wir verbrachten 5 Nächte anfangs Oktober hier. die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet (Küche, Betten, etc). Einzig die Stühle am Esstisch sind - gerade für Kinder - etwas tief. Sonst alles bestens. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft: ein schöner Garten mit gedecktem Sitzplatz, wenige Meter über einem tollen Sandstrand. wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

We had a great time at Casa Molara. The house is cosy and quite. The view is stunning and we had a few private beaches, which were wonderful. The Communication with Rosy was fine. She is always answering very quickly and gives a lot of tips and infos. We enjoyed the wine and snacks, which we got at our arrival. We hope to come back soon.

Our stay here was wondeful - such a beautiful location, peaceful and private in a rural area but a very short drive to Orosei. It suited us really well and we spent many a night on the veranda eating and drinking local produce. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, it was spotless. Not only that but it was really well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catered holiday - it was like a home from home. The dipping pool is lovely and refreshing, and the surrounding grounds are fun to explore. loved the peacocks too! Thank you Luca! ❤️

The Villa Marconi apartment was easy to find and a short drive from Olbia airport. Located on the edge of Golfo Aranci in a quiet spot with a large terrace with lovely views of the sea and mountains on one side and the town on the other. It is a short walk down the road and through the tunnel into the town. Alessandro was at the apartment to meet us with the keys and show us round and gave recommendations of local beaches and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Would recommend going to the supermarket in Olbia near the airport before heading to Golfo Aranci as the local supermarkets are small and have a more limited choice. We enjoyed our stay and took a number of day trips to nearby areas and also to Alghero for a walk round the old town. Capo Figari, which is seen from the terrace, is worth the walk up for the panoramic views, but do it on a cloudy or cooler day as there is no shade. We had a lovely and relaxing holiday and would recommend Villa Marconi apartments.

Amazing! Toni and Carmela greeted my mom and I when we arrived and took time to walk us through everything. The place was spotless, private, cozy, and designed well. The beds were ultra comfortable (always a giant plus for travelers). The view was beautiful, and we loved all the olive trees. Toni went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay throughout our time there. He is such a warm, kind, and gracious host. My mom and I could not have asked a better place or host/hostess. Many thanks to Toni, Carmela, and Davide for making our first time in Sardegna extra special.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles war wie beschrieben. Tolle Lage! Der Strand La Cinta ist in etwa 10-15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch in das Zentrum von San Teodoro braucht man nicht länger als 15 Minuten. Silvia ist eine sehr nette, gut gelaunte Gastgeberin und ist stets erreichbar. Eine leere Gasflasche für den Herd wurde innerhalb von 10 Minuten am späteren Abend noch gewechselt!

La casa è ben situata, a qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicina ai servizi necessari, per esempio un minimarket, un bar e dei ristoranti, proprio accanto. Se si è a piedi, come nel mio caso, da Olbia si arriva in bus con un cambio a Siniscola, la Caletta e Posada, i centri più vicini, sono raggiungibili in bus, 25 minuti a piedi per la Caletta. La veranda fuori è piacevole, l'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che è indicato nell'annuncio.. Ero sola, ho soggiornato qui per 9 giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene. Luna è stata accogliente e disponibile per le indicazioni. Mi piacerebbe ritornare e stare più a lungo. Grazie di tutto!

The place is very spacious and great for a family trip. Alessandra and Giuseppe are very friendly and welcoming. There are many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood and few minutes driving to the airport and city center of Olbia. If you are traveling in a group that is an excellent option.
