We had fun staying at Ted’s place. Plenty is space to 2 families (8 people). Very close to the mountain. Highly recommend.

Anna’s mountain house was the perfect weekend getaway. A group of 10 of us stayed very comfortably as a gathering of both adults and kids. The house was cozy with plenty of living and gathering spaces. Some of the highlights for us was going on nature walks on the beautiful property featuring a pond and a babbling brook that we could walk over on a boardwalk, the simple on/off gas fireplace made for wonderful heat and ambiance, well appointed kitchen was conducive to large group meals, and the furnishings throughout the house were so functional and so stylish. Anna herself couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful and responsive- going above and beyond to ensure our multi family weekend getaway went off without a hitch. We all agreed we will absolutely be returning. This location would be great during any season and we can’t wait to experience it during other times of the year as well. Thanks again Anna!

This house has plenty of cooking and grilling utilities, good air conditioning, and was just as beautiful and clean as it looked in the photos. It was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and our family enjoyed using the two kayaks provided in the garage. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Noah’s place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend during a snow storm. We loved both fireplace, specially the wood stove which kept the entire house in 70s throughout the freezing weekend. He had plenty of wood for the fireplace and also arranged the driveway to be plowed after the storm. There are some small stores and gas stations with in 10-15 min drive from home but bigger towns are about 30 min drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

This was our second stay at the Farmhouse, but this time with a large group (3 couples and one kid). We had plenty of space, beds, and amenities for everyone. Highly recommended!

Annie's house made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Annie was incredibly kind and responsive. My family and I had a great time! We would definitely stay again.

The entire area is absolutely beautiful. The patio and living room areas were amazing for board games and cards. We were always happy to come back to the place at the end of our festivities.

This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. It’s definitely designed for guest’s comfort. We will be back!

it was a great place in rural upstate NY. lots to do with the family, and nice, clean and quiet neighborhood.

The cabin was excellent. If your thinking of staying and have small children 6-10 or dogs, it is a great place to stay. The main draw for our daughter was the fantastic bathtub more like a small swimming pool. Now we have to add one to our house. It was a nice place and worthy of consideration if you’re planning a vacation to this area.

We had a nice stay with Cora, who is so kind and helpful. We had some issues with the portable AC units and the front door lock but, she took care of it very quickly. It was the perfect place to stay for move in day. Thanks, Cora!

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! This was a great house for our family to come together and celebrate the holidays. There was plenty of room, so many fun amenities (ping pong, pool table, hot tub- just to name a few!), and comfy sleeping arrangements. There is a gorgeous view of the river. This would be an excellent place to enjoy the spring or summer too, with two outdoor fire pits and a grill! We would definitely stay again. Yb was helpful and kind, we highly recommend!

This was the most private and peaceful location for a three day girl’s weekend. The place is beautifully decorated, cozy and sparkling clean. There was even a record player with a nice variety of albums. We were all able to relax and felt so welcomed here. Kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Jemma left us some fresh juice, milk, cream, eggs and bagels for breakfast which was a nice surprise. Beds were very comfy and made up with quality bedding. Jemma was friendly and went out of her way to attend to any concerns. Seeing the animals on the property made our stay that much more special. This is the best rental I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. I would definitely stay here again and will most likely return in the spring for another visit.

We were in Oneonta for Parents weekend and wanted to stay close to town but away from the Parties and Trains. This place was a the perfect balance. We played cards on the porch and had coffee overlooking the Susquehanna River.

Nils place was so nice that you want to get a place like that to be enjoy it every weekend ? It is nicer in person than the pictures. We went there to see the foliage and even though we were a week late you can still see so many colors on the trees just in the backyard! The house is fully equipped makes you feel like home :) Nils was very helpful giving us recommendations of restaurants close by. We are definitely coming back in the summer.

Fantastic stay. Worked great for large family in town for a baseball tournament and easy drive into Cooperstown as well as Dreams Park.

The house was a little dusty, a camp feel for sure. It was perfect for a family reunion we had , kids enjoyed it, plenty of space and walk to private beach was very close and beautiful clean lake.

We had a wonderful stay at Trent’s place. A very relaxing and fun getaway with friends. Took a beautiful hike around the area with the dogs. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were comfy. Took advantage of the games that were available and fireplaces inside and out. We had a great time at the “neighbors” too! We will definitely return for an annual winter visit.
