Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and it felt like we were visiting family. The place is even nicer than the pictures. It was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower after a full day at the beach was heavenly. There was always plenty of hot water and the pressure was good. The outside area was beautiful and sitting by the canal early in the morning was so peaceful. There are fish and sea turtles to watch, birds chirping and a beautiful covered area with nice cushioned furniture and a grill to use. The pool is nice and has a fountain with to listen to that added to the ambiance with the beautiful lighting at night. We had fun using the kayak and going down the canal to admire all of the other beautiful sites and watch even more sea turtles swimming along side of us. The main reason we decided to stay here was because of the reviews and it did not disappoint! We will definitely be back for another visit!

Excellent séjour chez Wilbert et Christine! Des gens très accueillants et agréables. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. La propreté est irréprochable autant dans la maison qu’à l’extérieur. La piscine en fin de journée est un beau bonus. Je recommande l’endroit sans hésiter!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

Quiet and secluded location in Chalk Sound. Beautiful villa w/ stunning views over the inlet from the pool in between activities (*make sure to catch at least one sunset). Highly recommend renting a vehicle to get to and from CS. Rachel was very responsive and proactive in communicating as a host, along w/ any recommendations.

The studio itself was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pools and outdoor lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, and we loved waking up to the view of the ocean just a walk away.

We absolutely loved our stay. We were ready for some down time to relax and recharge and this was the perfect spot to do it. The property is private, loved the short walk to the beach where we watched the sunset almost every night. The salt water pool was a nice place to relax and the balcony was the perfect place to enjoy our coffee in the morning. We walked the beach a few times into the village of Grace Bay and appreciated the treat of lunch or a cold beverage before walking back. The photos are exactly as the place looks, so no surprises there. The property is well looked after with lush vegetation. Gabriel was great and swiftly answered any questions we had. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle this is the place to stay. We would definitely book again!

This place is absolutely beautiful and pristine with great views and beautiful breeze. We enjoyed several sunrises here. Very private and peaceful yet easily accessible to all the great spots in Provo with a car. Mark was very responsive and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We got to enjoy tree ripened tropical fruits from his backyard which was cherry on top. We made great memories and look forward to staying here again when we come to TCI the next time. Awesome trip in a great villa with privacy, plenty of comforts and amenities! Villa was as described and pictured. We would definitely recommend.

Dawnett’s house is spacious, clean, and private. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels, including beach towels. Good AC and fans in all rooms, and comfortable beds. The large porch faces west, perfect for shade in the morning and spectacular sunsets. The location is convenient to the airport and to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay beaches. Grace Bay is a 20 minute drive, depending on traffic, which can be heavy. But we preferred being away from the more touristy feel of Grace Bay. The house is quiet (with the minor exception of the third bedroom, which gets some road noise in the early morning). We rented a beach umbrella, chairs, and snorkeling equipment from Sun Sand and Sea — good prices and service. Overall a very positive experience.

Logement sacieux et bien équipé. Points forts: -La grande terrasse avec moustiquaire. Toutefois, la moustiquaire était brisée à quelques endroits. -À 10 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied de l'épicerie.- La piscine juste à côté de la maison. -Le logement est à l'intérieur de gates avec codes. - Plusieurs serviettes de douches et de plage. -Équipements pour la plage (2 chariots, 3 chaises et quelques jouets de plage). Toutefois, pas de tente UV tel que sur la photo du logement, ni parasol utilisable (brisé). - 3 têtes pour l'air climatisée. -Lave-vaisselle avec des capsules de savon. -laveuse et sécheuse accessibles par une porte à l'extérieur du logement (10$ us par jour d'utilisation). -2 salles de bain avec grande douche. Points faibles: -proximité d'un restaurant/bar donc nous entendions la musique principalement de la terrasse et un peu moins de l'intérieur. -beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine et les salles de bain.- La rue pour s'y rendre est pleine de trous.

We had an amazing stay. The villa is so beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (BBQ, kitchen, beach chairs etc). It was very close to the kitesurfing beach as well as many nice restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This place was perfect for our family of six. The location was fairly close to the grocery store and restaurants. Beaches are five minutes away. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook meals clean and dry laundry and use towels at the beach. The pool was the cherry on top. After spending a long day on the beach coming back to the pool was an amazing way to end the day. The host was extremely responsive and always very helpful. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a great vacation.

