Cody’s house was very clean everything that you needed for your vacation great stay. It was a very private house. He was very accommodating about the house.

The house was comfy, cozy, and spacious, providing everything we needed. The serene country setting was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect environment for peace and relaxation. We were delighted by the frequent visits from hummingbirds, chickens, and even some deer! Our dogs had a fantastic time as well, making it a great getaway for the whole family.

Adam’s place was absolutely lovely! The view of the ocean was amazing. We saw lots of birds and seals from the house view point! The hottub was divine. Adam was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and cozy. My only critique is that I wish there was a queen bed in the third bedroom instead of a couch and a twin, but we knew that going into the trip. Overall we would absolutely stay at Adam’s house again.

The house was very nice and accommodated us well. We enjoyed the stay. We had our “Christmas” dinner there and it was a nice kitchen to cook in. The only thing was there were no serving dishes like bowls or platters. Otherwise it was great

Great location and the outside space is great! Lots of room for trucks with trailers.

Best spot for a golf trip to Bandon. Close to the newest course Sheep Ranch and driving range there. 5 min drive to Bandon and other courses. Good space with all the needed amenities and more.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and a good size for our five person family. We had never visited this part of the Oregon coast so this was a good location from which to visit both Coos Bay and Florence. Cheryl was a great host!

We rented all 3 homes and enjoyed the deck on the lake for great lake front dinners! The gas fire pit on the deck made for great conversations at night. The large parking lot was great for the two 24’ trailers we brought.

The apartment #1 was as expected with a couple of extra features and touches that I really appreciated. The unit has a full kitchen and separate dining area. Enclosed porches on both west and east sides which was great when the weather was windy and you can still enjoy the porch at sunrise and sunset. it has a closet and a cute little desk to work at looking out the window. The location is within a 10min walk of the downtown area and the Boardwalk on the Bay. This place worked great for my 3 day stay.

Mary's apartment was recently renovated, impeccably clean, very comfortable (heat/ac, bed, couch, etc.) , and a great value, but what really made it stand out were the thoughtful personal touches including a handwritten card welcoming us, a bottle of wine, a few snacks to keep us going before we'd gone shopping, and maybe best of all a bag of Bridgeview Coffee Roasters "bridgview blend" coffee roasted the day before we arrived. Bridgeview is an appropriate name. The kitchen window and living room sliding glass doors open to a deck with an outdoor glass-topped table for two and an expansive view of the McCullough Memorial Bridge, Coos Bay, and the surrounding hills. The apartment fills the lower level of a larger home. Our first day there we heard what sounded as if it could have been the gentle pitter-patter of little dog feet upstairs. It was not intrusive, but did make my wife miss our dog whom we'd left home. Thank you for sharing such a lovely place to escape for the weekend!

We loved the stay. Great location for all activities that we wanted. Excellent host that was accommodating for our needs. Would recommend to friends, and family.

We had a great stay here, the cabin had that homestead feel we were looking for and the location was great. It was very peaceful and was surrounded by forest and adjacent to the lake. It was nice having town and the coast a short drive away as well.

We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this is definitely in our top few. All the amenities are as described and the place was super clean. It’s very evident that the host poured their passion and resources in so many thoughtful details. We had a couple of sunny days on the lake but the last day the weather turned and got quite wet. Spending a rainy day indoors with a late breakfast while watching the lake and reading a book might have been my favorite.

If you have the ability to enjoy a boat-in only Airbnb, this was a great spot! Close to Lakeside Marina, a boathouse in which to park your craft, several dock spots to enjoy fishing on the property, ample bedrooms and fresh water. I sketched my wife out picking this place but she loved it! Very secluded and a cool feeling having no roads nearby! Our kids fished all weekend, we had an awesome rental boat and ended our spring break with a 9/10 getaway! Also, the house was clean and very well supplied.

This was exactly what we were hoping for: very quiet, private with beautiful views of the field and forests. And the field was full of elk one day! It was amazing to see them so close. We were just a few minutes from Reedsport and enjoyed meals at several restaurants. The cabin was very comfortable for the two of us and had everything we needed, including a wonderful hot tub. Mike and Theresa are also wonderful- great communication, very helpful and two of the nicest people we've met in a long time. We really enjoyed chatting with them. Thanks for sharing your peaceful retreat- we hope to come back some day soon.

This was one of those super special places that absolutely exceeded expectation! You can tell that Mary designed this place with love. The property has so much to recommend it, including amazing outdoor space, comfortable beds, and fantastic proximity to Bandon. It felt like you were staying with family.
