Nice place! Relaxing quiet neighborhood. Close to almost everything. Close to airport and mid-town. Property was very clean, and organized. Beds were ok. Rooms must be rented out. Locks on all the door knobs (kind of annoying-they kept locking). No access to the garage. That was a bummer! No brooms or shovels to shovel snow path. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms are spacious and free of clutter throughout the entire home. Extra full bath was a plus!

Awesome location! This was a perfect place to stay for me to visit everything I wanted to see in anchorage, and still be able to go home to a cozy, quiet home. Wonderful host and bnb, definitely would recommend a stay.

Omg! What a great find! Corie’s place is in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. Her place is super cute and cozy. Her and David were very friendly and responsive. We plan to stay there again next time we are in Anchorage. We often travel to Anchorage to do some shopping. Their place is cozy and had has everything we needed.

Very clean place. We loved the large and comfortable couch in the living room. The beds are comfortable and the place was very home-like.

Great central spot to call home while you explore the surrounding area. Super clean, extremely comfy bed, all the comforts of home. Jonathan even had a small basket of snacks and coffee, which was a life saver since I landed late and didnt get to the store. Super detailed instructions and easy to get find. Kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, coffee and basic cooking needs like salt/pepper & olive oil. I even got to meet Jonathan, who was super friendly and nice. I didnt use the patio area but it was very inviting and lite up nice with yard lights at night. I would recommend this place if you need a homebase in Anchorage!

Gala's place is spacious and looks like the photos and is very clean. The only thing to note is that the main bathroom is located in the bedroom with the two beds which is not very convenient when traveling with people who you are not related to. The stairs were not a big issue.

Very clean! Well stocked. Close to airport, close to downtown . Joey responds quickly. Shoveled drive way & deck 2x when it snowed.

The home is beautiful. Great heating for lower 48ers thats for sure. Great hot shower. Spacious. Cozy. Kitchen is nice and set up. Only thing I couldn’t find was a sponge and cutting board. Could tell the host has fine taste in the kitchen- don’t forget your sourdough starter. Would highly recommend.

Me and my family stayed at Cassandra’s listing for a month while waiting to have our 2nd baby. It was wonderful! Very responsive host and place was as pictures. Thank you for having us!

Shawn’s place is a great spot to stay with your family. It’s centrally located in the lower hillside with great access to skiing as well as restaurants and shops. The two living spaces on each floor make it great for a large group. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook in if you choose to. It’s located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac so you have no traffic noise and great overall privacy.

This was one of our best airbnb experiences ever. Joy was a fantastic host. She really went above and beyond with the local tips and (multiple!) welcome baskets, and accommodating our schedule. Her place is super spacious and comfortable, we appreciated and enjoyed the wide selection of board games and the proximity to Kincaid Park. We can't wait to come back! 10/10 host, thank you!!

Can’t recommend Karim’s home enough! It worked perfectly for us to house our students while they were taking classes in town. Lots of space, quiet neighborhood!

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you have a car, easy to drive 1 mile to Alyeska. If you want to walk, some of the best restaurants in the area next door and Chair 5 for late night two blocks over. The building is quiet most of the time, elevator is very convenient, parking is easy. We had friends stay for a bit to ski and check out Girdwood - 6 people is tight, but it works if you plan on spending most time outside/only for a short time, and even the pullout couch was praised for its comfort. Daniel was quick to respond, checked in to see how things were, and flexible given our weird flight times. He even proactively upgraded the coffee maker without me asking. Really couldn’t have been much better

Ben's cabin looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures and has a nice cozy cabin feel to it. The traditional Alaskan decorations are super cool and I knew right when I arrived that I was going to enjoy staying there. Check in was real easy. Ben was communicative and gave his number in case I needed anything during my stay. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and was within a short drive of pretty much anywhere you want to go in Anchorage. When work takes me back to Alaska I'll most definitely be looking Ben up again. I definitely reccomend staying here if you're looking for a place in Anchorage - I promise you'll like it! Thanks for a great stay Ben!

I stayed here with my 3 kids for a little over a month while visiting family. It was absolutely perfect, it had everything you could possibly need for a long term or short term rental, Dylan was a great host and the neighbors were very friendly!

Awesome location, very convinient for skiing. Wallace was very helpful and accommodating and provided good recomendations of things to do in town.
