We had a lovely stay at the Lake house. Bethanie was able to accommodate us checking in a little early to help with our baby’s nap time, and upon arrival we were greeted by the smell of freshly baked bread! Very generous breakfast supplies and bottle of vino :) beautiful sunrise and sunset out the big windows overlooking the property.

Was an amazing get away! Donna had thought of everything you may need while you are on holiday. They have kids toys, games, usb power adaptors, lots of spices ect in the pantry! We were not disappointed! A beautiful place for a getaway! We would highly recommend!

Tucked away in the stillness of Clayton Bay, this stay was nothing short of soul-soothing. A stunning and tranquil escape from the relentless hum of daily life… it felt like stepping into a quiet chapter of a book I didn’t know I needed to read. The landscape here whispers instead of shouts…no crowds, no rush, just the gentle lull of water and wind. A hidden gem untouched by the noise of routine, where peace wraps around you like a soft shawl. The home itself was new, clean, and quietly welcoming…. the kind of space that instantly makes you feel at ease. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully kept, it held everything I needed, and nothing I didn’t. The deck was a true highlight… wide, sun-drenched, and perfectly positioned to take in the stillness of the bay. Morning coffees, slow sunsets, and the quiet contemplation that only happens when you finally are away from the noise. If you're craving calm… not curated calm, but the real, raw, quiet kind…Clayton Bay delivers it in spades.

Beautiful house in a beautiful spot! Loved taking out the kayaks, and watching the sun set over the coorong by the fire. Doesn't get any better than this - highly recommend.

Really stunning little place. Well-designed and beautifully fitted out, and it was so easy to settle in and have a lovely relaxing weekend. Outdoor bath was a highlight, and also loved the shower window! Great that kayaks were provided - we had a beautiful paddle up the river, saw lots of birdlife. Being nestled in between the river and the willow tree meant that it was a delight to look out of the many full-length windows and really just feel right amongst it. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions and happy to help. Would happily recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing stay on the river.

A great place to unwind with the kids. This little home was walking distance from the lake and the little cafe/restaurant in the town. A lovely presented home that was clean, open and very liveable. All amenities needed were provided and it was a fantastic place to stay. Kids loved it also. The host Jessica was very responsive and super helpful, even allowing an earlier check in which was such a bonus so we didn’t lose too much of the day beforehand. Fab place and host! 10/10 experience there. :)

We loved our stay at Clayton Bay. The house was in a great location and offered an ideal view with only being a short walk to the local cafe Pier 28. It was very clean and well equipped and the beds were comfy too. It was a warm weekend so were grateful for the air conditioning and fans throughout the house. It was nice to relax on the deck in the afternoon and watch the sunset each evening. Simon was also prompt with communication and helpful. Really happy with the accommodation and would highly recommend.

Jenny’s place was modern, clean and with amazing access to the river. Thanks again.

This is the second time we have stayed here at Rachel’s place it is perfect for what we need with plenty of space and the place is very clean and tidy. We will definitely come back and stay again.
