I’ll start off by saying I am fussy, and this met my expectations and more. It is completely private, and the views are spectacular. I can see this place, down to the furniture has been built with love and care. Every detail is perfection, the decor is warm and inviting, down to the original artwork, the stunning outdoor tub with views, and the decking with comfy oak chairs and handmade bar where you can eat breaky or have a glass of wine at night, and gaze out over the hills and as night falls, a perfect view of the stars. The bed is comfy and great quality linens and fluffy towels make it feel like a little luxury stay, every need has been thought of and condiments kindly provided in the outdoor kitchen. I had several soaks in the outdoor tub, bath salts and bubbles provided, and felt completely spoiled and nurtured. The wine and chocolates were so appreciated. Thankyou so much for sharing this little piece of paradise with the world. We will return, and bring our dogs next time.

We loved our stay at The Boathouse. It has a lovely peaceful view - the best in Clayton Bay - and is very thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing, worry-free stay. The deck is a great spot to sit and read, sunbathe or watch the sunset. Just the right size for our family of four, and the layout makes the most of the view. Thank you for a wonderful break!

What time I spent there was outstanding. The place was described perfectly, The views and access of the river was something else and not to forget!! I will be definitely bringing the family back here again

A great place to unwind with the kids. This little home was walking distance from the lake and the little cafe/restaurant in the town. A lovely presented home that was clean, open and very liveable. All amenities needed were provided and it was a fantastic place to stay. Kids loved it also. The host Jessica was very responsive and super helpful, even allowing an earlier check in which was such a bonus so we didn’t lose too much of the day beforehand. Fab place and host! 10/10 experience there. :)

Amazing Stay for Friends & Family! We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for our group of friends and family—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The living areas were cozy and great for bonding, and the kitchen had all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with loved ones. We would definitely stay here again!

Yvette was so easy to communicate with- always responsive. The house is in such a beautiful location- easy walk into town. Lots of space for all the kids to run wild and play. We had a really lovely stay here and would definitely come back!
