Nice apartment in a very convenient location. All the essentials were provided and the room was comfortable.

Thanks to Sally for the opportunity to check in earlier. Always in touch, responds quickly. It is very convenient that there is an underground parking. The apartment is literally a five-minute walk from restaurants, shops and a tram stop.

This is a really great property in a modern apartment block. Everything about the property is friendly and homely. The photos and information on Airbnb are very accurate and can be totally trusted. The properties orientation is great, overlooking the ocean, a small park, and the town of Surfers paradise, so there’s plenty to look at from the spacious balcony. All rooms are a good size and well appointed. Can’t find any faults with this property. I can’t believe we’d have found any place any better for our 6 night stay. Pretty much perfect, 10 out of 10.

Was very close to everything, The grand has great meals and being just underneath was perfect and easy with the family! Pool is heated which the kids loved and the beach right across road was a perfect view to finish off each day and start another! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Neil and Sharon’s place. Room had all the amenities we needed and the view over the Brisbane River is sensational. We were in town for a match at Suncorp Stadium, which is only a short walk away. Also convenient for South Bank and the city. Would definitely stay again!

Idyllic location. Picure perfect and spacious living accommodation. Importantly, comfortable beds as well as comfortable outdoor and indoor lounge areas. Lovely swimming pool and private jetty.

This is one of those places you want to write an incredible review for - the review it deserves but you don’t want the secret to get out so it doesn’t book out for next time. I cannot fault this place! Waking up for an early morning paddle through the canals to the creek or the surf club for coffee followed by an afternoon by the pool - a perfect day! & if you fish even better - you can enjoy that straight off the pontoon. Absolute bonus - dog friendly with a fully fenced huge yard. Already looking at the next available dates. Absolutely amazing to be right on the water, watching the tide come in & go out, seeing boats & yachts passing by. Peaceful, bushy surrounds blissfully listening to bird life. Clean & comfortable furnishings, & has everything needed (& more) in the kitchen & other living areas both inside & out. Peter & Raisa were communicative, helpful, responsive & lovely hosts. It was great to get out & explore the island with lots of hidden gems, fishing spots, & friendly locals. Catching mud crabs was a bonus with the supplied crab pots. Yum! Great house & location, would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Fantastic house and location. The fishing jetty a minutes' walk away was an added bonus. Beautiful outlook onto park and river. House was cool, safe and quiet and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Large modern kitchen had everything we needed to cater Christmas lunch. Yard is dog friendly and there is an off-leash dog park a short walk away so the whole family was happy. Jason is super responsive to messages and check in and check out instructions very clear and easy to follow. Can't wait for our next holiday as we will definitely return.

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Wow wow wow. One of the best accommodations I have ever been to. The Airbnb is super clean, well kept and spacious. We felt super comfortable during our stay. Furthermore, the area is really nice. The beach is only a couple of minutes away and there are restaurants and cafes as well. Sammi was super kind, helpful and quick to respond. She even allowed us to check in a few our early which helped us massively since we had a lot of baggage. Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

Great host who went above and beyond during Cyclone Alfred, accommodating our extended stay when we couldn’t leave the state. The place was fantastic - great location and excellent amenities. We had a small issue at check-in, but the host resolved it smoothly. Thanks for having us!