Eden House was wonderful. Shanika was friendly and informative at check-in, giving us great information about the area. The covered porch was perfect for morning coffee by the pool and provided perfect shade for those of us who like to be by the pool but not directly in the sun. Having two separate bedroom suites was perfect for our two couples. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach is only a short walk away. We would definitely recommend Eden House and hope to visit again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Will’s place, I was able to run 5 miles a day and feel safe. Two beaches within walking distance. A restaurant at the end of the road, everything we needed. We had a rental car and went over to grace bay several times but preferred the residential neighborhood more. This is our 3rd time to Turks and we’ll definitely book with Will when we return again.

Peter's Turtle Cove condo offered great value lodging in a comfortable and convenient location - just slightly away from the bustle (and expense) of Grace Bay. The apartment was clean and spacious with gorgeous views and amenities to enhance our stay. The option for a rental car (which we exercised) made our visit very convenient. Descriptions, directions, and instructions were very clear and spot on and Peter was extremely responsive in addressing questions and in accommodating our requests. We were delighted with Peter and his Turtle Cove condo.

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It was absolutely worth it compared to the prices at Grace Bay Resort. The house had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and convenient. We especially loved having the ability to cook our own meals, which saved us money and made for some great family moments. The amenities were fantastic—from the pool to the beach chairs and even the wagon, which made the 5-7 minute walk to the beach super easy. The host also provided two five-gallon water jugs, which was a thoughtful touch. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made for a stress-free experience. This was a perfect spot for our mother-daughter trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I along with his sister and boyfriend visited TCI and stayed at Nancy’s place. Nancy’s hospitality is above and beyond and we really appreciated everything. She is what makes the experience even more enjoyable. The unit is very clean, beds are comfy, and it’s spacious. We appreciated the snorkel gear, the beer and champagne! The unit is located right near the pool. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful. In waking distance there was Sharkbite restaurant, Baci, and Mango Reef. We snorkeled at Smiths Reef and enjoyed the short walk to the other end for Grace Bay Beach from the unit. I would recommend renting a car as taxi service is pricey but we got from point A to point B by using the same driver. Best food we had was by far grilling out on the back patio of the unit! We made some great memories for our birthday trip and spending time with his family as well as visiting his other sister that lives on the island at your place Nancy! Thank you! Henry & Crystal

Paul thought of literally everything! This was our first time staying in an AirBnb in Turks and Caicos so we were a little hesitant but it couldn’t have been more perfect! His condo was so close to the resorts and it felt very safe. He had left us everything we could possibly need including sunscreen, beach chairs, beach towels, laundry detergent, reusable water bottles, and body lotion. I have truly never been in such a well-stocked airbnb. Could not recommend this place more!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this condo and the location. The condo is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were even coolers, floaties, beach chairs, beach towels, all the little things to make our trip more enjoyable. The location is AMAZING. Just steps to a beautiful pool, hot tub, hammock, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The beach was so quiet and private. There were chairs and cabanas to use, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, life jackets, and a basket of sand toys. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food, otherwise it’s about a 15 minute drive to any other restaurants or stores. The condo is walking distance to the National park. I think we had the only kids at the resort, but everyone was welcoming and friendly to kids. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a quiet relaxing trip with a basically private beach.

Excellent host, excellent place! It was our first time in Turks and Caicos, and definitely won't be our last! Yonette's place offered a beautiful view, great space and a perfect location (near Smith's free). She was very responsive and made us feel safe and at home. Make sure you rent a car to get around the island!

Had a wonderful time!! Mark and Kiki were great host to my fiancé and myself. Grounds were beautiful including the pool and the beach was just a short walk past the pool, which led to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen! We decided to extend our stay at very short notice and Mark was able to let us stay and enjoys couple more days. If we had any questions at all they were answered promptly and went above and beyond!! I would highly recommend Mark and Kiki’s properties and would be happy to book with them when we visit in the future!!
