We had a great stay. Lots of hikes. Star gazing from the hot tub was fabulous!

As described and worth the stay! Dan was very proactive and attentive throughout our visit. The house was pristine and everything was functional. The grounds are nice and the hot tub was amazing. We used the wood burning stove the entire weekend and it was delightful. The sound of the stream was therapeutic and peaceful. The deco was as expected for the area and tasteful. If you’re looking for tranquility and to decompress ‘Flowing Water’ is a must. We will be coming back to visit and explore more of the area in the future. Dave & Lee

Fantastic stay. Troy is SO communicative which put us at ease. He was also very transparent about what the house had and what we needed to bring ourselves. My favorite part was the abundance of kitchen tools which made cooking for our large group very easy. The property is quiet, private, and very scenic. The hot tub and fireplace were great - Troy provides plenty of firewood! There was very little cleanup required which we appreciated, too. Overall a great stay for a winter getaway and we hope to come back in the summer!

This is a regular airbnb for us. We love the wood burning stove, hot tub and piano. We really like coming here to decompress in the fall or winter. A very relaxing place away from any city problems

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Mike's place - It was perfectly cozy with an amazing hot tub and very usable kitchen. We had to reset the breakers one time and Craig was incredibly responsive in helping us. Checkin and checkout times were made flexible for us, which we greatly appreciated. Would love to come back soon!

This was a very pleasant stay! Judith went above and beyond and her attention to detail is phenomenal! This honestly is the best place I’ve stayed at! I took my dog to Meadowlark cottage to try to escape the 4th of July fireworks and it was everything I could have asked for! Susan’s cottage was beautiful, it had everything we needed for our getaway. The area was absolutely peaceful, and my dog LOVED the pond that is a short walk away from the house. Susan was very so welcoming and helpful from the time we checked in until we left. My dog looks forward to returning next 4th!

A wonderful and meaningful time was spent at Home Alone. I found myself saying over and over, "this is just the perfect little cabin!" The kitchen was equipped enough to make an easy meal, the fireplace was beautiful, and the big TV was great for unwinding and binge watching some shows lol. Plus, the dining table with the lamp right overhead was perfect for board games! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful lakefront home that was very clean and accessible to the town of Hamilton. Perfect for a group.

My family and I felt like home. It was a raining weekend but we didn’t mind it at all because the house was very cozy and it offered us comfort and warmth to spend a family weekend together. We were very impressed with all the updated features in the house and kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were clean and the bed very comfortable to sleep. We really enjoyed our staying at the house. It’s a unique treasure and overall secure and peaceful.

Hannah's place was great, she is easy to communicate with and very helpful. It was a cozy spot to stay with easy access to 3 different mountains to ski at! Thanks Hannah.

Had a peaceful weekend with my SO. We enjoyed the backyard and the beautiful scenery while walking around the area. Great records available! Will definitely book again, maybe next trip we’ll bring our dog along, as Andy’s place is generously dog fringes.

Our second stay here and it once again was the perfect place to spend a few days in Cooperstown. You're close to everything in the village plus you can literally walk out the door and into the woods for that amazing hike to Star Field.

Great country cottage style cozy farmhouse, beautifully decorated with a well provisioned kitchen and super comfortable beds. We loved having the parking space in Cooperstown for induction weekend, it teally worked out great! The grill was like new and we had a wonderful bonfire one night. One of our favorites stays to date!

Thank you so much Sara! We stayed here to ski at hunter which was about 20 minutes from Sara’s home. The house was spotless and so cozy with the fireplace. We had a great time!

Very relaxing and comfortable lake side house. We were right on the lake with beautiful views and a quiet atmosphere. Spent some time paddle boarding and kayaking. My husband is an avid bird watcher and enjoyed all the wildlife and especially the loons and ducks.

A perfect place to feel at home for a family. We loved the great open backyard with a river view. Janice and Terry set up this place so thoughtfully that our kids found many ways to enjoy the stay both in- and outdoor, despite some rainy days (loads of games and toys to play with). We also liked the privacy and the nature that comes with its rustic location, and yet it's only 10 minutes off I-90. We spent our long weekend here to visit Cooperstown and other upstate tourist attractions, coinciding with gorgeous fall colours. Our son wants to "live there", and we are sure to return in the future.

Incredible house, was able to comfortably fit 8 by converting the king bed upstairs into the twin+trundle layout. Dean even reached out first and asked how I wanted the beds set up. Best part? Behind the back porch is one of the most unique outdoor fireplace setups I’ve ever used, I was able to grill and hang out by the fire even when it got colder in the evening and started to rain. This house has the perfect feel of a quiet cozy cabin, while being fully equipped and close to everything. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a perfect little cottage which sits directly on the edge of a beautiful lake. Heidi worked with me around our schedule which was very helpful. The electric fireplace was more than adequate to keep us warm at night. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had a little glitch with the wifi but this was not consequential. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend staying here! The location cannot be beat and the outdoor space is incredible. The house is super clean and cozy and the views are incredible.

Three families stayed for a total of 14. Ages 3 to 46. Had everything we needed for everyone. Peaceful and cozy. We jumped in the lake a few times with the kids and it was freezing but so much fun! Warmed right up in front of the fireplace. Great Adirondack room and sun porch were the best too and of course the views. Thanks Rod!
