We really enjoyed our stay, the house is well presented, very cozy with comfortable beds. Lovely furnishings and the pool is amazing. I recommend this house for a family staycation and/or friends holiday!

Super convenient with covered parking right at the door. Quiet and comfy space. Great shower with very good pressure. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and a few handy food items. Relaxed and helpful host gave us plenty of privacy. Nothing bad to say!

Loved our stay in Brisbane, easy to walk to west end and get around, the place felt like a home and lived in which was really lovely, would definitely stay here again!

Good place for families

This property provides perfect respite from suburban life in a tranquil tropical setting. Pete greets guests on arrival ensuring access to the property is made easy and offers his support when /as needed throughout the stay. The house is well appointed and very clean and the kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare and eat meals onsite. The added consideration to stock the house with milk and bread (of your choice) as well as coffee and eggs made the first breakfast in the house easy and was much appreciated. The pool is large and very clean and we were grateful for exclusive use during our stay during a humid time of year. Karen and Pete are kind and friendly people and we appreciate their making this lovely place available for guests to enjoy. Thanks so much for an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was very nice, the fridge was well stocked, Jackson was very responsive when we contacted him. The Pool was affected by the cyclone which was unfortunate and Jackson rectified this as soon was practicable .

We loved and enjoyed Storme’s place. She is very professional and responsible. It's quite far from City but if you prefer a quiet place rather than a busy are, there's no reason not to choose this place. Plus it is super duper clean and tidy.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with views to die for and Thomas was so thoughtful in all the extras he supplied which were thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated, couldn't be happier with this accommodation.

Had a great stay at Anna’s place! The location is convenient, especially for those visiting the university—it’s within walking distance, though it may feel a bit far if you're not used to walking. There's also a Woolworths nearby, making grocery shopping easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The space felt cozy and welcoming, making it easy to settle in. Anna was a wonderful host—friendly, approachable, and always willing to share her experiences and wisdom. She made sure I felt welcome and was available if I needed anything. Overall, a comfortable stay in a well-located place with a great host. Would recommend!

I needed an overnight stay on my travels just to rest & relax. I loved my time here. From the moment I arrived I felt a sense of coming home. A lovely big Queenslander surrounded by nature. A family home with all the touches which felt like home for me. The hosts were friendly & welcoming. Although it is their home, as a guest it provided the privacy & space to relax. I was able to prepare a lovely meal & a light breakfast was provided which I really appreciated & enjoyed on the beautiful big back balcony. Bliss. It was so clean & uncluttered. We stayed two nights at Margo’s and absolutely loved our stay. Margo and Russell are warm and friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. The bedroom is beautiful, spacious and a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom is conveniently across the hall and also spacious and all your own. We also enjoyed being greeted by gorgeous Winnie the bordoodle. We highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. Thanks for having us Margo.

So quiet and relaxing and perfectly set up for a mini break. Lovely breakfast foods and fruit was a wonderful inclusion. Highly recommend! Loved the garden and birds and just a few metres from walking trails and lookouts.

Fabulous stay! Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Stunning views of the river - fantastic place to enjoy a cuppa 😍 Would stay again and highly recommend!

Roxanne was such a kind person, she was super helpful also! Happy to answer any questions I had. The view from the deck was honestly breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious! I have only positive things to say about our experience. I would definitely recommend everyone come here!!

Patrick was very welcoming, informative and explained the check in / out process, including when we arrived home late, how to get in. The morning after our stay, we were welcomed with beautiful coffee, condiments and cereals, this was all explained to us the previous day. The most amazing place eva and definitely will be back next time we go to Sirromet Winery
