spacious with a number of separate areas are 3 couples we were able to separate as desired or gather together as required. I would highly recommend this accomodation.

We had a wonderful time here. The view of the ocean is exceptional and the duel living arrangement was perfect for our large family. It’s a short walk to beaches and parks so perfect for young families. The only issue we had was with the down stairs living air conditioning which we couldn’t manage to turn on due to there being multiple systems to cater for the space. So I recommend having one of the agents show you how to turn it on at arrival as they meet you there in person.

Our stay at Holiday House 7 at Essence Peregian Beach over Christmas was exceptional! We loved the location, loved the pools and the house was fabulous. Only thing was a lack of basic pantry items (salt and pepper, oil and baking paper etc.) which would have been ideal. Otherwise we had a wonderful time at a great holiday house, we will be back again in the future and would recommend to others.

Property management had fantastic communication and responded really quickly. The property itself was beautiful. (The pictures didn't do it justice), accurately described and had a well stocked kitchen. The pool, cinema room, tennis courts, golf course, steam room and gym ensured our group had plenty of activities to choose from without leaving the area. Private bedrooms and a large main living area allowed our group to spend a lot of time together but also to have our separate space. Very reasonably priced and would recommend.

You always worry a bit that what you see in the pictures might be a bit too good to be true, but this lovely home exceeds those expectations. We walked in and were immediately impressed. Simple furnishings tastefully chosen. Kitchen has all I needed. As the family chef who is fussy about his equipment, this was surprisingly well equipped. Waking up to (admittedly early) sunrises is just beautiful. The location, absolutely right on the river, just can't be beaten. We had a couple of things that needed attention through natural wear and tear, and Mel sorted them promptly. This would be definitely the best way to enjoy a stay in Noosa. We've experienced a variety of hotel style accomodations here, and this is by far the best way to enjoy Noosa and the river.

A beautiful and peaceful beach haven, we absolutely loved our stay at Teewah and the whale deck was just sublime at night time to look at the bright stars and moon… SO great!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it the perfect spot for our trip. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The experience at the house was very nice. It is a fairly large and cozy house that allowed us to make the meals we needed and to be able to rest. The beds were quite comfortable and the aircon pretty good for this weaher. The kitchen utensils were quite good, only a handle of a pan was loose. We were also able to enjoy the open spaces. It had a very nice view. The only thing I saw was cobwebs in some corners, there weren't many. All the services were quite good. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay, was great for a big group and Kirsty was super easy to work with. Would book again!
