This is one of those places you want to write an incredible review for - the review it deserves but you don’t want the secret to get out so it doesn’t book out for next time. I cannot fault this place! Waking up for an early morning paddle through the canals to the creek or the surf club for coffee followed by an afternoon by the pool - a perfect day! & if you fish even better - you can enjoy that straight off the pontoon. Absolute bonus - dog friendly with a fully fenced huge yard. Already looking at the next available dates. Thanks Matt for sharing your incredible home & for exceptional communication through the process. This one’s a 10/10 🫶🏼

Great place to stay, quiet location, walking distance to the beach. Cleve sent clear instructions prior to arrival which made check in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, relaxing outlook on the back alfresco watching the native wildlife and sounds of waves from the beach just a short stroll over the headlands, great central location to Pottsville and a short bike ride away from Hastings Point. Will stay again!

We had an awesome weekend in this fantastic house! Everything was spotless, and the host’s communication was top-notch. It’s the perfect spot for a group of 8—couldn’t have asked for more!

If you’re reading reviews and trying to decide what to do… just book this place. It has everything you could possibly need and Greg and Lyn are wonderful hosts. The linens are hotel quality and no shortage of towels. It’s in a great location just opposite the beach and a playground for kids. Quick walk to the shops in Suffolk Park. Short drive to Byron and easy access to Lennox, Bangalow and the hinterland. We hope to stay here again when we return.

We had a beautiful stay with Maria’s Airbnb, great location, close to amenities, walkable. Our 4 & 7 year old had a ball in the pool, beach and we loved having access to the beach equipment. Thanks Maria, until next time.

I booked Luke’s property at the last minute to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was such a beautiful property, with everything we needed for an amazing weekend away. If you’re looking to unwind this is the place for you!

Incredible house, incredible location, we LOVED everything about it. There are so many amazing features that aren’t even mentioned in the listing. The pool was in such a perfect location, in the sun all day but with shade at the end for parents watching over kids. There was a shelf at the end which was perfect for little ones that aren’t confident at swimming yet. Dani was a friendly and attentive host and all her tips were absolutely spot on. We have already booked again for next year!

We had a nice stay at this apartment, we even added on another night. We appreciated the amenities and the beds and pillows were comfy. The town is vibrant, there are good restaurants, and plenty to keep everyone happy. We are definitely visiting again.

After having to change our plans due to cyclone Alfred, we decided on Kristy’s place based on reviews, photos and general knowledge of the location. Initially there was a little confusion of where the lockbox was, but once sorted we found the unit very inviting. A short stroll to the beautiful beach, heaps of choices for meals within easy walking distance. 25 min drive to Currumbin Rock Pool and Long Tan Park. The grounds man of the unit complex worked diligently to keep the grounds looking smart. Kristy was always responsive to any questions/feedback about a couple of easy to fix maintenance points we had/provided. The fan in main bedroom you need to turn main switch before using the remote control. 😊Tea-towels were supplied, but no dishcloths, which wasn’t really an issue as I had packed paper towels. Overall it was a very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this unit. If there were other units in the complex to rent it would be a great location for a family reunion.

we didn't actually make it to Gillians place, due to Tripical Cyclone Alfred. Gill was great to deal with keeping in contact 4 days prior, keeping us in the loop of what was happening. we ended up agreeing to cancel when the cyclone took the power. Will be rebooking with Gill when we get a chance to get there. Great communication, thank you Gill!

Christie and Ben’s place was absolutely gorgeous. Extremely well appointed, beautifully decorated and was even better than the photos which is saying something because the photos looked great!! I would stay again if I am lucky enough to have the opportunity. Thank you so much Christie

I stayed here for a week with a couple friends. Anthony was really responsive, always replying straightaway. The location is fantastic, it's a quick walk to the shops and restaurants, and an even quicker walk to go for a swim. The apartment itself had all the promised amenities, and the internet was pleasantly fast & reliable (we all worked during our stay and could do video calls simultaneously with no issues). It's good to note the car space is really only accessible to small cars, but street parking is readily available too.

Great quiet place to stay in fantastic location just a short stroll from the shops, beaches, bars and restaurants that Byron bay has to offer. Paddy was friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my week’s stay. The studio was clean and spacious. Would definitely love to return!

Beautiful location, super handy for both Kirra and Cooly, and best for the beach as you just cross the road and you’re there. Their house had lots of extras that were super useful such as the beach cart. Ros and Ian were easy to contact and super helpful.

Sally's place is very comfortable and clean with a super relaxed vibe. The accommodation is well placed for visiting Lennox Head and the surrounding area. Sally is great with communication and is happy to help if you need. Hope to return to the lovely beaches of this area.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay. We could walk to the beach, Cafe and resturant. All basics in the kitchen were provided and a bottle of sparkling wine!

Wow wow wow. One of the best accommodations I have ever been to. The Airbnb is super clean, well kept and spacious. We felt super comfortable during our stay. Furthermore, the area is really nice. The beach is only a couple of minutes away and there are restaurants and cafes as well. Sammi was super kind, helpful and quick to respond. She even allowed us to check in a few our early which helped us massively since we had a lot of baggage. Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

A delightful condo right on the river. Richard was so helpful with instructions to make our stay easy. The view from the main bedroom is spectacular and quite a way to wake up in the morning. The house has so many little touches to help families feel at home from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and board games. We would love to stay longer next time!

Jac was so helpful when we thought we might not reach Pottsville due to the cyclone . Very sympathetic to our dilemma as to whether we should cancel or not. In the end we had a wonderful stay.

De tuin waaraan het appartement ligt, is prachtig. Een oase in de stad. Veel vogels ! Een prima rustig gelegen appartement en uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Ein bequemes Bett, ein schönes Bad, eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ruhig. Nette Cafes und Läden befinden sich in der Nähe. In wenigen Minuten läuft man zu dem wunderschönen Strand von Cabarita.Wir vermissen es jetzt schon und möchten gerne wiederkommen.

The apartment is better than the photos depict! The balcony surrounded by trees is a lovely place to hang out. Parking on street is so handy, walking distance into the bustle but quiet. Very nice, spacious apartment, comfortable and would definitely stay again.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Coolangatta, and absolutely loved Toni's apartment. It's gorgeous with the most amazing views, extremely comfortable and everything we need on our doorstep. We were spoilt with whales passing through the region during our stay - from our apartment we had incredible views of the ocean and could see the whales all day, it was amazing. Thank you Toni for all your tips on what to do and where we could hire bikes, boogie boards, surf boards etc! We packed so much into our holiday and can't wait to come back!
