Great little place! Just as described. Lisa was super friendly and accommodating. Specially helping me out and shipping a personal item to me i forgot after checking out. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the place so much, we've almost got our next trip to Mark's booked. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful, restful, delicious food, four day get away. Mark's place is terrific - highly recommended. Even the goodies in welcome bag were helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Greg's Coral Cay condo. It was nicely apportioned and very comfortable for our party of 5. We loved the close proximity and easy access to the beach. We appreciated the large kitchen table and spacious, comfortable living room seating. We would definitely stay again!

Place was nice and private but close enough to restaurants and stores to get what you need. The neighborhood was super welcoming, very quiet. The home itself was very clean and has everything you need. The pier was usually empty we caught a couple fish.

Had a great stay! Cool place in a great location for walking to nearby shops, bars, and the beach. Also very easy to drive around. Got some of the best of Corpus Christi, all within a close distance

The condo was very cozy with a very comfortable king sized bed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony observing our unobstructed gulf view while feeling the sea breeze. Our favorite restaurant, The Venetian Hot Plate, was in walking distance.

Great location close to hospital with very nice view. Irme is a great host with very quick response time to any questions or concerns.

Francisco has been the best host. He lives close enough to provide us instant support whenever needed, which also gives us a sense of security, but also far enough to leave us all the privacy we need. He would proactively inform us of upcoming local events, weather alerts and advices. He is also very kind in taking care of the weekly waste and recycle bins collection, and help with saving and forwarding our mails and deliveries. The place is right in the middle of everything. Within a 15 mins drive can take you to the airport, state aquarium, shops and restaurants in downtown, the beautiful north beach along the coast line, all the major shopping malls, giant retailers and all the popular places where the locals hang out. We shouldn't have experienced so much of Corpus Christi if we have stayed at Mustang Island. The flat is clean and looks as described. Everything is designed to the tenant's convenience, suitable for both long and short stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect..kitchen had everything we needed..golf cart was great for getting back and forth from the beach ..linens felt clean and crisp..definitely will book agian ..great host easy check in !

It was a great place my my wife and I and two other couples and their infants. Good size living room/dining area and kitchen.

Stayed here for my 30th Birthday Trip and it did not disappoint! The space was just as pictured. The beach chairs supplied were great and we loved the board games! Location: The house is off of a back road that connects into town. It was a quiet neighborhood during our stay. Keep in minds: The main bedroom’s bathroom is very small but with the larger bathroom, it worked for our party of four. Toilet paper and trash bags were not supplied so be sure to bring those. Overall we loved our stay and made the best memories there! Linda was responsive and very helpful throughout our time in Port A.

Absolutely loved the location, proximity to the beach, and the overall vibe of home. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness arriving to the airbnb. For the hefty cleaning fee being charged for the stay, we would’ve expected it to be thoroughly cleaned. To find a Dorito chip under the kitchen table, a ritz cracker under one of the bedroom dressers, a water bottle under one of the beds, and a very sticky stair case railing, made it seem like the cleaning crew/service rushed right through their job. We did contact the host with an explanation and sent over some pictures, and they did offer to send a cleaning service to make sure everything was cleaned up, but we didn’t really want to have a cleaning crew coming in and working while trying to settle in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and created some great memories with the family.

LOVED IT! Wonderful home, great location, awesome kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of room, private and the list can go on and on. We will definitely be back whenever we come down to Corpus Christi again. I can only imagine how perfect this home is during the hot Texas days with the beach soooo close. You can hear the waves from the three dreamy balconies. Thank you for having us! My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's weekend. The home is amazing and within 5 minutes of the beach. The host was extremely nice and helpful and kept us up to date on everything. Also, if you get a chance to rent their golf cart, do it! We will definitely check this place first on our travels back to Port A.

We are 2 couples that vacation every October in Port A. Having stayed in many Port A rentals (and previously owned a rental in Port A) Sean's condo is the perfect location, very spacious, nice updated kitchen (although lacking any food storage bowls) and super clean. I will say, the secondary bath rooms do need to be updated. (Don't know about the primary bath, we stayed in the second bedroom). The shower head in the hall bath is super low, my husband is just under 6 feet tall and the water hit him at chest level. Handheld would work better. Toilets are older/low and didn't flush completely...every single time. The 3rd bath toilet is in a very crowded space and the toilet paper holder kept falling down. The couches were not very comfortable, but I get it...it's a rental and furniture takes a beating. The hallway outside the door is super dark and extremely hard to see to unlock the door when we would come back at night. That's not Sean's fault, that's on the builder...

This was a perfect place. Very secure and safe. Extremely well keep areas. The dog park was amazingly clean and well maintained. The condo was perfect and allowed views of all the ships coming in and out. Dolphins everywhere, turtles were fun and fishing on the sea wall was fun. So close to the beach….made for a perfect morning walk. The condo was perfectly supplied we needed nothing. Ernst was very hands on and responsive. The office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clint even went out of his way to give some helpful pointers where and how to fish and was more than happy to help us. Turned us onto Island Tackle and Randall who owns the business was so very helpful and knowledgeable. You won’t go wrong staying at Ernst condo. Perfect.

Very responsive host with easy check-in instructions. Clean and comfortable as well. Would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay here, don’t have an amazing view of the beach but you can still see it from the balcony. It was nice being in the first building but the elevator was sketchy. No fault to the owners. We enjoyed our stay even with the hurricane coming in!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay. We found it to be quite cozy with a beautiful view of the beach. I loved the color scheme of the house very much;) We hope to return someday.

Eric, Is awesome. I stayed for 3 months. The place is quiet, clean and Eric will get back to you in minutes for anything. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children and their spouses. Each couple had their own private space and bathroom. The view is incredible!
