My favorite Airbnb ever, great atmosphere, great people, very clean, very friendly!

Perfection from start to end! We arrived on an 11pm flight, Brett responded within a minute to meet us and provide the keys and instructions. He shared great recommendations of things to do and see, made us feel completely welcome, and the space was everything we needed and hoped for! Our first morning we walked down to the back deck and heard bald eagles calling, the hot tub was well kept and piping hot, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including coffee and a sweet welcome basket. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the peaceful inlet sanctuary!

Amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of downtown but it doesn’t feel that way. Peaceful and unobstructed view of the water. Quiet neighborhood as well. Great option!

Tom's place was great! Could not ask for a more beautiful view and peaceful stay. Far enough from town to enjoy the calm but close enough to go into town for activities and restaurants .

Really unique, quirky place that's exactly as advertised. Industrial area was pretty quiet in the evenings and very chill on the weekend during the day. Tons of ducks to watch right out the window in the creek below. Outdoor patio area as well for warmer months. Hosts very responsive. Would stay again for sure.

Diane & Jonathon’s apartment was a great place for us to start our Alaskan trip in Anchorage. The location is perfect and has everything you need. Great views of the water and park! Would stay here again.

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Kathy's is the ideal spot for folks who want to be close, but not too, to downtown for its activities and dining etc. We enjoyed at the end of the day, sitting on her deck and just watching the lake and mountains. Clean and well kept, the house is very livable. We'll certainly look to see if Kathy's is available when next we visit Anchorage.

This home is perfect if you’re looking for the perfect Alaskan experience. The view of the river is gorgeous. There were two bald eagles that showed themselves often. Gary gave us perfect instructions for fishing and even left us bait and tackle. He was always responsive and genuinely a perfect host.

Johanna’s place is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s far enough from town where you don’t feel rushed but close enough to be apart of the life in Anchorage. The amenities she lists are as described. She is the perfect host. She gives you privacy but is also very responsive. It is definitely a home away from home.

Chris' group was super easygoing and clean. We would love to have them back and highly recommend them to other Airbnb hosts.

We have family on the Kenai Peninsula and have been looking for our go to "home away from home" for our visits...and I think we found it! Carl gave me clear directions and check in instructions before our arrival and let me know that the place was ready before the normal check in. It was exactly as described, totally clean, and had pretty much everything we needed for an extended stay. Parking is right outside the entrance for easy in and out. The decor and custom touches were very nice - especially loved the door to the unit. It was filled with light from the large windows and sliding door. The bathroom was generously sized. Bed was comfy. There were extra blankets, great for cool fall mornings. It was lovely to walk on the beach and watch the sunsets. We are very grateful that we were able to have hubby's mom and brother over for family dinner. We hope to be able to return more frequently and for longer visits now that we've found this wonderful place to stay.

Amber is a great host! The house was clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Amber went above and beyond even letting us use a personal cooler for our lunches during the day while fishing. A couple of our guys did complain about how uncomfortable a couple of the beds where. But they made it work. Overall a great experience and again Amber is an exceptional host! We will be back.

Amazing spot right by Campbell Creek. Peaceful and out of the way, but still close to all the town things.

This Airbnb was simply perfect. Well appointed, spacious, with a nice back deck overlooking a small area of water (the bird watching was awesome). The 3 bathrooms are all equipped with bidet toilets and the beds were so very comfortable. Sharon was the best hostess - very communicative and polite. I wish we had stayed at Sharon’s the entire time we were in Alaska instead of breaking up our stay at two different airbnbs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine-in. You will surely love this Airbnb.

Had an amazing stay in Anchorage! The living room offered stunning views, and the bed was comfortable and spotless. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, along with great amenities that made my stay even better. I felt safe and truly at ease throughout my time here—highly recommend!

Pros: Kitchen with pots, pans, dishes to cook there. Queen Murphy Bed with Bedding Rubber mats for wet stuff Location - Walking Path on Arlberg Ave that gives access to anywhere in Girdwood. 2 min from Ted’s Express lift. Bathroom - good shower and plenty of towels Private Super Responsive host Roku to stream content Cons: Pillows - flat. Shoulder sleepers like me might need to use 2 Couch pull out bed - needs a new mattress. Seems like it has seen some abuse. View from deck is mostly obstructed by condo buildings. Take the tram up for best views. No body wash, soap, or shampoo provided Strange clicking noises when the heat is on. Disrupted my sleep the first night or two. Building Access - funky doorknob where you have to insert the key and twist before it allows you to push the key hole in and unlock the deadbolt. Cons are minor. 11/10 would stay again or recommend to a friend. Thanks Diana!

I've been in Alaska for the past two years. Every month I go to an Airbnb to explore Alaska and have a quiet and nice weekend. This is the first place I go and everything is even better than the pictures, Dakota is an amazing host making sure everything is good to go and answering almost immediately. Cooper landing is beautiful & this is the place to stay!

All expectations met. the unit was clean, adequately equipped, private-ish, and peaceful. The river view from the deck is really wonderful. The property is very well kept, and the large lawn was perfect for playing catch and tag with our 8-yo grandson, who was staying with us. only a 20-minute walk to Safeway and Sportsman's Warehouse. Lots of fishing access within an easy drive for both the Kenai and Kasilof. Also lots of lakes. We loved the Kasilof for all the eagles, but didn't catch many fish there. It was pretty early in the season. We would definitely stay here again.

Surrounded by beautiful views from every room. The house was large and very clean, felt super comfortable. It was the wonderful getaway from the city that we were looking for! Not to mention it’s not far from most of the shops and restaurants in Girdwood. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back again!
