This was a beautiful and well kept home and was a delight to stay in. Natalia was also a lovely and communicative host. We had no issues and would happily stay there again.

This space is so lovely, the hot tub worked perfectly and provided many cozy nights outside. The plants are BEAUTIFULLY tender and bring a loving atmosphere to the space. the linen sheets were so wonderful at the end of the day. we made it up the hill in a Honda insight, but if it were a tiny bit icy I don't think we would have been able to make it. definitely use 4wd if you have it. the hosts were very responsive. if the noise is too much in the bedroom at night (critters, rain,etc.) be sure to use the fan they provide, it helped us a lot :) the kitchen was a delight to use. sharp knives. big, metal surfaces. nice gas stove. big fridge.

We LOVED Emily’s property - among the top 5% of rentals we’ve stayed in - and we will definitely return! Bedrooms and beds are on the 2nd floor - very comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The fireplace in the master King bedroom is such a lovely feature. Great location for Butternut and Great Barrington shops and restaurants. The driveway is a bit steep and curved - no issues in non-icy conditions or with an SUV, but could be an issue with heavy snow.

A beautiful home- super comfortable and spacious. It is outfitted with everything you could need. Peaceful location (we stayed in spring/winter- can’t speak to what it would be like in season). Lovely views. Easy to get into town by car (3-5 minutes!). Host was excellent - responsive to any questions or inquiries

This was our second time staying here for a family getaway and it was better than we remembered. The hosts were so great, very responsive and helpful. It snowed a bunch while we were here and they made sure we had what we needed and a plow came to help us get out of the driveway. The fireplaces are such a cozy touch and our dog loves the big fenced yard. We will be returning again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bluff House. We truly felt like we were staying at a home away from home. We especially loved spending time perusing the huge book and magazine collection. The art, glassware, and furnishings are really beautiful and unique….there were so many interesting pieces to look at. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all weekend. Very comfortable bed. Lovely fireplace. Very peaceful. Loved walking the grounds as well, plenty of little trails to explore and walking along the bluff was serene. No complaints! We hope to stay again! We loved our time at this beautiful cottage! We have been to lots of Airbnb’s, and most have been a good experience. This cottage was something more. We both felt instantly relaxed when we walked in the door. It was so cozy and comfortable. We slept great in the comfy bed. The pictures can’t describe the feeling of the place. Warm, cozy, peaceful, inspiring, comfortable, quiet and truly rejuvenating. I will be making a trip to the area again as soon as possible, just to stay in this cabin retreat.

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment is a small but super well designed space with a beautiful porch & yard. So comfortable & welcoming. Loved it!

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

This was our 2nd weeklong stay. The space is clean and bright. Heating details were clearly explained. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 7 minute drive for milk I forgot to bring for coffee. We saw a small bobcat in the front yard on our last morning. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were friendly and responsive. I’d recommend this place to friends/family and hope to stay again.

We had a great stay here - the space was very clean and comfortable. We appreciate Lisa accommodating our needs for baby supplies and for proactively reaching out. We would absolutely stay here again!

My friends and I had an amazing time here!! The kitchen was incredible and we were able to make a multi course meal. The yard was beautiful, we felt safe and were able to unwind and hang out. The hosts were amazing and responsive, answering all of our questions and accommodating all of our needs. The house was clean and comfortable and I would happily stay here again :)

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

Our family had a great stay at AK Lodge, Justyna's place. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, super clean, well stocked kitchen, and a short drive to skiing. We loved that 11 of us could eat at the same table at once. Justyna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would rent this lodge again as there is plenty of space to spread out.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

Sourove was very accommodating! We stayed there with our 2 year old. It was such a family friendly place. The location is great, close to Hudson downtown, with beautiful view of the mountain.

Absolutely beautiful home! Carl and Rebecca were wonderful hosts - they were super responsive and accommodating. And their home is lovely down to all the little details, from the soft bathrobes to the warm spaces to hang out in. We had a wonderful stay at their home and would love to come back!

Cozy but spacious cabin-style home.

It was very clean, well-stocked in terms of bathroom and kitchen amenities, and had plenty of space for a large group to both spread out and find common areas. Hot tub, games, and large tables with plenty of seating. The host was responsive with any issues or questions we had. Very nice place!
