The host was very friendly and made us feel welcomed and at home. Always responsive to any of our questions or queries. The tiny has a great country outlook, friendly animals, relaxed vibe and close to town making it a relaxed and accessable getaway for those wanting to visit the Warrambungles or observatories close by. The night sky was so clear, perfect for stargazing. We had everything we needed, BBQ, Fire pit (although being summer fires were not permitted), milk, eggs and other condiments. The tiny was easy to find and well sign posted with clear instructions to get there. We loved our stay at Little Argyle and would highly reccommend for others.

Wow! What a great spot, worth driving the unsealed 10km to get to this lovely working farm and amazing Pottery. We had a little trouble locating the Farm due to lack of internet connection through NSW. Be sure to check location details on Airbnb platform before heading off. Thanks to Maria and friendly staff for a hassle free stay with our two dogs. Lovely meals from the Cafe and refreshing pool swim. We look forward to going back. Very nice rural stay. We woke up to cows in a holding pen 30 meters away and could pay them. There is a lot of local walks and the cafe was very good. Everyone is very friendly.

Mark and Wendy were wonderful hosts, sharing their time and knowledge of the area. We went with their advice and Jessica, a local, provided delicious meals and hiking packs during our stay. The yurt we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the mod-cons and a lovely outlook onto the farm and natural surrounds. The tour of their emu farm and the dark sky observatory experience were well worth it. Close to Coonabarabran and the Siding Springs observatory, the Warrumbungles National park is on their doorstep. We would highly recommend Dark Sky Eco Retreat and intend to return.

Regina/Maria was very accomadating to have us stay very last minute and also to have a meal prepared for us on our late arrival. Very comfortable stay, worth the drive off the highway even for 1 night. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore all the place has to offer. We'd love to stay again.

A Unique Farm Stay Experience This was definitely a unique and enjoyable experience! Since it’s a farm stay, be prepared for unpaved roads, occasional insects, and general water and electricity conservation measures. These aspects add to the charm, but it’s good to have the right expectations. Comfort & Amenities The cabin is very spacious, with large dining, recreation, and living areas, as well as comfortable bedrooms. There was hot water, which was a pleasant surprise! And the rustic handmade furniture was cute. Safety & Location While the main house door doesn’t lock, we still felt very safe on the property. The location is also convenient—not too far from town, where you can find groceries, dining, and shops. Dining Experience We pre-ordered dinner from the on-site café, and it was ready on time. The food was delicious—great pizza, authentic German dishes, and tasty gelato. For the price, this stay offers great value. If you embrace the farm stay experience

We stayed for a work trade show, was a lovely location and we would totally recommend for a personal getaway. Very cozy and well kept location that you can relax in. Great to come back to after a long day out in the elements. Getting to the location (while being on a private property) was a bit tough in the dark, but residents on the property are very kind and helpful. Not great reception out there till you get to the property if you are with Optus. Berlinda was actually away during our stay, but she still arranged someone to be in communication with us during her absence. Amazing house and a lovely stay.
