We absolutely loved staying at this property. Incredible views, great spaces to hang out together and a really well-appointed kitchen and dining/outdoor dining area resulted in some wonderful memories being made. The hot tub, pool room, gym, drying room and reformer pilates machine were luxurious additions that made our group stay one to remember! Sue was also a great host who was quick respond and provide assistance. 10/10!

We stayed at Lil’s place over the NYE period and are very happy we chose this place. Onsite parking is right in front of the main door which was hugely convenient. Clear views of the mountains and easily accessible. Can highly recommend for families.

My second stay at Amber and Mat’s place, equally as great as the first. Such a well appointed apartment in a beautiful location on the lake.

Our family are so in love with this house. It was a private oasis, like having a resort all to ourselves. Our young adult kids loved the pool and the pool table. It was lovely to be able to bring our dog with us too. Hosts left helpful instructions and lots of local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again when bringing the family to Canberra.

Our family of four had an absolutely amazing stay at Ola Chalet! The property is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for all of us. The chalet’s location is perfect—nestled in the picturesque Crackenback area, close to the resort facilities and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The amenities were fantastic, especially for a family. We loved the cozy fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen (the Nespresso machine was a hit!), and the convenience of having everything we needed for a stress-free stay. Susie is a wonderful host—helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Her clear instructions and thoughtful touches made the check-in and check-out process seamless. We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to return. We highly recommend Ola Chalet to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious alpine retreat.

This was our 2nd stay at Lauren's place and was as good the 2nd time round. Lake Crackenback is one of our family's favourite destinations. There is so much to do and of course the environment is spectacular. The views of the lake from the apartment are stunning. This time we saw the elusive platypus from the comfort of the apartment couch, which was so special.

The property was as listed, clean and well placed for the stay we wanted. Walkable to everything required if staying local to Greenway - Public Transport into city if required

We were so amazed and the apartment definitely exceeded expectations. The apartment was very relaxing, cozy, luxurious and beautiful. We felt so comfortable. The apartment was the perfect place to relax after days of adventure around Lake Crackenback resort. We had a great time and would highly recommend this chalet to anyone.
