Exquisite location for exploring Coquille Point and Face Rock. The stairs down to the beach are a pleasant walk of about 2 blocks away. If the surf is too high or you don’t feel like dealing with the stairs there are multiple benches with the best cliff side views of the best beach in Oregon (in my humble opinion). The house is bigger than expected with an extra finished bathroom in the garage if needed. Front living room is nice and spacious with a view of the water. Town is a mile away with a big grocery store and everything else you need. I want to go back!

The house was comfy, cozy, and spacious, providing everything we needed. The serene country setting was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect environment for peace and relaxation. We were delighted by the frequent visits from hummingbirds, chickens, and even some deer! Our dogs had a fantastic time as well, making it a great getaway for the whole family.

Very friendly hosts who live next door. Easy check-in and check-out. Well stocked home and slept 4 very comfortably (one in each bed).

This house was great! It was so beautiful, perfect for our family. I was so grateful for all the information Marissa sent me. It was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and a good size for our five person family. We had never visited this part of the Oregon coast so this was a good location from which to visit both Coos Bay and Florence. Cheryl was a great host!

We had a lovely stay here. The location and surroundings were very serene and private. However the mattress was really worn and needs an update. But the hosts were very friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay!

This place is so beautiful and peaceful! I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back with the family next time.

We rented all 3 homes and enjoyed the deck on the lake for great lake front dinners! The gas fire pit on the deck made for great conversations at night. The large parking lot was great for the two 24’ trailers we brought.

Gary was very kind and communication was quick. He was very flexible with check in and helped us with local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again! It’s luxurious inside with breathtaking views outside. Worth the cost for sure.

Gary's place was exactly as described and even more beautiful than the pictures show. The location (views of Battle Rock from the kitchen and balcony), bathtub, and quality furnishings make this spot a gem.

Gary’s place is set in beautiful surroundings in the charming town of Port Orford. Check in, check out and communication during our stay were extremely easy and everyone was very kind. We hope to return when the weather is better so we can enjoy the beautiful scenery outdoors. Thank you!

First time in Port Orford and it was beautiful, but staying here at the Cove was 10/10! The views were impeccable, but the apartment was amazing and so modern. Waking up to the ocean views, or even just enjoying the fire place with a glass a wine. It was a nice weekend to get away from the hustle of the city life. Cannot wait to be back. 😄

This is a cute little crash pad in a great location. It was perfect for my needs.

I think this little space was very minimalistic and quaint, very clean and organized. The beautiful view would've been even better if the fog wasn't there so much during our stay. The kitchen and bathroom were very functional and nice. The instructions were very clear and foolproof, and the hosts were prompt to address the one concern we had during our stay. Only negatives I can think to mention are that there were no paper towels, only one roll of toilet paper supplied (we could probably ask for more if we needed additional rolls, but still not convenient), only one guest parking spot, and no access to laundry or a broom/vacuum if we needed them. We had our toddler with us, and he is prone to creating messes that require a broom or vacuum, which we tried to avoid. Suggestions: I think there's a perfect spot next to the porch for a hottub, which would draw a lot more business/longer stays.
