we feel we were in home. Phil like family member to take care us. we came down to birding. Phil provided a lot of information for birding and also took us to the museum where he and his wife volunteered. wonderful couple and we had a lot to talk about like old friends. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. the location is perfect to everything. we had wonderful week. Thank you. Phil.

Overall, just as described. Only comment … it would have been nice to know about the 2 fires, lack of alarms, and questionable elevator. Nearby, there are some great restaurants and bars. Beach is only a short drive.

The unit was modern and updated. Clean and comfortable. Had everything you need and more. Host was always quick to respond with any questions. The area was under tropical storm warning/watch, host checked on me on several occasions. Best rental overall that I've ever experienced.

My family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights. We absolutely loved our time there. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Great location. Everything was as described. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Even during spring break weekend the place was quiet and peaceful for us. We would love the come back soon!

We had the best time! The pool as so peaceful, and it was right outside our front door. Pictures don't do the place justice. We had an amazing time!

Really enjoyed our stay, great location, fishing pier is wonderful and a quick walk. Friendly folks at the pool, enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs at the end of the day. Condo stayed nice and cool and the beds were very comfortable! Host was responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Enjoyed it very much. Perfect location to base our exploring of Corpus Christi, Port Aransas, Mustang Island, and the Rockport-Fulton area.

This was my first Air BNB ever and Shannon was amazing. Gave me great instructions on everything and responded extremely fast to any questions. We enjoyed our stay we requested an additional day and Shannon was able to very quickly to let us know it was available and send a link that made the request an easy process

We love staying in this Airbnb, even though we live in the same town. we get to go downtown and enjoy ourselves and then walk upstairs and go to sleep. The place is super clean and the owners are very responsive. This is like the fourth or fifth time that we've rented this Airbnb we even rented it for our wedding can't wait for next stay

The rental was very nice and clean. Leticia is very responsive and my grandma who is 96 years old was able to get in and out without any problems. The rental is very accessible even for individuals with limited mobility. I recommend 100%.

Such a nice place! Our group loved staying here; it was very spacious and fun.

We enjoyed the place so much, we've almost got our next trip to Mark's booked. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful, restful, delicious food, four day get away. Mark's place is terrific - highly recommended. Even the goodies in welcome bag were helpful.

First off Brad had quick response and great communication through the whole process. The condo had everything you could need which was very convenient. The view from the Balcony in the front and back were breathtaking. The condo itself was 5 minutes or less away from anything in Port Aransas. We had a fantastic time and would definitely rent from Brad again.

This was the perfect location by restaurants, the beach and bars. It was private by the pool area and quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and looked like the photos. The room has A/C unit and a dehumidifier which is great for by the beach. Truly was cozy, safe and a great stay for spring break!
